that has not been stated, and if i am mistaken please show me where it is stated...

however, you are welcome to visit the studio for "national coming out day" [Smile]

"Finally, on national coming out day, Tuesday October 11th, we plan to have an open house for our studio. We have a limited number of seats available. But, please e-mail Richard Brown at staff*EquityRelations.com, and we will provide seats for shareholders on a first-come, first-serve basis."

but i also read this as anyone and everyone who has anything to do with Q Media City/ Q television / Triangle Multi Media Ltd and its subsidiaries (heah) can vie for a seat.

i highly doubt they will be discussing share structures and investor-interest topics at the Coming Out Open House.

see what i mean about all the words are carefully twisted/stated lately? i'm just reading them realistically trying to figure it all out.

Your right!

That's why I'm holding off on buying in case there's a panic sell. If I didn't know any better Franks wording would almost be designed to cause a sell off. Maybe he wants to do another buy back.

So I just keep asking myself,,,,

(1) Do they have a product or service?

(2) Is it a quality product or service?

(3) Is it a marketable product or service?

(4) Are there precedents, companies that provide the same kind of product or service?

(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?

(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?

(7) Do they have a target demographic?

(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?

(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?

(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?

(11) Do they have sponsors?

(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?

(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.

And most importantly one personal question,,,

(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position.

I know we have trouble trusting them lately, but when I read

"We have pushed the shareholder meeting back to Tuesday, October 11th. Originally, we were going to lease a hotel chain so shareholders could watch the simulcast of this meeting. Logistically, that was too difficult. We have a contract with an internet company to simulcast the meeting in type. The meeting will be interactive so that shareholders can ask questions."

I think we are looking to hard for holes at this point. If it were simulcast in spanish, it doesn't mean the meeting isn't being held using english.

I interpret it as "the meeting is on, but if you can't come to town you will have to read about it on the web".

whiz,
this thought has crossed my mind a gazillion times since frank announced the first buyback.

what better way to do a buyback than to ambiguously promote the company while letting nature take its course and the pps tanking?!

it would be the ultimate shake by the ceo himself.

dilute 10 billion shares sold * .0015 and buy 'em back at .0002 HA! you just made your company 148 million dollars and you're right back where you started.

that's too sly. could that actually work? [Eek!]

I agree, BB. My "conjecture" is that by October 11, the meeting could be just a summary of our progress--especially the most current progress!

With a couple of major, revealing PR's, typed questions and answers may be just fine for the majority of shareholders.

It's going to happen--the question remains, when?

Hoss!

At this point I don't trust Frank in so far as looking out for us, the shareholder. He was talking about buybacks & NOT telling us he was diluting to buy assets.

I do trust Frank to turn this into a profitable company & just hope that he doesn't totally screw the shareholder in the process.

I also trust that we will see a monster bounce on this thing if it drops any lower. I also trust that this time next year we will have hit a penny if not more due to filings & the games. If Frank realy gets this company to a point that it reports a profit in 2006 we will all be happy we had the dicipline to hang in there.

Scary isn't it. But he needs to do that buy back & not leave those shares out there. Otherwise he's screwed us. I'm hoping he isn't as low as Pino.

LOL!

This really is not that funny but I almost have to laugh. This company has so many things going in it's favor I used to think that Frank with even half an effort to make it work couldn't screw it up. But now I'm hoping that he does a
"serious" buyback.

Betting babe- I have thought that all along. I think thats exactly what frank is doing. Judging from his past I would think he's got his hands in there making money on the way down too. I'm sure we will never hear about it though. mysterious funding from investors. (unnamed) Probably Franks brother shorting for him.
He seems to be pretty intune to the stock fluctuations.
just my opinion. How's Martha Stewart doing anyway.

I agree Whiz. I'm kinda new to investing but the way I see it he has the passion and desire to make this work, whatever it takes. In any business you have to use whatever funds available as a tool to accomplish certain tasks and hopefully position you to receive many fold return on your investment. Now I don't know what I would do in his shoes , but If my main objective was to build this dream to a large profitable company and I had to make a choice of getting things done when they needed to be done, or not doing it because of dilution or the pps dropping for the moment. I would get it done now and do whatever it took to make it happen. Seems to me like Frank will do whatever it takes to get it done. I think he is A good leader with a passion and is on the right track. Seems like timing is very important due to competition and he probably did what he had to.
Hopefully were positioned now. no more funding needed. buyback? etc.
I think soon people will be talking about how this stock is overvalued, once we get the exposure needed. Look at sirius pps based on hope and speculation. They're how far in the hole now. who knows when they will be profitable.
just my opinion of course.

on the contrary FriendToNone...

now isn't such a bad time to get in, since most of us got in way higher than the current pps...

and many have made money off of it, but you're just playing up recent concerns for whatever alterior motive you have...

warning to newbies:
be careful with your money in ALL investments, and be more careful WHO you trust in making investment decisions.

BB, I share your concern with the way things are being said and of course with the pps heading south so much. I can only say that I hope Frank doesn't leave us holding the bag. This investor relations deal is getting very vague. I think we are stuck with our fingers crossed, waiting to see if this is going to come out OK. Or do we have to make somebody an offer that they can't refuse.

kybowhunter, I don't know who has the most shares, but seems that you have stepped up to the plate.

Will it be the daytraders vs. longs
or the bashers vs. pumpers with full coverage by the Q team? lol

.....like most of you, I'm not pleased with our current pps. Perhaps the investor letter was a warning of the rough waters that must be traveled before reaching the smooth sail.

Frank said "our financial side is as structured as our creative side."

My take: The plan has been implemented but is not
yet completed--carriers, audit in the works.

I'm staying the course..........

I commend many of you Q longs for all the patience and guts you have in investing...

I just want to say a few things...

1. some individuals say that Q's chart is terrible...i completely argree...it is ugly...What me, Marty, pennies, and many others always try to say is that Q has quick runs and this is the best time to buy in and get out if you want to trade it for extra money...So yes long term chart is bad, but when certain indicators get low, it historically is the time to buy

2. Q may be diluting, and may have diluted all the way down...I will guess that if Frank is still diluting, that he is diluting using VERT...(hard guess..lol), but with that said...Diluted companies and MM alike still give the stock quick runs and healthy percentage gains to raise awareness and bring the traders back in the stock to allow more dilution to occur....

3. I cannot see QBID having any serious problems currently if they just bought a new studio worth 25 Million and a Teleport Company and just recently began producing many new shows and now just got a new soap opera show on fridays...this is not signs a company is in rough waters...it is signs of a company growing rapidly...I still dont understand why nobody ever talks about FRANKS SHARES and how he has sooo much money invested in this....Someone correct me if im wrong, because i have always been astounded by this....
--Say Frank has 23Billion shares, or whatever he owns....that is a ton of money....so we own, 125K here, somebody else owns 3M, and somebody else has 1.5M, but frank owns like 25 Billion shares....his money is in this stock and his buying of new things and diluting the stock would only be done if it benefits HIS shares as well...he has a huge stake in this and is doing it for his legacy, image, and yes his bank account...If Q runs up to .05 or .1 calculate how much money Frank will serve to gain from QBID...honest to god, it is insane how much money he can make....

4. I think tommorrow and in the coming days, we here at allstocks should have 1 person keep track of all the questions we want to ask Frank...We can all create questions we would like to know and have a "scribe" keep track of all the agreed upon questions...Get us prepared for the shareholders meeting!

5. I have thought about this repeatedly in the past...some have talked about this tonight...Frank keeping silent and manipulating the stock to buyback massive amounts of shares in this area....I have learned to now never think "positive" for Q, but i would not be surprised at all to see a huge PR stating Frank has bought back 1B+ shares...I have thought he may have been buying back since beginning of august...The fact that we have not heard anything regarding a buyback would also make sense as that would defeat the purpose....Just something to keep in mind, as i really really hope Frank is not diluting at these levels

Has he bought back more shares/how many?

Finally got my reply from dishnetwork. It's just like the reply to others, but for what it's worth I'm posting it again.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your interest in LOGO and Q. We are currently in negotiations to provide these channels. We are hopeful of reaching an agreement in the near future.

Please understand we are not at liberty to discuss negotiation details. We continually strive to provide all our customers with a large variety of diverse programming choices.

We appreciate your continued support and patience during our negotiations to secure LOGO and Q.

Your business is greatly appreciated and we thank you for allowing us to be of assistance.
