You are absolutely correct... Q has been crying Wolf for so long that no one believes what Frank says anymore. We need SEC filing and audited numbers showing ACTUAL debt, assets, income, etc. UNTIL then, in the SEC/Audit we believe and everything that Franks says is BS.

I'm beginning to fear that nothing but the audit can help us now. Even national carrier news wouldn't be much help, IMO. We need PROOF of what the company is worth. No more of these seemingly endless PRs filled with "forward looking statements."
The time has come for investors to know the true financial status of QTN.
Personally I'm holding until we either go belly-up or to the moon. But I can certainly understand those that choose not to.

Nothing like a good shake I wound up with a arizona green tea, ya know, "makes minds strong, not fist". and at this point in the game i need my mind over my fist so i wont go crazy, so it was the better choice. punching is not going to get me anywhere except give me bloody nuckles haha and the last thing i want to see is more red. but u better believe it I'm going to get a shake later baby!! whos comin with me?!! Still crap. We need news, and not a few months from now. Yes, they mentioned audit a while back, a very long while back, so where is it? I have been patient for so long, but this is beginning to be a freaken joke.

We are all disappointed that the audit has not been released.
We all want the pps to soar.
IMO the purchase of NTI last week was an accomplishment that moves us into the conglomerate category.
QTN is a fantastic network whose time has come, and is the primary source of interest to investors.
However Triangle is growing into a media power that will have the potential of providing much greater profits for those who give it time to spread its wings and establish itself.
Waiting is my choice (Make mine a raspberry creme shake.)

I agree this company could be huge! BUT if things are not run correctly this will turn into a holding company with a huge O/S and many sad investors.
They need to buy back shares withg a loan ASAP! That will build support. Right now Frank is considered a fraud by many and even has me questioning what is goning on!
Traders know the L2's and see 15 MM's on the bid, but are still selling. Bad Bad sign!!!

Call me skeptical, if you will... But IMO I think the reason that we do not have the audit numbers filed yet, is because Frankie is not done selling. He has stated that he needs to sell shares to make acquisitions – fine. And this is what he has been doing over the past year or so. Hence – declining PPS. If Frank were to file today, he would no longer be able to continue diluting or selling shares at his will WITHOUT shareholders and investors PUBLICALLY knowing. At least quarterly to coincide with filings. Unfortunately for us Pinky holders at this time, it is in his best interest to continue to keep us in the dark and not file until he is DONE SELLING. And it is evident he is not done yet.
So C’mon Frankie, if you are gonna continue to screw us and keep us in the dark, at least throw us a Frrikkken bone!
