If the MM knows that when the audit comes they have to let it go, its it their intressed to get the PPS as low as possible now, because if they gan give billions on short at low prices now, the lower their avg 'll be on the run of the shorts... they actualy give us a lotto ticket and you now you're gonna win, today it ticked 0.0014 if the audit stay out for more two weaks I think you even can get it for 0.0010 ( I'm not saying that they aren't worth more, because else I wouldn't buy them, on the end the one who had the lowest avg cost was the smartest)

the lower the PPS the bigger the run, because they have to break even the shorts, the more they "give" away they have to get higher until sombody sells actually for them to break even, so you have to be happy that its still low, instead of jumping on me .. am I right about what I say in this post? reactions please...

50 billion is the authorized share count, he can not go past that amount by law. So what happens when the outstanding shares hits 50 billion and he owns 53% and need money for expenses? Real simple, convert his shares to preferred stock, now there are 28 billion more shares available for diluting with.
There is no doubt in my mind that there is dilution going on after today.

Yup, I sold half my position at .0019 and don't regret one bit of it. I got a buy in for .0012 and then I'll sell that again when it runs to .0017, make my money back on all the losses I've taken, and then I'll be out of this stock for good.

if some has 300 dollars and buys it now 200000 shares but those how are smart and can get it lower for example at 0.0007 is 428571 shares, so if there is a run those how buyed lower did the best case and also if it turned out bad they lose almost nothing..thats way there are some frustrating guys here ( without money left) to buy more if it falls down lol

G- invest why do you wanna go out, they 'll announce the day of the audit a few days before, so hold them and see what the reaction will be, I you think almost nobody sels at 0.0015 and 0.0014 and even lower next week, those are all shorts, so the MM has to go up to break even

let me first start off by saying that i professionally daytrade currently when i am at home in lousiana so i know a little bit about charts and trading....
let me now say that todays trading could not have been ANY better!!!huge huge huge,, the MM are gearing up just as many of the rookie traders are shaking in their boots...--MM make the best money when people get the most afraid---Trade by the Chart...Look at charts...scan charts because the MM sure do and the charts do not lie!!!
the fact that people are calling out for triple 000's are ridicioulous and those are the indiviidauls who have orders in for .0012!!!!just when you think the stock is out of wack and is going down down down---that is when to buy!!!
Q's charts are lining up perfectly right now and i love it...i am wiring in 5,000 more dollars when i get home on monday and i will definately be buying as SOON as the RSI hits 30...i have said it twice now in the past 3 months when Q is about to have a chart run...its getting close to that time now and because the MM are pulling this down so fast this time i have reason to belive it will go up a lot lot faster and higher this time!!!i am not pumping up the stock--i am telling it as it is...rsi is currently at 41 with pps at .0015....at .0014 we will probably be at 37.5, then .0013 is 33 and .0012 is around 28.5 and Q never drops below this....
The MM saw all this news but the chart was looking scary because all the indicators were high up and the MM were caught...now they are pulling it down and fast and you can be sure they are covering and going long!!as soon as that RSI hits 30 --watch out...
Do not sell into the MM is my point...Never sell when the charts are about to bottom and turn up...MM suck in rookie investors/traders and i have been caught in the past by this---this is how MM act and how they make money....
All that has to be done is to look at the 1 year chart on QBID if you do not believe my train of thought here....just look at a 1 year chart with the RSI on it...the faster it drops and hits 30 RSI is the better it will run BECAUSE the MM load up on shares--Get ready!!!

now in regards to my call to richard today....
i called around noon (dont know if rod talked to him first or not) and i called only about 2 issues---
#1 i asked him about the studio and if it was bought or leased or whatever...and why the homepage was not currently showing the PR anymore...
(now this is what i call DD) ----Richard first of all said that he had no idea why that PR was taken off the website and said that he should be the first to know about anything on the website because he is in control of it..he said that alex (i think was his name) the webmaster was working all day the other day on putting the COX stuff all over the website and thought that maybe that was how it got off there...but then he went on to say that he was going to call Alex as soon as he got off the phone with me to see what the problem was ....(and watta ya know, i get home today and here that it is updated...no joke)
---now we talked about the studio at length to completly confirm what i wanted to know...yes rod is correct in saying that Q most definately bought the studio and all of its compentents...no doubt about it and richard said he was 100%...he also went on to say that Frank was going to really rename it Q media studios which lends credibility to his statement that they bought it...then we went on to crack jokes about how quickly us shareholders on the web found out what studio it was and finding the studios website and everything..he had quite a laugh and said that he didnt even know what studio it was, so he would be surprised if we had found the correct one as well...ahahhahah
#2 was the deal about cox...
----he told me that cable companies sign to agreements, one is regional and one is national...now obivioulsy it is national....however, and like most of us already know, what the accurate facts are behind the pr is that now whatever cities (which richard said he thought would be many but not all...cracked jokes about bible belt) would like to subscribe to Q would be able to....so now we are awaiting PR's about which cities are going to be signing on Q...

Technical Analysis - The Relative Strength Index (RSI)
There are a few different tools that can be used to interpret the strength of a stock. One of these is the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which is a comparison between the days that a stock finishes up and the days it finishes down. This indicator is a big tool in momentum trading.
The RSI is a reasonably simple model that anyone can use. It is calculated using the following formula. (Don't worry, you will probably never have to do this manually.)
RSI = 100 - [100/(1 + RS)]
where: RS = (Avg. of n-day up closes)/(Avg. of n-day down closes) n= days (most analysts use 9 - 15 day RSI)
The RSI ranges from 0 to 100. At around the 70 level, a stock is considered overbought and you should consider selling. But this number is not written in stone: in a bull market some believe that 80 is a better level to indicate an overbought stock since stocks often trade at higher valuations during bull markets. Likewise, if the RSI approaches 30, a stock is considered oversold and you should consider buying. Again, make the adjustment to 20 in a bear market.

Honestly, most of my questions are either on your list or have been answered between you and Rod already. The only questions I have left he cant/wont answer yet - audit, O/S, why is it taking so long to get that answer, when are we expecting to be off pinks, why the hell are we still at .00XX damn it? /shrug

1/ what is the difference between a license agreement with COX and a Carriage agreement with COX? This should answer why the PPS went no where if I get the answer I am looking for.

MT in your in depth convo about manipulation could you ask, instead of hiring a team of investigators to investigate the manipulation why didn't Frank contact the SEC himself and have them take care of it? And on that note who and where is this team of investigators from?
