bid support and 3 MM's on the ask were blown through on 1 mill vol.
1 or 2 ticks up and this one could start moving, even without news!

The chart is setting up for a run with or without the news.
The MACD is crossing and the williams has just come out of oversold. The bollis are getting really tight and the pps is now touching the 20dma which is a resistance support level, so with one more uptick, it could trigger a nice run!
