ok guys i spoke at length with richard, although he said he had a 4 oclock meeting...lol...but i would like to first start off by saying that charlatuna over at IHUB was correct and did not lie in the "not accurate" reply from richard regarding my last posted conversation with him...i am sorry charlatuna if you get this...the confusion that was araised was regarding the fact that i said that Franks shares were included in the OS and Richard said he said and still says that he doesnt know for sure...so, charlie, im sorry...
i also spoke to richard at length at whether or not he would like me to post our conversations...he said that it is all my opinion but to be careful people couldnt take my words out of context.."be straight and concise" so on that point......
1. Shareholder meeting........ -------Richard and upper management trying to get Frank to pin down an exact date but Frank is squirming....
2. Shareholder DVD......... -------Waiting on being burned currently...If richard was to put a date on it,,,he said 7-10 business days. (great imo, but will believe it when i see it that soon)
3. Q being liquidated into private company (Ragingbull posts)(spoke at length about this)...... -------complete nonsense...(went on to say in a nutshell that he understands why all these theories are coming out etc, but the fact is that we would be better off to leave the boards and not pay attention to these posts...these folks have an agenda and wouldnt be spending 17 hours on a computer for weeks on end to be a good samaritian.) (richards words)
4. Q not registered in washington and being disolved..... --------again not a problem...(he said lots more about this and why it wasnt etc, but i didnt know much about what he was saying so i dont want to quote him if i were inaccurate...)
5. Updating website,,,Q Gay games logo directed to hot gay joe..... -------already knew about it and didnt know if it had been corrected yet
6. Paltalk meeting of investors and richard himself..... -------waste of time....

Thanks MT -- admitting you made a boo-boo in the past only increases your credibility in my mind. Again, your posts and work is truly appreciated from me and I am sure I am not alone.
Having read many other boards, I think "we" at Allstocks tend to be about the most well thought-out in almost all of the stocks I play. I admit I do more DD in other issues than this one, where I tend to be more anecdotal. But that is mainly because I feel I can "relax" a little here and rely on the good hard work of others such as yourself.
On the whole, we have reasonable questions and tend to ponder them in logical progression. I have to say that Allstocks tends to be much more levelheaded than other boards.
Also, in future, I for one would suggest that you not limit your transcriptions to near verbatim, but if you feel you must, let us know when you are paraphrasing and when you are summarizing. That way you feel more comfortable about the accuracy of your posts and we still get to benefit from your great conversations.
Again, screw RB and other boards that hold you to every letter you type. I for one here appreciate your summaries, verbatim or not.

Looks like someone is finally going to get off their ass and at least give the American public a heads up on the practice of allowing the selling naked shorts for American companies in overseas markets . For those that don't know what this is all about I will post a couple of links but anyone who has used the Raging Bull or Yahoo boards have seen the effect the paid bashers have had on those boards for years . Overseas "investors" are basically allowed to sell as many shares short as they wish with no regard as to whether or not they can actually produce such shares . Foreign markets basically give naked shorters the license to issue counterefeit stock in whatever quantity their pocketbooks can afford . There have been many times you can find more shares of a company sold short than the company has even issued lol
I even brought up the fact that here at least one had to put up some sort of record to post and anyone could directly gauge that record by looking at your public pages which made it much easier to deal with the occasional poster that is just pouring out drivel . Paid bashers usually don't possess the skills to be even a mediocre investor but you can see a bit of the writing style they flood public boards with show up here on occasion ...
I actually was recruited on the Yahoo boards to be a paid basher because of the way I replied to most of the silly manure they posted . ( Direct replies are a mistake ... paid bashers are often paid by the number of replies they get so on Yahoo or Raging Bull the best method to use is to put up post that show how silly their claims are without mentioning their name or even the fact you read their post )
I don't need the chump change and their kind frankly #### me off so I wrote a nice screw you letter in reply to the recruiter. One thing that is nice though the mere mention that this story is going to run has scared short sellers attacking one company I currently hold . It has jumped 11% today for no good reason other than shorts in America trying to cover as their foreign "buddies" head for cover
