this is exactly what we have been wanting...now wait and see if the MM scrammble and try to hold it down..they may, but this is just the beginning now...this PR could not have been any better in my eyes! QBID is now being changed into dream stock (no financial, share count, etc. ) gambling investor stock into a clear cut way undervalued big money stock...

Frank will have to get the audit done and report based upon the companies assets and assuming there is more than 500 shareholders (which is most probable).

I think we are looking at 19.5B outstanding common shares and the number of preferred shares was not disclosed, nor the terms on the preferred, like if they can be converted to common and at what ratio. I don't believe the preferred count is part of the 19.5B outstanding count.

That means they **WILL NOT BE RELEASED**. You have my word on that. If Frank refuses to pinpoint a time, it means he is NOT DOING IT.
GG on buying into the dilution fools. You need to get harsh on Frank, tell him to commit. Basically he could be making all this up without pinpointing a date for the release. Even if they are unaudited, he should still have them pinpoint a release.

ok do I have this right? If there are 19.5 billion total shares and Frank says this company is worth 1 billion dollars then the stock should be worth about 5 cents a share correct. and im not saying thats what what said i'm just figuring for a later time and an exit on 25%of my shares.
