Dear Fellow Shareholders:
During the month of February, ICM Telecommunications, after overcoming several operating roadblocks common to any early stage company, particularly with a newly launched business plan, began selling its stored value debit cards. At this time, we expect that by month's end the company will have put in operation approximately 15,000 to 20,000 cards, at an average revenue level of $4 per card.
In addition to our domestic working relationship with Ohio-based Sutton Bank, the company earlier this month was proudly able to commence offering international VISA electronic cards through the Global Bank of Commerce, headquartered in Antigua, in the West Indies. To better differentiate our product lines, especially since we may invest in telecommunications-related projects in the future, we have chosen to identify our card offerings as ICM Network, and set up a separate web site at http://www.icmnetwork.com where consumers may access a broad range of services.

Don't worry, the fully operational website and hot new PR and new contracts and new profits and an amazing audit and all sorts of other lovely things are all going to come from ICMH by no later than later September or early October.

Maybe when we heard "October" and assumed things were going to pop THIS MONTH we misunderstood -- and everything is really planned for October 2007 ...
Anyway, the current trends aren't too bad:

Almost a month without even a no-substance PR or decent rumour will do that ... Some factual, positive money-based news will drive this stock up hard and fast ... but even just a good-looking working website and some decent fluff PR could possibly double the PPS short-term.
This company needs to give us SOMETHING or we'll just start drifting downwards .... Since many of us are already in the red here, it just gets more and more dangerous the quieter things get...
But I'm holding for the same reasons I bought -- the day this company lives up to even half of its promises is the day this stock pops, because there's LOTS of potential here and I really think the stock is underpriced at the moment by 100%. But it's entirely up to the company to turn things around for us at this point.... They should really be pumping more PR onto the market, though -- news every two weeks, I say. And get their bloody website(s) working...

I'm pretty sure we aren't going to see a PR this week....Unless he wants to release after hours today and give everyone a weekend to sleep on it, but I do not think he will, and I hope he doesn't.

Monday would be better. The only reason today would be good is he said it would happen this week. If it happens Monday, or another day next week, it will help the PPS, but not our trust...

We were saying this same thing 4 months ago.
The cycle goes something like this:
1 Doug says something will happen by a certain day. PPS goes up on speculation.
2. That day comes and goes and no one hears a thing from ICMH. PPS starts going back down.
3. Investors start thinking something caused it to be delayed.
4. Someone calls Doug and he gives a new date. PPS goes up a few ticks.
5. The new date comes and goes and no one hears a thing from ICMH. PPS falls back a few ticks.
6. Investors start thinking Doug is full of BS. PPS sinks lower.
7. Doug puts out a fluff PR that has a hint of promise for the future. PPS rises a few ticks and quickly sinks lower than where it started because investors are tired of the BS and they are dumping their shares before PPS puts them too far back in the red.
8. The cycle starts over at #1.
I know your in a tough spot FOT. You saw the promise in ICMH that Doug was hyping. You recommended this stock based on Dougs hype. You continue to passify the frustrated investors to the best of your ability. Based on all that has happened, I'm sure you realize that Doug has proven that he can't be trusted. What do you do now? Do you chalk this one up as a mistake and move on or do you stick it out and hope Doug eventually comes through on his broken promises? It is becoming evident that ICMH is going nowhere soon. The absence of news can't be a good sign. A fluff PR will satisfy some investors in the short term but it will cause PPS to fall lower as people dump their shares and then once again ICMH investors become an angry, frustrated group. IMO ICMH is on the pinks because Doug has no business skills. ICMH must not have any revenue coming in or he would be shouting it from the roof tops. Even the promise of revenues in the future would be HUGE compared to what people have seen from ICMH thus far. But ICMH has nothing to say so that leads me to believe that they have nothing positive to show people.

If I felt that way jdog, then I would personally sell and take a loss so I could move on and make money on something else. Why is it that fOT is in a "tough spot" anyway? He posted first so now this is his baby and he's fully responsible for what happens? Did it not run twice at least and give every opportunity to flip it? Yes, it did! Because that's exactly the way I played it. This was no mistake for me. I made money and will again on it. Now I am in with 2 mill at an avg of .00124. Just because the news doesn't flow on some magic timeline like you want it to, doesn't mean the sky is falling. Have they been diluting the hell out of it? Of course not! That's evident with these 0 volume days we've seen. I went this route before and sold and got chastized for it because I was tired of having my money tied up and waiting for news. So, I do understand your position and frustration...but it's obvious they aren't dumping shares. It's also obvious that it moves upward with the smallest buy, and the pps is about as stable as a concrete post at .0011/.0012. I recently took a "no hold the crappy pinks" attitude and it's been paying off for the most part, but this is one I place an exception on. The thing WILL run again! I don't have Kevin's optimism by far but like I said, unless there is crazy revenue type news, or something that makes it go nuts, I'm extremely happy with 100% from this. Probably will be the last time but news will come eventually. And by the way, they don't teach you to throw out a PR every week to satisfy the "investor" in business school. They teach you how to run a business and keep the cash flowing. Not how to placate the shareholders. And the fact that there's no pr every day makes me think he just might be trying to run his company and too busy to worry about a couple of ticks on the streamer. When the news comes, it will take care of itself.

stock, I sold the majority of my ICMH during the last run. I sold ICMH on both big runs. I just check in every now and then to see how the ICMH holders are doing. I do hold a very minute amount of shares.
IMO FOT is in a tough spot because there are a lot of shareholders here looking to him and FOT can only relay info from Doug. Info that is becoming less and less reliable. Each investor is respobsible for their own investments BUT when they follow someone else's advice, they are naturally going to look to that person for answers. That is not MY position but I think that is the position of a lot of people here.
True, it is more important to run the business than to cater to investors. But on the other hand, Doug has repeatedly promised developments and PR's that have never happened. He personally told me that the web site would be up in 2 weeks (He told me that the beginning of August). What does this say about how well he is running the business? PR's should be released when there are developments that warrant them. It was just those kind of developments that Doug led investors to expect 4 months ago.
How well do you think the business is being run when Doug can't find one positive thing to say in months? Doug told FOT to expect a PR on the switch and revenue 2 weeks ago. I would be upset about being misled by Doug if I were FOT. Although this is nothing new from Doug, he has done this time and time again over the 4 months I've been following ICMH. I've searched historical posts on numerous message boards and found that Doug has been pulling this same crap for years. He is always hyping something that gets delayed by months or years and the development that finally materializes is a fraction of what was originally expected.
How long should people continue following someone who continually misleads them? Someone who knew nothing about Doug or ICMH could have spotted Doug's pattern within the first month they held this stock.
"It'll be out in the next few days" "It'll be out later this week" "It'll be out the first of next week" "I'll try to have it out by the end of next week" "Unexpected delays I'll have it out when I can" and on and on and on.......
Visit a few message boards and search historical posts about ICMH and you'll see that this has been Doug's typical and normal behavior for years (and ICMH has never had a breakthrough development).
I wish all ICMH shareholders the best of luck because it appears that you will need it.

Holding as well! I lost faith in Doug's ability to deliver when he says he will, but I still believe that he will someday:) Maybe this will turn into a nice Christmas bonus.
