The MACD's appear to be headed for a crossover which would indicate a buy signal.

RSI is just now strengthening above 50 which would signal the bulls are back.

Williams %R indicates ICMH is bouncing back from an oversold position.

The CCI appeared to be heading for -100 which would have been a sell signal if it had crossed that point but it is now strengthening above -100.

The ADX indicator came very close to signaling a sell but the directional indicators never crossed as it looked like they were going to.

If volume starts picking back up, this could make some impressive gains with or without a PR.

I should be able to tell more or confirm the trends after we receive more data throughout the week. We have been through a price dip but it appears things are turning around. It should work out to our advantage provided that it doesn't start trading sideways for an extended period of time. Looks like FOT was ahead of me on the chart analysis and his analysis is probably more accurate anyway.

Wave 4!!!! hehehe

Common 5!!!!! gunna be nice people....real nice!!!

Good question, for those that don't know, Secure Financial is owned by Viking Capital Group, Inc. I found this on Vikings web page at vcgi . com

Viking identifies businesses for acquisition that are currently not optimizing available opportunities. To determine the available opportunities, Viking looks at the overall current business environment-with a clear focus on fundamental changes in politics, regulation, technology and world economics.

What this means to me is that this company acquires or buys out companies that they know will make money in the future. Their main area has been with insurance but they also want to expand into pre paid debit cards, like ICM Network.

I also found this under "What is Viking Capital's Focus?":

An additional area of interest in the insurance and financial industries is to bring potential fee-based clients to Viking. Such clients would either desire to retain subsidiary Viking Administrators, Inc. to provide fee based third-party administration services, or Viking itself to act as an acquisition and management resource to acquire and manage insurance company acquisitions on their behalf.

Now we can speculate all we want but we really don't know what this means until the news comes out. Feel free to check it out for your self.

On Viking Capital's acquisition of Secure Financial...

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 2005--Viking Capital Group, Inc. (OTCBB:VGCP - News) consummated an asset purchase transaction on April 5, 2005 with Secure Financial Solutions, Inc. to acquire all rights to the 1st Financial Solutions, Secure Cash(TM) card program. The Secure Cash(TM) is a stored value ATM debit card, which is accessible from any ATM connected to the Star, Maestro or Cirrus networks World-Wide, as well as through any point of sale terminal that accepts Pin number authenticated ATM debit cards. The purchase agreement included all rights to the Secure Cash(TM) program, all existing inventory of cards as well as all marketing material, trademarks and web sites associated with the program.

ICM Relationship with Viking

ICM Telecommunications is a national and international supplier of prepaid and stored value cards made available through its partnership with Secure Financial Solutions...

Secure Financial Solutions is the company with the same logo as ICM, and they are directly involved in business. Thats maybe something to look at.

Sources: http://www.go1stfinancial.com/about.html ,

https://www.mycardconnection.com/index.cfml?fuseaction=home.home&redirected=YES (look at logo)
http://www.globalbank.ag/products/index.cfm?Product_ID=64&ProductsTabID=1 <--- stored value debit cards offered by global bank, which is stipulated in in the Cardholder Agreement in mycardconnection.com. Apparently this is irrelevant though, because the Visa program was shut down, as Doug told me the Gkard program was shut down.

Now the info which has really been bothering me and some of you might help put in the right way... http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2001/11/firstfinancial.htm
<--- the report on the alleged telemarketing charges on 1st financial... maybe it wasn't another first financial or they cleaned up their act, given that it was 5 years ago?

90 days is almost here from may 27

ICM Telecom and Sutton Bank are marketing their tie-up as a win-win in that their stored-value ATM cash card program will issue cards that are accepted on the Star, Maestro and Cirrus financial networks, and, for an additional USD 25 fee, can be upgraded to a branded MasterCard. Over 30,000 POSA (Point of Sales Activation) and banking terminals currently support the ICM-Sutton Bank program and this total will exceed 100,000 within 90 days. Cardholders pay USD 19.95 for each debit card, of which ICM receives USD 3.65 per card, in addition to an average of USD 7 more per month in recurring fees for each card.

Cash Now Completes a deal with Affordable Telecom Asian Unit

Fort Lauderdale FL, August 23 , 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) - Cash Now Corp (Pink Sheets: CHNW) announced today that is signed a distribution Contractual Agreement with Affordable Telecom Asian Unit and has granted Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp the International licensing rights from Cash Now for all of Asia. This includes China down through Indonesia and the Pacific Islands.

Affordable Telecom will now seek governmental licensing in South East Asian countries for Cash Now -- ATM services as well as opening franchises in the region. The potential revenue for 100 stores and 300 ATMs in Asia has a potential to generate $31,000,000 annually. This is the goal for the first fiscal year of the Asian exclusive license.
To increase Cash Now's market penetration in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Affordable Telecom has also agreed to provide Alternative Merchant Facilities operating over their VPN. This is a key facility for increasing merchant transactions among smaller retail outlets.

Well, at least I know my computer isn't screwed up. I got a real bad virus a while back while looking at naughty pictures and had to do a complete system restore on my computer and it just hasn't been right since. [Eek!]

Candlestick Analysis
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:

Long White Candlestick
Bullish Meeting Lines

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Meeting Lines Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation.
