ohhh and dewit, i do have level II through ameritrade apex for all the other exchanges..just not pinks thats all...ahha i would NEVER be able to trade without level II...i like to think of it as trading blindly...
but, on the other hand, MM shake pretty hard using level II and i have been shaken by watching level II, so some times its best to not look!

lol i dont really like to trade pinks to much...i understand that they are the biggest gainers, but to much questions regarding pinks....from time to time, i will use that free trial offer with different credit cards if i am in a pink sheet heavily, but other than that, i am more of a short term trader....and many of the guys in my trading room have it anyways and they will update it as it goes....ahahah, but yes i am thinking about spending the 50 bucks a month and getting it, im just cheap!lol

MT 4th call Rich answers the phone!!! wow awsome! hes a nice guy too (sounds young) but that was totally sweet i wasnt even ready just expected the machine again haaha. I had about a 10 min convo with him just shootin the sh*t at first like hey would you remember a Matt from Louisana, he said hmmmm paused then said ehh "i think so, but I handle about 200 calls a day.." We sorta laughed.. haha it was so casual and friendly which was pretty cool.
Ok, so the only thing I asked him about was the AH trades. He says they are only transfers from accounts that are low and yes he is aware in fact that this is a concern to the company. (which yes we all know now just nice to hear it instead of read it) Now he went on to say that these are in no possible way real trades by institutions cause I asked. The example he gave me was that it doesnt make sense for any institution to trade AH. He said it would cost anywhere from .01 to .02 per share to place an actual trade after hours on qbid, just as it would any other pink sheet. So 9 mill x .02 is $180,000 gone to waste.. so that just reinforced shooting down the theory that any of these trades are legit after hours. He said all this activity may of course be illegal, and the company is taking steps to fix this. Oh shoot I asked him about the completion of the audit. He said "I know just as much as you right now... what I can tell you is its happening and this will clear up some issues..." Not word for word exactly what he said but thats what went down as best I can recall. I will be calling him again without a doubt... man that was really really awesome. Thanks MT!!! hello all i just talked to richard brown.he said that we are still trying to pass the audit...we are trying very hard to pass the edgar test..all shares have to be accumulated.thats why there is a delay..because some notes dont always get recorded right..that might explain the reason of the low share value. he said q tv has every intention of giving their shareholders more information than required. currently they are still workin on new advitisers and new carriers..so i guess all we can do is wait..

ahahahhahaahahah love it juice!!!!love it!!it really is great speakin with richard, because what we have here is so many people heavily investred in Q and seeing it go down while the company progresses...when you read all these lies and theories on the web, you get really worried and almost to the point of thinking they are right..richard brings it all back to logical reasoning....your conversation with him is exactly how he answers the same questions for me...espically the part about AH trades very costly...(exactly what he told me a week ago)
what i do now is i write down questions, comments throughout the week, so that when i call, i have 5-10 points to ask him about, and bam bam bam i just run through the questions....
but yes!!ahahh it is surprising some times, when you get him...5-10 no answers from him, and then on the 11th he picks up quickly and just says 'richard brown" and your caught off guard...lol--glad ya glad juice! and i bet your glad as well...now create a list of some of your concerns and let richard hear em!

Hey Rod & MT -- you guys have any good and quick comebacks to the whole dissolution of QBID into a private company QTV through the expiration of licenses crap that has been going on over on RB? I am sure they are full of smoke, but the bashers over there are making a fairly reasonable sounding (note I said sounding) case. I am going to try to figure it out myself, but figured I'd ask you guys about it, too.

lol yeah i have seen this too....i will be the first to say that they have Great DD and backup information to there thoughts, but it is easy to manipualate data and sound confident...i am trying to call richard and that is on my list...so i will return with the DD, but if i were to guess, if that is true, i would think that would be very very illegal...lawsuit anyone?lol

I am assuming Richard does indeed live either in Boston or Mass, these numbers confirm this... sorry if this was already known but there was a discussion before as to wether Richard Brown was living in NY.

i have brought this up.
it is not going to happen, and if it did Frank would be slapped with a class action lawsuit so fast it would make his head spin.
they have over and over again stated that Qtelevision is a wholey own subsiduary of QBID.
in order to spin off the company some money would have to exchange hands and that would go into the company that we own.
dont worry about that rumour it has been floating around for a year and a half now.
what more can it say, if it comes from RB board it is crap.

I don’t think Q will ever go private. It is not a concern to me. This is Frank’s legacy and I really don’t see him selling until well after the Gay Games and Q is very firmly established. He has everything he needs to do it big time.

If you buy the crap they are dishing, you would have to believe that a media company would be stupid enough to strand shareholders with a dirty shell with no assets while QTV/QTN went on to become bigtime.
If that were the case, would not every PR they released since May be fraudulent? Would not every share they allow to be tranferred be fraudulent? And perhaps most importantly, would they not know that in the post-ENRON worlld, they could never get away with something so blatant?
ESPECIALLY when your target audience is finite, why would you alienate a significant portion in order to get this type of "free loan" (which is essentially what is being described)? The negative exposure through the media and your target audience would be devistating, and if the goal is to get the big boys to come in and buy you out, they sure as he77 wouldn't be interested in QTV/QTN while a massive fraud investigation and lawsuit was pending, and that process would take years.
In other words, the whole idea (in Mythbusters fashion) is "PLAUSIBLE," but certainly not very probable. It sounds to me like some people are takinga set of circumstances and turning it into soemthing that COULD conceivably happen, but would be about the dumbest thing I could think of.
