(OTCBB:BUGS), said today that he is discussing key strategic business strategy with Mark Ellis, CEO of Winsted Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:WHLI), a Business Development Company (BDC), which recently announced the purchase of 90% of GaeaCare Syndicate Partners, Inc. BUGS subsidiary, Sub-Surface Waste Management (OTCBB:SSWM) is a 10% shareholder of GaeaCare and a contributing technical syndicate partner.

I have a question about this one. I see that there's some news on WHLI today, so I checked the L2's. It's showing 15+ x 750+ for the bid, and 2x100 for the ask. It also shows code 1000, right? And that means to NOT let it run? Do I have that right?
