And for those who got into this stock for the dividens you should of waited for the stock to drop like a rock which it will so you can get paid for every 10 shares you have. Instead you bought high and the stock will keep dropping like a rock. No new volume will enter to boost the pps up and the spread is as wide as a 2 dollar hoe.....

The reason why I like this company is that they are a pink sheet about to get filled with assets…..The current owner of GRDX is going to “give” a large portion of stock to the new owners and keep a certain percentage of shares for his own personal portfolio, while spinning all the current assets into a new company of which we as GRDX shareholders will receive a Dividend in the new company, while maintaining all our shares of the newly filled shell.
To me, this means that they quickly figured out it was cheaper to acquire some pink she et shell (providing the current owner with a small percentage of shares to keep), fill it with their own assets and obtain their own private financing, than it would be to have an IPO, where the investment bankers pocket a large percentage of the potential offering and proceeds.
In the second pr.... they announce that the current GRDX assets will be cleared out and put into another company. This is because the WHA wants a clean shell without any other baggage to have to deal with! I think that the team owners do not want any other entities, like golf or real estate, to compete with their financing.
Now, everyone knows that the NHL has agreed to a new owners/players contract…
However, how much of a pay cut did the players have to take??? There are going to be a lot of star players upset about losing so much $$$ and could easily be swayed to move if the dollar is right. On top of that, there are plenty of smaller markets dying to get a professional sports team. This is just the start of the new league and may take a year or two to become viable, but they have already done it once before and they can do it again. And with a notable celebrity player as the new commissioner.. Namely the Golden Jet himself… Mr. Bobby Hull…. There will be plenty of investors that he will have access to help get this thing launched!

Member Rated: posted August 30, 2005 11:18 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Over the last few days of my doing research, I spoke with some WHA people and have been told that the WHA DD of the GRDX shell is nearing completion and news of the closing will come out in the coming weeks.
They are planning on around 10-15 franchises with a franchise fee cost of about $4-6 million per team.
Added to that, the O/S count of GRDX is appx 20-30 million, once closed and filled with assets, this will bring tremendous value to the GRDX shareholder. Add to that a stock dividend for the Marina International company, it is a double win situation!

Lilpenny .10 to 12.00 was in the past has nothing to do with the state you are in now. You guys added fresh volume yesterday it did nothing but raise the ask and force people to buy and the bid never came up pasy .01 This will keep dropping and you can do all the DD you want because it won't help the PPS of the stock..

Sam must really wanna hold us down- Keeps coming back reminding everyone of how there is gonna be no new volume. BUUUTTTT We got news spec of the shell being filled coming and that would send us to the moon if we are right- THAT WILL GENERATE VOLUME. This was stated by FOT as a 1 to 2 week hold and it is. The profit takers brought us down today, hoping to hop on FOT volume train and ride it up for a small gain. With this kind of low float- .06 (doubt you could get any shares @ that price) is a damn fine spot to buy especially if this gets back to its original of .12ish,... niiiiceee double!!! IMHO

I think it is a gamble. And if the shell gets filled and the WHA does take it over, it will skyrocket. I don't think any real volume will happen, or any money will be made until that transaction becomes official.
I sure hope it does happen though, cuz I am the guy that bought in at .012!!!

I contacted WHA and verfied what Jeff said.
The guy was a little skiddish about info as he was not sure what he could and could not tell me. He said they are closing the deal within 2 weeks and the lawyers are finalizing the DD to be sure the shell is clean.
They already have a number of teams lined up. The francaise fee is going to be 4 Million per team. He did not know the exact share count but estimated it to be in the 20 mil range...

$4mill per team times 10 teams is $40 mill... divided by around 20-30 million shares is somewhere in the $1.33 - $2.00 range pps!
As Diana pointed out, this is a pink sheet lottery ticket, that I am betting on, because I know the history of some pink shells getting filled with assets and exploding in value.. and I am tired of wishing that I got in one before it took off... and I see this as my chance!
As with all pink sheet stocks, I only invest what I am willing to loose, but with this one, I see the rewards far outweighing the risk!

FOT, I've long ago discovered that the more you try to be nice and help people out, the more people will run you down. It makes no sense, but that's the way it goes. You could have 100 picks in a row that make everybody rich, but the second you post one that doesnt explode, they will turn into a bunch of hypocrites and start blaming you. Nice way to show their thanks, isnt it? Just remember, there are far more people here that appreciate your hard work, than there are people that dont. Sometimes I spend hours researching my stocks, but other times I just dont have the time, and that's when the dd from people like you just becomes all that much more valuable to me. So for what it's worth, most of us are 100% behind you. Thanks for all your great dd, it takes much more time to look up than people think. Here's 5 more stars for ya...

Ummmm All his plays this month have dropped like a rock. He only had maybe 3 good plays since he posted here. And PLNI was the only one that comes to mind. Even people buying PLNI now are taking a big risk. The fact of the matter is people here got to greedy and jumped in to early. Why couldn't they wait for the stock to drop. And if the float is so low why didn't the stock uptick so high the first day called? Reason why is because someone on the inside were selling huge shares. If this was a shell who would have all those shares to sell? Not to mention to have a uptrend you must cover ALL sells before the stock has an upward movement. This play much like all his others are crappy. The DD has nothing to do with how the stock will run. It's the volume that counts vs the amount you can buy.
