MACD has crossed and is going positive RSI heading up DMI lines coming together and preparing for a green over red cross.

I have followed this thread all day and did not invest. Here are my reasons why and it's not just the bid and ask!
The number one reason I chose to take the side lines is!
The stock has had no volume and the only reason it had any today is because FOT presented it. Good or bad that is a fact, and I'm not bashing FOT's DD as I think he has done a fine job in that area here.
The reverse split is the second reason, and the reasoning there is that there is a strong chance that if I wanted to invest here that I could get in at bigger discount the day of or the day before the R/S happens due to panic last minute selling and there is also a great chance of getting an even bigger discount in the days after the R/S when volume is low and the spread is greater than it is now putting pressure on short term traders to give it up at a discount!
The last reason i stayed out is that the NHL is just coming out of a long term strike and the Fans are pissed and the season ticket sales are expected to be low this year as a result. Only time will bring back the faith in the teams and the fans. I would think that they would even concider delaying the start of this new league for an extra year, when hopefully the demand for tickets has returned.
Just my 2 cents, and Im not saying its a bad stock just that i feel the timing is a bit early, but if the volume goes through the roof and I don't mean just from the 20 or so buyers following FOT's picks then I may change my mind on the timing.

ric... great synopsis.. and I can respect your reasoning and opinion.
However.. your statement of the R/S is not exactly true.
The way I understand the buyout, is that every share of GRDX that I hold now, I will still hold on to after the WHA takes over. The dividend is one share of the Marinas International for every 10 of GRDX that I hold. This is a DIVIDEND. I still am trying to estimate the value of Marinas International and am waiting on a call back from the person listed on thier PR's.

Ok FOT I'll buy that senario, but it does not change my feeling, because the 10 shares will still be of an empty shell, which will still leave only one share with any asset value. It still sounds like a very long term hold to realize any sustainable value backed by numbers and real assets that will take time to build. The addvertizing, leasing and hiring costs in the first few years will eat up profits fast. It's also still a pink and we all know there is no long in pinks land, there are way to many twists and turns that can happen without the shareholders seeing or knowing about them. I assume it has a short term pop in it now though. Fact is I really like time to watch a stock prior to buying, so that I can get a feel for how it moves and how buying or selling pressure effects the stock, so I will be watching for now. I will suggest that people take profits along the way here though due to the amount of risk factor in the play. After all that is what we are all here for!
Once again Good luck! Rick
PS: a good chart to look at when looking for the path this stock could take is, WGFL because its the same league spin type of play just with golf and i have followed that stock for over a year now.

That is true for all penny stocks rick. They are all RISK. Buying low and taking profits, you are correct. This is penny land...I'd like to see one penny that is not a risk.
No guts no glory. I'm glad i'm in. Good luck Rick and all.

I'm really looking for a pick with a service like Service Master and thats based in the SE, or a demo company down there, because my feeling is that all of the flooded homes in The huricane area will need to be taken down or at minimum will need major water damage restoration. As a contractor I understand the damage that is continueing to deteriorate the building that are under water. I saw a strong recomendation for Sherwin Williams based or the restoration factor today, but that would be a further reaching investment. FOT find a nitch OTCBB company that is large enough to handle the demo or rehab on a FEMA level and you will have an ace I'm ready to chase!
Rick
Produces list! Lumber Sheetrock******* Plaster******* Carpet************* Wood Moldings************** Doors************ Plywood********************* Container placement company************* waste removal (by weight and its all wet)******** Hazardous haste removal************ Home inspections********************* and the list goes on. Its sad but the work will need to be done and some smaller nitch companies are in for the year of there life down there! this is not just a rebuild situation. The extent of the rehabs will be much further reaching. and the list goes on!

(Rick, will join you on a thread focused on storm repair. There's a couple--pick one and I'm there...)
great suggestion, imo, to compare-n-contrast the golf-league stock. Got a buddy here who helped start a wooden-bat league for collegiate baseballers with pro asspirations...assume most start-up athletic leagues have similar ups-n-downs...

IDK if any of yall have been doing DD on this and might have come across info but a few q's:
So there dividend date is still waiting to be annouced as I understand? Time-line? 1 per (10) shares of GRDX Obviously its hard to tell without any figures or reports but any ideas of what price the dividend will be around?

check out PEC. they are electrical contractors that do power lines, fiber optic, etc... their coverage is basically the track that the storm took.
