YEAH, RIGHT! I am down .0045 on this morning's "opportunity." Stupid Stupid Stupid.
One thing about us -- there is darned solid support where we are at. Even with all the negative pressure out there, it is clear that this is the bottom. Depending on who you talk to, there is either hope or utter catastrophe from here, but IMO, it can only go up. But we either start our move back to .01 and beyond, or drop suddenly to .0001
it just dropped another .0004. And to think I was actually placing my orders for Q and PLNI when I saw that sucker take off...
Now watch Frank break with news of the audit being released tomorrow, and PLNI releasing their audit too. That would be icing on the cake!

You ar right, RIzz, you can't short Pinks -- but there is more than one way to skin a cat.
You, obviously, are doing this here today purely for entertainment value. But you have gotta admit that, in lieu of bashing for shorts, bashers at the Pink level serve equally devious roles.
This one is an easy target right now given the logical points that have been made and that I tried to explain myself earlier. Bottom line is you either believe in it or you do not. I have said numerous times here that until this whole audit mess is straightened out, this is really an emotional investment.
Which is really why I don't understand it why people try to bash it. It should be obvious that those who are in are in because they believe in the company. The OS/audit issue is certainly known by everyone, and yet nobody that has held this far is going to drop it now.
The floor is solid pending other bad news...the holders at this point know all there is to know, and are holding based on belief. What does a basher hope to gain by throwing unsubstantiated accusations around. Price won't go down. Nothing to be gained. Just reading the thread should indicate to a person that this is not a typical issue where speculative holders can be shaken off in droves by hearing a bunch of unsubstantiated crap. Hell, the flak I just took for simply acknowledging the opposing logic should be more than indication of that.
So a person can't short a pink. There is little evidence that any of the neagtive news out there will detract current holders to the point of price manipulation. In other words, none of the typical reasons for bashing an issue exist here. So why does a person show up to do it?
In other issues, greed or just pure malice is evident. But there is no support for greed in this issue, so I have to assume until shown otherwise that it is pure malice.
Which, in my very twisted opinion, is just not necessary.
All that in mind, why do you think people come here to trash and bash, make unfounded acquisitions and throw insults around?

Black Widow You made some good points. I look at the current pps as an opportunity to average down. I have only bought and have yet to sell any QBID. My bro, friend and myself continuously evaluate Q. We get out of the rhetoric and look at the facts as best we can, without emotion, smoke or mirrors. We want the real facts. That is why we post or lurk at Allstocks. We do a lot of DD. Since we do it for ourselves, some of it would be considered second hand or hear say information by the people on this board so I don’t post it. My Brother has been to PSP now 8 times and I’m planning another trip there in the next week or so. My friend and I want to verify my brother’s last trip. One can glean a lot of information by just seeing things and not even asking those questions that can’t be answered anyway. Are the employees downtrodden or upbeat and alive with energy? We ask questions of ourselves about specific situations. What would a reasonable person do? What are the ramifications of those actions? What legal constraints are there? Like. Frank giving a share float number out and then having that number proven not exactly right by the audit. If Frank is off by even one share, the hateful ones could bash him. We consistently go back a year and follow the development of Q to the present. We play Devil’s Advocate and try to look for the negative. Even the best laid planes of mice and CEO’s will have changes and unforeseen issues. But, that’s a given. So we look at the development/time line and we like what we see. Does anyone really think that someone can build a TV network in less time? When we reduce all the information to raw facts, we see an incredible investment opportunity. We see an emerging company that has been directed brilliantly with a staff of true professionals. I have not met Frank, but he has shown and demonstrated to me, that he is brilliant and a true genius. To us, Q has done it almost totally right to this point. We will continue to keep vigilant and continue to add.

I'm not going to join the frey with the bickering going on here, but it does make me wonder why anyone who is not invested in a company would expend their energy bashing that company instead of researching other companies to invest in. In regards to QBID EVERYONE who is invested in this company knows it's a pink, knows the inherent risks with pinks and accepts that risk. I am new to this board but I have yet to read post stating that this stock is a sure thing. If the bashers are picking on Q because they lost money on it maybe they should put their money in a more secure board where companies like ENRON and Worldcom have less risk. Oh....waite a minute.

I agree with what you said regarding the share count. That is why I wish he would PR that he is not diluting, ISO issuing a specific # at this point.
Yes, wonderful things are happening. I have also been to the office and found it to be busy and upbeat.
But the PPS is spiraling downhill in a big way for some reason.
I am not here to get rich overnight. I understand that any endeavor takes time to develop. However, to not see the PPS gaining ANY positive ground makes me wonder.
Again, staying is my decision alone. Just wanted some thoughts from someone else who admits to being down alot also.
