I despise the Green Baron because of their extreme support for CMKX. Reader beware. (CMKX is no longer traded on the public boards, btw.) There was another stock they strongly supported too, Pender Inc. PNDR, which I have not followed, but if it is still trading is not worth much like it used to be.
Oh, PS: I didn't lose any money on either of these; I'm not replying out of spite.

hi all its good to see all again, now first of all i dont put anything into oakley, but as for the green baron i have made some good money on their picks as a matter of fact the baron is how i found plni when they first started pumping this one. I made alot of money the first time around, and im looking for alot now.Not because the green baron is pushing it but because i feel that plni is a great company. I feel that shortly after the clean up in LO plni rebar supports will be in heavey demand. It's not often that I buy and hold a penny stock This company is the real deal. They will imo keep buying shares and one day will be traded on the big boards. I am not sweating the day to day movements in the pps.But right now is a great time to be increasing my holdings in this company. After seeing PLNI on the IBD web site I am convinced more then ever. That plni will be moving up big time. GLTA and as always, all of my ramblings are JMHO

Well, since I brought up Cramer the other day without support, I'll post this for those who were skeptical of Bluelinx.
Someone asked about them in yesterday's Mad Money. Their PPS looks good recently, Jim said they were a spinoff of Georgia Pacific, and were doing really well. He hit the bull button. Not that he is God or anything, but it was good to hear one of our "partners" getting some very public "boo-yahs"
So, now you know we have dedicated CSRs with a company that is getting decent press. Now it is our turn baby!

And DAMMIT Cold, I HATE it when you say good things about this issue! The pps always drops when you do!!!! You need to make another login -- like warm-up-there to post good stuff, dude.
Actually, might be a good opp. to load 'em up.
BTW -- have you healed yet? Hope so, man.

i will agree about the green baron and i don't agree with all that they do but they sure helped this stock in the beginning i don't know if they will reprofile it today but if they do it won't be bad and it will go out to 650,000 members as far as i am concerned that can't hurt anything

One last thing before I get my work out of the way for the next couple of hours. This is news not any form of recommendation. Those of us in this thread who were playing with ICMH and IGTN but might have gone away -- there have been some quasi-developments this week that might warrant your second look, and maybe a call to Doug and Scott, respectively. PM me for details, but only if you have already done your DD on these -- I no way consider myself "good" enough to make any calls, so I don't recommend anything other than PLNI. But stuff *might* be happening on these.
I just want to make some money on other issues so I can consolodate more into PLNI

I concur, Bond -- the forward-looking stuff doesn't do much for the pps because IMO most of the current float is held by people who are long and strong. But if we get new blood in here then the recent PRs would certainly look good.

Wall St. Corner's Larry Oakley: Plasticon has 'The Potential to Double or Better in the Next Six to Twelve Months'
Plasticon was another Green Baron pick that absolutely flew like a rocket. The stock nearly quadrupled in price less than 30 days following our initial profile. A move from .0052 per share to just a shade less than .02 per share on tremendous volume and tight spreads needed to be digested. The past several months has seen PLNI churn between .013 and .019 for the most part.
PLNI has continued to deliver strong press releases and frequent updates. A delay in delivery of audited numbers has likely kept the stock from achieving higher levels. However, The Green Baron Report feels the Company will be able to deliver on its promise very soon to become fully reporting. No joke; a pink sheet company is actually going to do it in our opinion.
We have a new Trader’s Corner pick in this issue, so PLNI fans should take a gander at the bottom of this report. Immediately below, please read the press release issued yesterday that further supports our belief that PLNI remains vastly undervalued.
LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept. 8, 2005, Sep 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Plasticon International, Inc. announced that the company is featured on ****************.com. According to Larry Oakley, co-founder of the Wall Street Corner and a featured speaker at over 60 international investment conferences, Plasticon is a "real find" and the company's stock has the "potential to double or better in the next six to 12 months." Mr. Oakley has been a well-respected name in picking emerging growth investments for the last 17 years.
In his article about Plasticon International, Oakley explains that the potential for the company's core products, such as its patented recycled plastic rebar supports, is enormous. Rebar supports, which are used in virtually all construction projects, from bridges to highways to buildings, represent a $30 billion annual industry. "This is another winning situation. CEO Jim Turek has transformed an industry. The revenue and profit potential of this situation is quite substantial. With about 95 percent of the $30 billion market for its plastic rebar supports still available, the size of the market is huge." (http://www.****************.com/stockpick.html)
In the column, which can be viewed online at http://www.****************.com/stockpick.html, Mr. Oakley, who is a mechanical engineer by education, also explains the technical reasons that he believes Plasticon's products will continue to change the industry and why he believes in the potential of this stock. MGR...I saw that and I BELIEVE its trading above the IPO price finally. I think it IPO'd at $12 and has been down ever since. Only going to really go up now. Wish I had bought some back in May in the 9's when I bought PLNI!! Oh well theres always NEXT time right??
What the hel is with all the little BS 5k and smaller trades??? Anybody

Ain't that a kick? Just love to get walked around by "trades" that don't even match the commission price. Seems they are getting bites, though -- I hadn't checked volume today, but we are actually about half average so far. Not heavy to be sure, but stronger than I expected. It'd be nice if they closed us arounf 15 to get a little green on top of the GB update.

Bearclaw, Cannot imagine two - at least not as rambunctious as mine! You must have the patience of Job, which is a good thing as I will be asking you all some questions which are, no doubt, at elementary school (or even kindergarten) level.
Yes, son, I placed an order on your second suggestion today but am not yet filled. Good thing my brokerage is electronic or they would undoubtedly think I have lost my mind.
Watching streaming quotes is much more fun than working!

Great kids...am a lucky guy...but...ya plenty of energy to keep the old man on his toes...
I swing traded ibzt three times since yesterday morning and am getting back in plni as I'm typing this...the 14's seem to be the low resistance....It should get tight on the charts at this level...Without the audit results my thinking is the high resitance will stay under .02...probably in the .018's...It has so far...Good luck Omega...

I am hoping that we can break the 02 resistance on Semco or Promold -- even if only temporarily. It sure would be nice to break that glass ceiling before the audit. Assuming, of course, that we get Semco/Promold before the audit. It would certainly be best for pps to do it in the opposite order -- audit, Semco, Promold, contracts, rebar, etc...
There I go drooling again
I have said in the past though that if they have any cash lying around at all they will do their buybacks before they release audit/Semco/Promold/rebar news. Would love to see a bunch of big a$$ buys!
Job Wanted: Mother and son pumping team. Must have great stock with bright future. Will work for shares, food, money, or anything that lets us watch the charts instead of our regular jobs. Will only post on Allstocks, as other boards suck. Inquire on PLNI thread or by PM Will not post fradulent information knowingly, but will be optimistic if that's the way we really feel

Well, that was nice of them to walk us down like that for a red EOD. No biggie -- certainly look to have lots of support in the low 14s. As always, the D2D prices don't mean much but are fun to watch. Hope it stays low like this into next week so I can load up more from my other plays.
Ya'll have a good weekend! Even though it means two boring days of no trading.

Last Sale: 0.0141 Best Bid .0134 At .0195 all I heard was "Hurry up cold, don't miss the boat"! I said "Nothing here is sustainable and she'll come right back down"! Thanks guys.
Now really.....How long are the investors here going to hold? Come on.......not one single piece of the pie has come together per your awesome ceo Jim Turek. I went back and read all the PR's. Plasticon has failed every set deadline. That's right! Not one single deadline did they achieve! With this kind of record.....let's say they finally become fully reporting and OCTBB accepted. Do you believe that Plasticon will report on time each quarter? No way! A delay or two and your right back here in 'pinky-land'.
Reality is setting in quick. I believe Wallstreet has been more than patient by letting the PPS ride above .01 for so long. Now it's time to pay the piper! If Plasticon doesn't produce something concrete next week(Semco,Promold,Unaudited numbers) the "Kiss of Death" awaits. Here we go again - Tic-toc-tic-toc-tic-toc......Help! I've fallen' and I can't get up! Bawhahahahahahahaha

I got back in from a nice swing today at .0141. That is my 7th or 8th swing trade. You need to think about getting to work. A great swing stock. Your missing the swing boat.
I'm so glad your here because now it will spike and I may swing some more shares next week...Thanks cold and get to work buddy..
Here we go again - Tic-toc-tic-toc-tic-toc...... Bawhahahahahahahaha.....

God I hate Saturdays... the old 6:00 o'clock adrenaline starts pumping with the "30 minutes to open" feeling, and won't listen to the brain telling it that there is no market today. I am a junkie -- ain't no doubt about it.
Goodness, Cold -- I haven't heard the "tick tocks" out of you since the end of July! Let's hope that we get something "concrete" out of them next week (oh say maybe I don't know SEMCO). We all know it will be "tick-tock-tick-tock-cha-CHING" anyway.
