Can anyone answer a question: Is NTI (located at 3200 Chartres St) under water? I checked a map of New Orleans and this street is located in the French Quarter, close to Canal St but also very close to the Mississippi. Thanks, A Lurker

Haven't been down there since the flooding, but the news channels keep saying the quarter is not under water.

If NTI is in the French Quarter, that's good because it's one of the areas that were not totally flooded. When the French owned Louisiana, they put the French Quarter on the highest ground possible. Smart, eh?

i dont know about any of you but im trying to buy right now and its not filling me.i have always tried to follow basic rules but i have a hard time actually doing it.one of them is to buy when its hated.well folks i love qbid but i have the feeling its becoming a hated stock as it goes down week after week and people are losing patience.not me though.i am buying today another mil.best of luck.buy low sell high! buy when its hated and that is when its on sale hehehehe. i know im not saying anything that any of you dont already know but i think we are near a real bottom.

NTI is known to be a money sink. Most New Orleans businesses are. I see the costs of like 300 billion dollars to rebuild New Orleans and my heart just sinks. Why? Yes, I emailed that address asking when they were going to close the Berlin Exchange listing and when Frank intended to stop diluting. No reponse on either question yet. My assumption, therefore, has to be that both will continue. I'm optimistic, but until we see a trend reversal, I have to assume that Frank is still going at it. I'm starting to lose faith to be honest, it had its chance to form the last two weeks. While it's not out of the question, I really don't know if it can form without this hitting .0010 and staying there for 3 days or so.
If it happens, I'll be buying probably a few thousand worth the afternoon of the second day at those levels, and I'll probably put in a sell at .0017 that won't fill till the next week.
What we should see for an official reverse head and shoulders is three to five days at .0012 or lower, three to five days betwee .0013 and .0015, and then a run up to .0020. If it breaks .0022 either on a run day or day after, we're official on the trend reversal.

This topic has been beaten to death before, but LOGO poses no threat to QBID. They are taking the political heat, and generating interest in QBID at the same time. I'm not a fan of FatherofTwo, but I agree with this statement. This could easily run to .0051 because it is undervalued. I blame the undervaluation on Frank, who needs to be more direct and honest about outstanding share count issues.

I should have clarified. The way QBID removed Frank's position in the stock was by retiring the common shares and making new preferred shares. Common stock and preferred stock are totally different animals, so both outstanding and issued stock was retired (or moved to the treasury). I can't stress this issue enough.
The "debate" between myself and PT and pennies revolves around whether or not Frank's 53% of the OS is included in that since this audit is arguably for only the first quarter of 2005.
My response to the claims that it is are that GAAP audits are required to be official and acceptable by the SEC. So either Frank's shares are NOT included in that count (making the dilution since Feb 2004 about 10.5 billion) and this is a legitimate audit, OR it's not a legitimate audit, and even when finished, we'll still be on the Pinks.

Specifically, I'd like to see: 2) Frank to promise in a PR or investor relations piece not to dilute while the price per share (PPS) is under a penny.
I think that's a reasonable request.

a finanaical audit would bring valuation to the share price which is (to our knowledge) extremely undervalued (10x) and yes the hope would be to upgrade to the otcbb...
audit would just answer a lot of our questions

Translation: Start selling so that g can grab more for a quick profit from a .007 run.
Frowny face has not lost until he sells at a loss. Perhaps he invested and wishes that both of you could buy more at .0010.
Why would you buy more at .0010? If we didn't run last time the charts said we should have why are we going to this time? You don't make much sense to me.
All I think you are doing is trying to lower the price by posting doubts!
