I wonder if TW in New York will be a part of the coming out party on October 11? I did post on September 1 that Time Warner New York and QTN were to meet on September 13 to hammer out a deal. Maybe its a Done Deal, we do need some good news, which is an under statement. Although I will give Frankie Boy credit, he has been keeping his mouth shut this time around on Carrier deals.

I tried to verify it on the TWCNY website, but I couldn't find any listing for the channels coming soon; I'm sure she saw a promotion for it somewhere.

MT,
I think this would be a very smart idea. Several have said it was going to be a "text interactive" interview. By having the questions in say, word doc, cut and paste would be quick as well as cut and paste back to the doc for the answers for future use.

Just a thought I had this morning fellow QBiddians.... And please note that I am not trying to bash here.... Also please note that I probably have no idea what I'm talking about. But....
The idea struck me that a company with a near worthless stock doesn't get much benefit from their stock. That being the case, it probably wouldn't be their highest priority to fix the stock when they should be concentrating on other aspects of their business.
Now, with Q, this seems like it would be even more true. Not only is the stock near worthless, but they have several sources of prodigious income and a widely expanding business. Their stock seems like it would be even less crucial to them.
What I am basically saying is that Q's success doesn't rely very much on the stock price. The stock price is crap and they are still exploding as a company. So, why really focus all your energy on the stock price if you are the CEO? The only reason I can see that the stock is important to the business is for good PR, but they basically have that covered. They release their own fluff PR's every week and keep roping people in who see the company explode and can't imagine that the stock won't do well.
Well...it doesn't have to and it won't hurt them much if it doesn't. Just my thoughts.

I am not going to "call" bottom yet, but it is looking better and better...little earlier, they matched about 20 sales, which means the MM are low on shares...(which means they have loaded up themselves and dont have many shares to sell from their inventories)

I think you are right on the money. I've always said, if you are in for the long haul anyway don't worry about the stock price, worry about what the company is doing to build the business. The stock price will, eventually, take care of itself. Part of taking care of the business is to insure that there is a proper accounting of everything. You gotta know where your money is coming from and, more importantly, where it is going. That's why an independent audit is so important. When that is done and reported on a regular basis then the stock price will improve or deteriorate based upon the audit results. Not having any outside confirmation of where the company stands puts us into the manipulation phase of the cycle where it's the market makers who are in absolute control.
If you believe in this company then look at these dips as an accumulation opportunity. Stock price is not necessarily an indication of the true health of a company.

You know people, you guys are the ones driving the price down by buying so low. If you would bid at the ask we could move forward instead of backwards. We're digging our own grave here.

It seems as though there are many people with the daytrader mentality and not investor mentality in this stock. Totally used to playing scams and startup companys on news. Not so much on this board, but definately on others. This stock is a mm's dream. It's got peoples interest enough for them to profit huge all day. If we do run how many people will dump. a-lot. It will probably run up and down so quick. Until we get actual investor interest which won't be until there's solid #'s and off this board. I don't know of any investors (meaning fairly conservative) who would even think of putting anything into this yet. Daytraders want it and they want it now, while investors once they do get in will ride the slow train to the top. I feel strongly that this will happen, and I've got my seatbelt on. It's easy to shake out people with the I want it now attitude. Which is what we see here. I think we're finding our bottom now. Daytraders leaving in safety amount and hopefulls like myself to mars or bust.(the moon just isn't high enough for this one) I'll be concerned if a big buyback doesn't occur. Frank & co. seem to understand the market pretty well. I would hire Frank to run my company because: 1. You don't have to know everything or be the sharpest person in the world. You can't do that much by yourself anyway being only one person with only so much time in one day. You surround yourself with winners and top notch people that can get the job done. (which he has) 2. Be passionate about what your doing. (I think the whole team is) 3. Maintain focus on the big picture or main goal. (not compromising for temporary pps increase) 4. Getting the job done with whatever means necessary. ( even dilluting as it was obviously necessary for timing reasons) 5. Knowing what Frank know's, and being positioned where we are I really don't think he's worried about the pps. I think he's put out the delayed audit results PR to get A cheaper buyback. just my opinion. anyone agree?
