Knowing what Frank know's, and being positioned where we are I really don't think he's worried about the pps. I think he's put out the delayed audit results PR to get A cheaper buyback. just my opinion. anyone agree?
Nice evaluation, I believe Frank has always said he will look out for the longs and if you're in this long you are looking beyond todays pps or Decembers pps. It hurts right now to look at my account but I am in long so Frank, make us proud and keep up the good work on Q Television. Go Q!!! Bring us the green!

yes Wangdo, but that PR preceeded the Sept 21st PR that stated:

and there was no mention of an ADDITIONAL 200 seats for an investors-only meeting. frank only said that the shareholders meeting would be "in type".
i can only imagine how quickly the 200-person studio will fill up with the number of shows & staff they now have.
i guess we could hope for the best, but i'm going by what has been written, not inferred.

60 days is a long time in Q land. I can't believe how fast it's plummeting ... already at .0008. Will it bounce up? What about those couple days where we had over a billion in volume and not one uptick? Obviously buying pressure doesn't mean anything to this stock. I've officially lost half of my share value, and I'm discouraged. Have the bashers been right ths whole time? I hope not, but it sure is starting to look like it.

The idea struck me that a company with a near worthless stock doesn't get much benefit from their stock. That being the case, it probably wouldn't be their highest priority to fix the stock when they should be concentrating on other aspects of their business.
Now, with Q, this seems like it would be even more true. Not only is the stock near worthless, but they have several sources of prodigious income and a widely expanding business. Their stock seems like it would be even less crucial to them.
What I am basically saying is that Q's success doesn't rely very much on the stock price. The stock price is crap and they are still exploding as a company. So, why really focus all your energy on the stock price if you are the CEO? The only reason I can see that the stock is important to the business is for good PR, but they basically have that covered. They release their own fluff PR's every week and keep roping people in who see the company explode and can't imagine that the stock won't do well. ----

stock runs up from .0001 to .028. Q gets lots of attention, uses the momentum & exposure to get all us tv watchers to request Qtv from cable carriers. in effect, the attention builds the network, not the funds from the sale of the stock.
so, dilute the o/s while the pps is still nice and high, make an extra couple hundred mil for the company that will allow it to expand/acquire as needed to build equity.
run the price down to the ground, knowing that as soon as it hits .0005 yo're gonna buy back all htose shares you used to dilute at a fraction of what you were paid for them.
release audit/pr that states that the company is worth a bazillion bux and by the way, we bought back all those shares we put out there... plus we have all that extra money we made through the dilution, and all these new additional assets.. and shorts,ya better cover ur patooties..
it would be beautiful chaos.

BB, That sounds like too logical of a plan. Its been hard on most this ride down but if its like you say and Q has built a network and obtained assets then hopefully we move up soon. Frank has been mentioning for months to rags about being available in 16 million homes by year-end. With supposedly Cox and TW rolling out Q city/region by city/region then they have to announce something soon to obtain all of these homes unless Q has other carriers up their sleave!

To all the conspiracy theorists out there......
I bought 3.4 M shares this morning at .0009...The other day when Ameritrade went down i got 10 free trades, so when i saw we may be heading back down i sold them back at .0009 when there was only 1 MM...The 1 MM got knocked off and my order started getting filled at 12:32:05
Now my order was opened and at the top of the list...During that time there was many many big buys, like 5M, 1M, 3M, 7M etc....I called my broker and asked them to call the MM and ask why my order wasnt being filled...She came back to me and said it was a the top and was being filled with buy orders....
So what was happeninng is my order was only being filled on "real" buys....I got filled on partial fills like 15 times...all like 500K, 100K, 435K, etc buys....not the big buys that were block buys....
This raises the question, what exactly are these block buys/sells....we know the big ones like 9M, 9M, etc are MM transferring shares...But could it be that Frank or Richard is slowly buying back shares from the float that do not affect the bid/ask and current open orders....
To say the least, it was interesting to see this occuring...not even 1M share buys would fill my order...I asked Richard this before if Frank could buy directly from the Float or something and not in the open market...It could also be MM covering shorts...

pre-market i set up a sale at bid. bid didn't change, but only after 30+ million shares exchanged hands (we're talking 15+ minutes) did my order start filling.
with all that volume i shouldn't have had to wait that long.. all the while people posting here all the other buys/sells going through.
telling ya, something is fishy.

i'm buying back in wayyyyyyyyyy lower to try to recoup some losses.
