Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the availability of carrying QTV on our cable system.
Suggestions from our customers are important in helping us determine which services to add to our current programming lineup. Although we would like to add every service that is developed, we cannot always accommodate every request. We do our best, however, to provide those services that have the widest overall appeal to the customers we serve.
While we do make every attempt to accommodate programming requests to satisfy customers' preferences, factors such as technical limitations, contractual obligations with programmers and federal government regulations may limit our ability to honor each request that we receive.
While QTV may not be added at this time, there is a possibility it may be added in the future. I am responsible for sending a tally of all program requests to our programming Department to let them know what customers in your area want added to their line up. I will be sure to include your request for QTV. As always, we will keep you informed of any new programming offerings as they become available. Again, thank you for contacting us to express your programming interests. We always appreciate receiving comments and suggestions from our customers.

anybody have a name over on Q forum...head on over there and rile the shareholders to email a good 20 emails to dish and directv today...im worried that it will look suspicious if there is a mass email one day and then no more...Q forum can amass a good 20-30 emails today...i just dont have a name....

This leaves 23.5B shares for trading, of which 19.5B, so there are only 4B shares remaining to dilute with. My understanding is that they are to be used for future acquisitions.
I suppose, however, it is possible that he's not worrying about holding any in reserve for preferred conversion, but he still needs to maintain his 50+% control so there is only so much selling QTN can do.

I can't speak for pennies, but MACD is a tricky thing. While the yearly MACD is poor, the weekly one shows it hitting a bottom, with an RSI around 30. That's usually an indication that a stock is oversold.
Barring any further dilution, the oversold position in a stock naturally begins to "fix" itself.
This will allow for short term gains of .0014 and, if a trend reversal is confirmed, an eventual run to .0017. And just *saying* he's going to do a buyback isn't enough; at 23 billion shares O/S, a good portion of the float needs to be recaptured. I seriously hope the assets he's aquired the last two months, the studio and this portal, are able to bring in some money fast. Otherwise he won't be able to pay wages, and when that happens, people start leaving. When people start leaving, QBID starts losing the value it once had, and then it'll be all but impossible to dilute.

Gator - I realize that there is only 4B are left in O/S... If you recall on the 9/15/05 letter to shareholders he was going to use those 4B share to purchase NTI for a total of 23.5B O/S and that would have consumed the entire O/S. The following day a PR is released that NTI was purchased using private investor funds ($5M), etc. The same day the letter on QTN website is updated and now makes no reference to 4B share for acquiring NTI. So IMO it seems to me that he intends to continue to sell those 4B shares to purchase additional assets or at least have it readily available. At this point I am only speculating as is everyone else. I thought I'd seen something in the letter indicating the 4B had been issued but couldn't find it when I went back and looked. Figured it was just old-timers disease.

Thanks juice, but I don't need any credit, I just want this stock to move up for once. I sure hope we can help Q get some deals signed with DISH and DTV. I am with alot of people here though, this may run on carrier news again, but it will just come right back down. We NEED the audit to be completed, and until then I feel there won't be much going on with this stock.
