so, if that is the real report, i really do think something is up and ludlow knows about it--no reason to upgrade a stock because its stock has moved up 20% and a new show..give me a break---theres more to it

You said specifically Frank was diluting! you have not proven a single thing. Naked shorting is going on and we are aware of that, but no proof of dilution as you claim from Frank. Your word is not tangible and you have proven that by speculating only with nothing to back up your statements. On the previous page you called someone an idiot, I think you should have a good look in the mirror. Once again you have made yourself look like a complete fool.

Okay, I will admit there's a hefty deal of speculation on my part, and it looks like today might not end up down from yesterday. Maybe. But still, the original point still stands, someone was selling into new lows. You don't buy 10 million shares at .0018 and sell them to .0013 unless you are purposely wanting to lose money, or have a larger position you want to add to. I still stand by my accusation of dilution, even if it appears to have stopped lately. It *did* make it back up to .0022 which I thought would *never* happen, so if we see a rise to .0030 by the end of the week, we just may be seeing the end of MM accumulation. And if that's the case, we may see some jump to .0070 (which is IMHO where this stock should be valued, that is, if Frank isn't diluting).
There's a good deal of my wit that suspects he is diluting though, and we'll have to see how long this increase goes for to determine what is what. Remember this rise was basically on no news (except an upgrade in stock rating which really does help, I won't deny that).

No. I did sell some at the level I bought it at because I wanted some extra trading money for a few OTC and AMEX stocks a friend told me about, but I'm still heavy in this. Just not in the green, yet. (crosses fingers)

Actually I can, and while it's difficult to determine who is using multiple accounts, it just takes time. I will continue to make positive posts when I can. And I do own shares, like I state above, I sold some, but I'm still holding for the big green sometime. I'm also considering a limit buy at .0011 for when this does its next run.
I have no problem admitting I could be wrong, but right now the evidence is vastly in favor of Frank having diluted. Just cause he stopped for a few days to discredit me doesn't change my mind about the situation. He's suppose to serve us, the investors, not dump shares on us. And the least he can do is publish the O/S and release a PR saying he's not diluting. That's all I ask! Is it really too much?
