But you're missing the point. There was a PPS change, and it was downward to a new 52-day low. I realize that this deal isn't the holy grail of carrier deals, but it's the start of something that was supposed to start over two years ago. To me, it should be enough that more would be buying than selling. I think that the lower PPS is almost conclusive evidence that Frank has been selling into his PRs.
I respect your position though, and hope the Maine deal turns into something more.

Sorry if I misstated your position. I don't really see U4 as anything but a nuance, though. I really do not see him buying into a low PPS. Because I'd like to see some more educated investors. I see a lot of day traders thinking of jumping in this stock unaware of the risks involved. Also, I think Richard Brown reads these forums and is questioning himself if Frank isn't using an MM on the Berlin Exchange to dilute shares every time a PR is released.
I want to see if Frank has the galls to actually state in an Investor Relations piece or PR that he is not diluting, because if he doesn't, then we cannot be certain he is not.
For more into the "why" of it, I'll tell you this: I'm extremely familiar with how the SEC operates. I can't tell you the number of times that I've seen a pink sheet stock claim MM and forum poster manipulation and seen it actually end up being the CEO diluting all to hell. One such instance is CMKX, which I owned no shares in.
The SEC doesn't generally go after companies in the Pink Sheets for fraud, simply because investors are supposed to be aware of the fact that they can take your money and walk away with it. Even the dumbest CEO knows this, which is why their number one priority should be getting off the pink sheets. The OTCBB used to be as bad as the Pink Sheets, but now, I'm thinking that the OTCBB at least has some semblance of a respectable exchange.
Every PR Frank releases should be about new carriers or related to moving to a new exchange. When he releases a PR saying he's looking into investigating why the PPS is so low, what he's actually telling me is that he has no intention of getting off the Pink Sheets.
That's sad, people. This stock absolutely will not trade over ten cents on the Pink Sheets. I want my investment to be worth more than that, which means that this money on investigating the low PPS is just further assurance that we will be on the Pinks for another year.
Frank has no intention to move, and that bothers me. And that's why I'm posting. I want to inspire the rest of you to get him off his lazy butt and get us to a new exchange. I want to see everyone up in arms when he releases a PR that says he's wasting money on a new project that will not be getting us off the Pinks.
Instead of fighting me as some incompetent basher, you should be applauding my efforts to bring some accountability to the QBID realm. Without myself, someone who owns shares telling the CEO what he should be doing, Frank would be getting away with this. I make his dilution schemes difficult, and I'm sure it's gotta be upsetting him.

Agreed, we have to get off the Pinks in order for institutional investors to look at QBID. Right now, none of them can. Institutional Investors do not invest in pink sheet stocks. The ones that are worth anything they just buy out completely and then fire the CEO. Or do a reverse-merger. I don't see that happening with QBID, so it's time to get off the Pinks.

Here's one on for size: Frank has never said he is not diluting. He's said no reverse-split, but he never said, no diluting. When the A/S rose from 15 billion to 50 billion, a ton of people left the stock. And for good reason, it means that the O/S went from what was probably 14 billion to about 20 billion in shares in the course of a month.
Now that Frank has eliminated his %53 of the O/S, that means he can dilute that as well. And we have no recourse. I'm calling the Secretary of State in Washington's office tonight to find out if the A/S are still 50 billion or if they've increased. If they've increased, you can be assured I'll leave and won't be commenting anymore. But I'll let you know before I go.

everyone hold off on their "this is the big run"..
this may not be it so do not be disappointed if it tails off a bit...it has got to do this a couple of times to release the daytraders from their small 25% gains...
although, something bigger may be up because there are some pretty big buys going on at 19 currently...

CRAP!!!! Who made up this piece of crap. I am still very much here and still in contact with Richard at IR and Wendy at Pridevision. There has not been much news to post from either of them. In addition, I have been taking some time off to spend with my grandson and still more time to visit with my nursing home patients.
I still have my entire position in "Q" and still will accumulate at these prices.

Still 1.25 million holding strong waiting again for $.50 this time.

it doesnt look like a retail run...it looks like big money is moving this stock up with many million plus orders which would lead me to belive the MM want this to run, or are even pushing it up themselves

i have a question i am looking at the trade log for QBID and all the .0019 trades from 11:38 are showing a trade flag of "Cancel last regular". It is 11:43 and they are all still showing these trade flags... are these trades official ????? im confused

g-invest Please take a break for awhile and enjoy the ride. Even if this run doesn't hold, it's nice seeing green for a change and some of us would like to enjoy it in peace.
I have tried to understand your constant negativity, but I've failed. If I "abhorred" Frank as much as you and was as concerned about Q's future as much as you seem to be, I would have sold long ago and moved on. You threatened to do that a couple weeks ago but are still here. That tells me you don't follow your own advice. So how can I respect what you say now?
I'm open to opposing points of view, but give me something I can digest. Your conspiracy-theory posts just don't convince me. One more question: If you are wrong about your accusations, will you admit it and apologize to everyone you've trashed recently, especially Frank?
