Over the last few days of my doing research, I spoke with some WHA people and have been told that the WHA DD of the GRDX shell is nearing completion and news of the closing will come out in the coming weeks.
They are planning on around 10-15 franchises with a franchise fee cost of about $4-6 million per team.
Added to that, the O/S count of GRDX is appx 20-30 million, once closed and filled with assets, this will bring tremendous value to the GRDX shareholder. Add to that a stock dividend for the Marina International company, it is a double win situation!

10 teams @ $4 million per team is $40 Million
divide by the O/S count of 20-30 million and you get $1.33-$2.00 per share!
I can wait a couple weeks and let them do their business! SPRL.... was dead quite before it was filled and ran huge!

Hmm, the way i read the Jul. 18th, looking at it again, is that it will be in effect a r/s? they will trade under a new symbol, grdx will no longer exist, and for every 10 shares we will have 1 share of the new co?

GRDX as it is now will be completely evacuated and moved to a new company which you will receive a stock dividend for. The WHA will obtain GRDX and place thier assets into an empty shell! The value of the shell will go from essentially zero to the value of the WHA as an entity....
This is just like the Elvis Assets into SPEA... One day it was trading around .003 and the next it went to over $10.00.......because the shell had the value of the assets.

You will still hold ALL your GRDX shares (which will hold all the WHA assets)... but as a bonus for becoming an investor, they are rewarding you 1 share of a spin off company (Marina International) for every 10 shares of GRDX that you own!

I confirmed that the first deal that was the joint venture with the US Golf was cancelled because it was not in the best interest for the WHA to continue. They would not get that much cash out of the deal to start up thier league.
They decided that it was alot cheaper to find a pink sheet shell and fill it. And they don't have the headache of other people/companies to deal with

this thing is a time bomb, mms are already scrambling for shares on less than 2 mill vol, mirror trades leap frog on the ask, wont take much in dollar volume to get this to .05, i think a 5-7 mill vol day could get is to .05 easily
