Does anyone know if this is the first time we have had these after hour buys or has it been going on for a few days??..?? Could be a indicator of something big.

We've seen what appeared to be a buyback with a month of multiple 9 million share blocks just before & after the close. This is not something new.

That is not proof that Frank is the one diluting. You have already stated that no doubt the MM's are shorting. Flooding shares into the market place that don't exist is definately not going to make the price rise. I would agree with you if you had any kind of proof but afte a couple of weeks of asking and I am going to continue to ask until you show it to myself and the rest of the board. You wouldn't want to get a bad name for posting false and ficticious information like U4 now would you? ROFLMAO!

I've a question I already posted that one a few ours ago but nobody responded.. if there are nakes short sellings..then some of us have shares that normaly doesn't exist..can they do something against it? I mean Qbid, could they say like for an example, : ther only can be 10 billion O/S and some of the shareholders( maybe me or you) 'll lose there shares?

That can be true, but you still get your shares. Any share sold even if it is a illegal share can not be taken away from you.. so don't worry about it.

then you can go after your stock broker, kick his azz and sue the chit out of him. i put all my holding in gtc; so my shares cannot be loan out to short and have to be ready for me to trade.

You can call your brokerage firm and request the certificates. With those in hand you are safe but I am sure there will be a cost involved. Not sure how much.

yes there was 70.5 M all BOUGHT after the close...this had all the indicators of a Frank buyback...all except for the 25% limit he is held to...although, he is allowed 1 day to exceed this limit as tought to us by rod!
now, so i would think its safe to assume that Frank or somebody bought back those shares after the close either to trade the stock because they know of looming news or just to buyback and retire shares at these low levels...
the main indications that Frank is buying back after close are: -starting about 5 minutes after the close and no later than 10 minutes after the close - all buys take place within 13-15 seconds of each other (i have no idea why.) - and the third and biggest indicator is that he will buy back say 70.5M like today...now it will be 9M, 9M 9M, etc, until the last trade which will make it exact,...today the last trade was 7.5M...so this means that Frank calculates how much shares he can buyback with the amount of money he has in hand...
it is always good to see him buying back after close, with the worst of reasons being that he is reducing the float level!!!

I always disagreed with Rod and many others in the past regarding the buyback (hence my current star rating). There are different volume and timing limitations for buyback of pink sheet stocks. Here is a link for the SEC rule for providing issuers "safe harbor" from liability for manipulation during a repurchase.

ill try this again...(last time my computer shut down throughout my message..lol)
in regards to all the rumors swirling about the big news and mainly audit completion date... let me first start by saying that i am a rookie when it comes to QBID and speaking to its upper management and IR...there are many many many more individuals on this board that have much longer and more personal relationships with the people inside the loop...
now, with that said, in my talks with richard, he has made it obvious to me that he will not tell me any date when the audit is to be completed and PRd...he even went as far as to say that it could be finished in a week or a year...now this may not mean much at all, but what i am trying to get at, is that many people on this board are expecting the audit to be completed in mid august and now if it doesnt get finished by then, everyone will be screaming at Frank and calling him a liar and so on....
dont get me wrong--i would LOVE to see that audit being released anyday now, but i think with the investigation into the stock manipulation and all the ins and outs, i think we may have another month...(unless they started the investigation into the manipulation of the stock before they released the PR about it)
this is all speculation, but i am just warning many of the investors on this board that to not give their hopes up when mid august turns into late august and there is no audit...
again, some of the higher ups on this board may acutally have solid proof that the audit is coming out any day now and i would love that!!!

anybody call the Media city studios today to find out what information they can tell us about the situation down there!!
so many big things going on with Q now adays that we forget about following up on DD because were always getting ready for the next big news!!
and, some bullish signs are i was talking to a couple buddies of mine who are professional daytraders in NAZ and NYSE stocks...i talked to them two fridays ago about QBID at a party i went to, and they were cracking jokes about Q...well ahahahhahahaha, last friday two of them called me and said they were in!!!
one of them said he didnt even hold back either and put a good sum into Q all because of the news on the studio...they say they will just see what happens but like the risk/reward!!!
many many eyes are eying Q and Frank is setting it up perfectly..i think he said something like, "in the end all the PR's will come out perfectly like i have planned"

in regards to long term charting of Q---bullish signs are now being formed...
3 major trendlines of Q's downward trend have been broken!!!
if i am not mistaken a head and shoulders pattern is forming which signifies a long term reversal in price...
careful charting of the stock will show you that in the past YEAR, after every run up Q HAS NOT been able to hold its gains for no more than 1 day! if you look at every time it ran up, the next day it ran down almost even faster than it ran up...compare this run to the last run we had to .0023 about 1 month ago...the next day we were back down---something has changed with Q and a Break above .0022 would be unbievably big for the big money traders in Q as this would be a nearly sure sign of Q beginning its long term uptrend...
i have been saying for days that i want to hold this price or even a little lower on LOW volume and did you see today (before the A/H trades!!lol) it was like 150M...very low!!now if we can break up tomorrow on some sort of news than we will be in a definate consolidation period....

If I have 2 million shares at .0021 average and I buy another million at .0014 and sell at .0019, that means that of my original 2 million, I've brought the average cost down, or at least made up for what I might have lost. I continue to hold my base shares and buy and sell on dips and peaks. It's not hard to do with QBID. Just wait for this to hit .0011 and buy at .0012. Then when it runs to .0019 sell at .0017, or something like that.
I'm not going to suggest anyone actually sell, I made mention to someone in a PM that I don't suggest anyone sell, because Frank may have several million cash on hand from diluting over the last few months just waiting to do some huge buybacks. If he's been saving some of that money for a rainy day ultra-buyback, it'd be a shame if someone sold at a loss today.
There's so many factors here that this stock could run or crash in the matter of one day. I will not be saying "I told you so" if it falls. I'm just suspicious that dilution is going on, and if others here are suspicious too, it makes for better questions to ask Richard.

They are not shorting this stock into new 52-week lows. They simply can't. In order to short a stock you have to have a lot of money to borrow against to do it.

I'm not posting false or ficticious information. You sound like someone that will only be satisfied if I hand you a signed piece of paper from Frank stating that he is diluting. No CEO, caught or uncaught will ever admit to diluting on the pink sheets. The best we have is technical analysis. A cable channel should *not* be hitting a 52-week low two days after its first announcement of being carried by a national carrier.

Kind of, you can request your certs. But some people have done that before and it didn't stop the buying and selling. A good example of this is GLCK, a stock where someone supposedly bought all the shares and then requested certificates and hid all the stock certificates in his dresser as the stock traded 6 times the amount of shares of the company over the course of the next few days.

I know what the SEC rules are, but has anyone ever verified that this is true for the pinks? He could be buying back more whenever he wants I would think. Maybe it's time for someone to ask Richard if he knows what these EoD trades are.

hey G, let me say that earlier i would rarely if ever read your messages, but lately they havent been to bad, and i think you have a great idea regarding this! dont know why i didnt think of it before, so thanks for your advice and i may even give richard a quick call before i hit the driving range!

about the DVD realease...i hear many of you guys asking questions about when it is going to be delievered..i talked to richard a week ago and he said that he had a list of about 800 shareholders who had signed up...he said Frank and others were working on the content and that they should be wrapping it up soon but would not give an exact date...he said once frank is all done, Richard will send them all out...be patient, as long as you send you address, you will get it 1 day out of the blue!

I believe Richard said last week (if you have faith in the words of others) there was 800 people on the list so far and the DVD wasnt completed yet.
