Are you and your Bears going to flood the SEC with phone calls, faxes and E-mails again in an attempt to ruin this company....Remember...Jeff Mitchell aka Stockhunter... came here on Allstocks and created an E-mail barrage to the SEC from folks who post here at the same time you were doing it on your Website...I find that to be a coordinated effort...collusion...a plan...wonder what the Feds would think of that move....Hmmmm ...Oh well...now...

since when is a "potential" attack on a company considered "blatent"?
the only thing that you are going to see next week is a massive selling of shares into the market by investors that have opened their eyes to the 3.7 billion shares outstanding,without the buying support that was exhibited on Friday.
You are also going to see PLNI issue the balance of the 1.3 billion shares that are left in the 5.0 billion authorized shares before PLNI is closed down.

I had hoped Tex's good humor would tone things down. Alas, no such luck.
I truly want to focus on things that actually matter and that bear some relationship to reality, but false accusations have to be answered. I'm not part of any coordinated attempt to engineer anything with the Worm. As he will attest, I have asked him to tone things down because like will I don't want this thread shut down.
And Bear, simply repeating something doesn't make it true. You have no evidence that Stockhunter is Jeff Mitchell. I'm sure he isn't. Nor has Stockhunter ever posted anything over there. Instead, the worm cut-and-pasted some of his comments. Stock didn't let anything "slip" that isn't available to anyone reading the boards--posters are saying they're complainig to authorities. And so on.
The only reason I can see for all the mud to be thrown up is that there are precious few rational arguments in favor of PLNI right now. So off to the races we go.
It's amazing how quickly some people can spin wild theories in the face of harsh reality.
PLNI has repeatedly delayed the audit completion. It recently failed to live up to a pledge to provide information about a share reduction and buyback. Over the past 8 or 9 months, and after posting a Dec. 30 PR referencing a 200 million share reduction, it expanded the o/s first from 2 billion to 2.3 billion and then to 3.7 billion; and the float from 500 million up to 690 million and then to 2.3 billion. It secretly filed documents expanding the a/s to 5 billion. And none of these actions have been explained in any official statement from the company.
That is the short version.
Under what scenario is some internet cabal required to harm the pps?
Nope, it's a rational market reaction. And anyone complaning to the SEC or anyone else is within their rights.

I don't particularly like seeing this stuff, but then again it too is revealing. No revalation regarding the stock and/or the company. I think the last few pages speak for themselves, and reasonable people will draw some sobering conclusions regarding who is who, and what they contribute, and maybe even a little bit about their character.

I'm sorry you had to read all of this...Different parts of pennyland are controlled by groups...There are all kinds of different groups pulling together...Some of those are just folks who share information...
But...greed is the primary motivator here in pennyland...from group plays to posting false information and many levels in between...Some of these groups have been around for a long time...
There are many Guru's...Momo is the famous group play Guru who got kicked out of Allstocks this year for example...He pops his ugly head now and again but too many folks know him now so his group plays don't work here anymore...
Some Guru's are actually the same con man using different names and setting up several blogs...with helpers...These groups have been conning folks for years and some of the members are great cons...I'm talking they would fool your grey headed grand mother...obviously...some are in jail...
When a new person comes here they are in a vunerable place if indentified by some of these folks...Folks have been sucked in after trading for a long time...It's the con that draws folks...
I know I've posted and prodded and slammed over the past ...but...I knew there was some bad folks around PLNI and that it wasn't good for my investment or the company...and...yes I believe this company will be successful if an attack to put it out of business doesn't happen...Look into hedge funds and those scandals...equate that and Naked Shorting to pennies and it's a gold mine for smart thieves.....but can be death to a company starting to enter the market...
Now I know more about PLNI thanks to the Worms ego...Enough to know to be real careful...not of Turek but of possibly something else...Maybe this time I won't get caught in the con...Sorry again for all of the BS...

4. One of the offshore investors was indicted for fraud and is in "hiding".
5. The stock price has lost 99.999% of its value and is now in the pink sheets.
6. The President was fired.

I'm a long time lurker and not much of a poster, but, I must say the wild "theories" about groups out to get plni is getting a little rediculous. Facts are facts. Plni is their own worst enemy.
And I personally want to thank State and Stockhunter for the tremendous DD. Their opinions kept me from investing in this and saved me alot of money. I believed them from the start, because it all made sense. What plni has done is common and done by the best of them. I have been around long enough, to listen to, all the windbags and their crazy conspiracies about groups having a secret agenda, all the while the company continues to decieve.
The facts are facts about plni and no one can dispute their underhanded practices. Not even you Bearclaw.

I know that StockHunter is not Jeff Mitchell because I have communicated with Jeff Mitchell during the last few years...he moderates a message board on Silicon Investor that discusses SLAAPs, and is considered one of the experts in the field....
I don't know StockHunter other than his posted messages, but they are not the same perosn...

Regarding getting an attorney, I don't use attorneys...I represent myself..in each of the six lawsuits that I have been added as a defendant by the fraudulant companies that sued me...let me show you what happened to the people involved with the first company that sued me in 2000 for just asking questions about the financial statements of that company:
1. One Director was convicted of fraud in the UK and got a 5 year sentence.
2. A second Director received a "Wells Letter" from the SEC informing him that he is going to be charged with certain violations of SEC regulations.
3. The promoter, equivalent to what the Green Baron does with PLNI, was convicted of fraud and is now serving a long jail sentence.
4. One of the offshore investors was indicted for fraud and is in "hiding".
5. The stock price has lost 99.999% of its value and is now in the pink sheets.
6. The President was fired.

Somehow Bearclaw forgets to mention that all of these "groups" of "con" men are involved in convincing investors to BUY the stock, not sell it...and typically these con groups are paid by the companies that they promote...

I know I've posted and prodded and slammed over the past ...but...I knew there was some bad folks around PLNI and that it wasn't good for my investment or the company...and...yes I believe this company will be successful if an attack to put it out of business doesn't happen...Look into hedge funds and those scandals...equate that and Naked Shorting to pennies and it's a gold mine for smart thieves.....but can be death to a company starting to enter the market...
Now I know more about PLNI thanks to the Worms ego...Enough to know to be real careful...not of Turek but of possibly something else...Maybe this time I won't get caught in the con...Sorry again for all of the BS...

Man,,,,, I go take the wife shopping today and come home and find "The Ultimate Fighting Championship" simmer down guys. Even though I'm out for long term I still think there is alot of money to be made with PLNI on a shorter term. I'll try to get back in soon and catch a few waves. (used to live on the coast...now West Texas desert.) any wave is good now. I have plenty of beach here...just no water. Anyway, good luck to all and I don't think I would really bury Jim in 6' of concrete.....that would waste some darn good concrete. Good luck all. Pop a cold one...take a nerve pill and chill Ya'll!
