Seriously, I am not feeling this one. NHL has not exactly been a profitable organization. Not really seeing anything that would technically make this one fly. There isn't any volume on this one guys so I will still stand off to the side until something develops. Good luck guys as I am sure you know what you are doing on this one.

been in all day at .012. so much pressure put on FOT to make a profitable pick. I know the DD looks good and all, but the jury is still out on this one. Lots of vol today but didnt move up after the open. I will hold to see what happens and will try not to be swayed be all the cheerleading. My investment is small, so not much to lose but much to gain.

.01x.015 eod l2, hmm ask doesnt get bumped unless they dont have shares to sell at the lower level. My take is that MMs are basically asleep on this because of the low volume for MONTHS, the lack of bid attention is common in these situations, im guessing that once .015 falls all the bids will chase because mms chose .02 as a safe position, and when this starts attacking that they will want more shares. Thats the skinny imo.

Ok, once and for all this is not a group pick, FOT puts out picks that look like good speculative buys based on market conditions, charts, and speculation regarding future news, etc. He does dd and selects stocks that he thinks can make us all money not solely based on a "group" of people buying in.

The reason why I like this company is that they are a pink sheet about to get filled with assets…..The current owner of GRDX is going to “give” a large portion of stock to the new owners and keep a certain percentage of shares for his own personal portfolio, while spinning all the current assets into a new company of which we as GRDX shareholders will receive a Dividend in the new company, while maintaining all our shares of the newly filled shell.
To me, this means that they quickly figured out it was cheaper to acquire some pink she et shell (providing the current owner with a small percentage of shares to keep), fill it with their own assets and obtain their own private financing, than it would be to have an IPO, where the investment bankers pocket a large percentage of the potential offering and proceeds.
In the second pr.... they announce that the current GRDX assets will be cleared out and put into another company. This is because the WHA wants a clean shell without any other baggage to have to deal with! I think that the team owners do not want any other entities, like golf or real estate, to compete with their financing.
Now, everyone knows that the NHL has agreed to a new owners/players contract…
However, how much of a pay cut did the players have to take??? There are going to be a lot of star players upset about losing so much $$$ and could easily be swayed to move if the dollar is right. On top of that, there are plenty of smaller markets dying to get a professional sports team. This is just the start of the new league and may take a year or two to become viable, but they have already done it once before and they can do it again. And with a notable celebrity player as the new commissioner.. Namely the Golden Jet himself… Mr. Bobby Hull…. There will be plenty of investors that he will have access to help get this thing launched!

Member Rated: posted August 30, 2005 11:18 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Over the last few days of my doing research, I spoke with some WHA people and have been told that the WHA DD of the GRDX shell is nearing completion and news of the closing will come out in the coming weeks.
They are planning on around 10-15 franchises with a franchise fee cost of about $4-6 million per team.
Added to that, the O/S count of GRDX is appx 20-30 million, once closed and filled with assets, this will bring tremendous value to the GRDX shareholder. Add to that a stock dividend for the Marina International company, it is a double win situation!

yea, my scottrade is as well...Last trade at .015 time 16:00:57 on L2 sometimes if it comes in after 4pm they don't catch it...It's all good...Only looking better at the open tomorrow when it goes from .01 to .015!

Wow.. went to a meeting a come back to see this....Well, here are my thoughts again!
Here is a stock that clearly states in their last PR that they are a shell to be cleaned out and filled with the assets of the WHA.
Some posters come onto Allstocks with a "born-on date" of today and bash this pick... I wonder who they could be?!? Well, they are bashing this pick because they do not like me... it is personal with them, because I have called them on some of their bogus picks and plays, and they want revenge. They have not investigated this stock as have I. They have not made phone calls to verify anything. The are here purely to prevent a pick of mine to do well.
These posters have accused me of frontloading $20K into a stock and then selling it when it runs....I have proven today that I do not operate like that... Their last pick of GRLZ proves how they operate...
Many on this board PM'd me requesting that I give them the pick early, and I would NOT do it! Some were even the moderators of MoMo's board (go figure).
This is NOT a group pick. I bought my shares first thing this morning, and the pps jumped and settled right back down providing everyone else here the same opportunity to get in at the same pps as myself... I did not sell my shares today for 10% gain because I believe that the pps will go up substantially when the shell gets filled. I have seen this with other stocks. The volume for this stock historically has been nothing because it pretty much had nothing going for it, and was never noticed as having any potential. I am sure that this scared people away today from buying. SPEA had zero volume before it filled and it went from pennies to dollars.. so I know it can happen!
I have verified that the WHA will be filling this shell through PHONE CALLS. I asked questions and received answers, and I BOUGHT AFTER PERFORMING MY OWN DD!
I view this stock as any other... risk vs reward. Is a couple hundred bucks risk worth a return of a couple thousand dollars? When the shell gets filled and the PPS goes up, that is what I will get, so the reward far outweighs the risk in my opinion.

so it turns out the WHA has its headquarters in my home town or Rochester, NY. Im going to call tomorrow. My parent's neighbor is on the Junior Amerks (Rochester Americans - part of the AHL) board. Ill see what he thinks about the Co.

What bashers like momo, bigthc1 (BigT) and others do is go to a board and bash people that are successful at "picking" profitable stocks. They look for inexperienced "newbies" that have lost money on a pick and will bash the picker in hopes that the newbies bash as well. The momo's and bigT's PM the newbies and offer to show them the ropes and invite them to their boards. They buy one to two days in advance of releasing a pick.
I can guarantee you that FOT is not a frontloader. He just happens to be very good at reading charts and does his own DD.

I think maybe you all should get out of this one. With the NHL season coming up, how will this fly? The NHL will have everyone's attention. There would have to be a mad exodus from the NHL to make this fly......have they named any star players who've joined???? or are they all going NHL????? if they wouldd name some star players, I may be swayed, but until I see it, I can't jump in

clap clap clap for you OMG... please don't hurt yourself patting your own back! Any new people that are persuaded to join your group will make money the first time or two and then loose it all back... at which time, they all come back to allstocks.....alot wiser!
We both are out to make some money... only I try to bring some integrity into how I do it. I post the reasons for my picks and some supporting evidence as to why I believe that it will increase in value. You only get a bunch of people together to buy a low float stock to raise the pps and then you sell into the run. You say I sell into the run... well of course I sell into the run.. along with everyone else... Buy Low.. Sell High.. It is called TRADING! And YES.. alot of my picks do start off slow...not all of them skyrocket 1000% the second I post them! I think it is good that they do that as it provides everyone ample opportunity to do their own DD and get in on the stock at a decent entry and develop their own exit point strategy. Alot of my picks however do go up quite well! For me, I am happy with 25%-50% everytime. I do not have to have the gazillion percantage gains that you seem to pride yourself on obtaining!
I am going to attempt to bring back the civility and atmosphere that makes Allstocks the great message board that it is! This will be my last post to address you as it is not worth my time or effort, and it does nothing productive or benficial to the Allstocks Community.... you can continue to degrade me and bash me personally and tear apart all my picks.... I don't care any more! My # of post counter will continue to go up as yours resets with each new ID that you create every week! Find the weaknesses and skeletons in the closet of every one of my picks, as every pinksheet stock has them...hence that is why they are pinksheet stocks... it doesn't bother me!
Go ahead and brag about your high percentage gains here at Allstocks.. I am sure you will get your little following and make your money. I just have no desire to be a part of your little "Club bestpicksrus"

MACD crossed today and is diverging positive RSI is trending postive Williams%R bounced off the oversold line Wilders DMI lines are diverging together with the green line crossing in a couple days!
I like the chart as it indicates upward movement!

But in 2003, Allan Howell and Dr. Nick Vaccaro announced the formation of the new World Hockey Association. Former WHA star Bobby Hull (the first major star to play in the old WHA) is its commissioner.
Some proposed cities, like Quebec City, had a WHA franchise in the 1970s. Some fans suggested that those cities retain the old nicknames. But problems inevitably would have occurred with this because the trademark owners probably would not have approved the use of the name(s), or because the NHL owned the trademark (as in Quebec City's case). I know how much I made by following FOT's DD. I can sense it when I read his comments about why it is a right pick, he is not just telling that go and buy this today and make money. he explains every details which you won't find it and explain it and don't have the ability to do it.
Give us some reason why it is not a right pick other than the bid and ask quotes which everybody here know.
