dilution is dumping more shares into the public float as a way of raising money. The easiest way to confirm dilution is to call the TA or talk with the CEO, or watch for VERY unusual volume/ selling. FOT confirmed with the CEO that he did not plan to dilute. I do not know if anyone has called the TA, but the volume/price pattern does not meet that of a stock that is being diluted. FOr dilution examples see CNES, and the old WTVN (WFTV).

Exactly the way I received it!! It appeared that he was being held up by what he called his "IR" guy [ Information release?], and it seemed he was not in control of what ever they were finalizing . He is probably as frustrated [ and it seemed that way when he gave that stressed laugh when I asked for a date] as we are in this holding pattern.

The number of items is what struck me! During the converstaion he began to say " and one of the items in particular " And then he caught himself and backed off like he almost slipped something out!
That almost slip got me excited!!

ADX is signifying a trading range (or trading sideways). The directional indicators crossed today (-DI above +DI). However, when a stock is in a trading range the directional indicators may produce whipsaws.
CCI moved below -100 which indicates a strong downtrend. A CCI reading below -100 has been followed by strong upward trends in the past.
The moving averages are also signalling a downtrend. The 200 day moving average is running right through the middle of todays candlestick. With a little upward movement this could easily change to an uptrend. There may be a silver lining here though. The 50 day moving average is rising to meet the 200 day moving average. If the trends continue they should cross in 2 - 3 days (which would be a good sign)
MACD, as I posted earlier, should bottom out in a couple days and start to rebound.
RSI dipped to 44.3 today. This also signifies a downtrend.
I find the STO (Stochastic Oscillator) to be particularly interesting. STO is below 20 signalling ICMH is over sold. Each time STO has fallen below 20, it has quickly reversed course.
Williams %R, at -91.7, is indicating that ICMH is heavily over sold. In the past a reading below -80 on the Williams Indicator has been followed by a significant upward trend the majority of the time.
After looking at todays data. There is no uptrend to confirm yet. The indicators are still telling me that we are likely at the lowest point of the trough and an uptrend in the next few days is likely. The way I see it, I have ridden this thing to the bottom I'm sticking around for the ride back up.

Lots of reading. Most of it I learned at stockcharts chart school. There is a lot of good info there. I compiled a notebook with everything that I have found that is relevent to the indicators. I would recommend devoting a fair amount of time reading about the indicators. It's good to finally know what I'm seeing when I am looking at the charts. Stockcharts chart school is a great place to start. If you find that you want more info on a particular indicator, google should prove valuable.
After learning about the different indicators, all that is left is interpretting the charts. There isn't a lot left to interpretation the charts are pretty straight forward and it is what it is.

haha yeah I guess I almost did. I'm not making any money and watching this stock the last few days will put you to sleep faster than counting sheep. So I put my energy into reading and learning about the charts. It gave me something productive to do while I was waiting on a PR. I needed to do it if I'm going to be a successfull trader and I enjoy learning stuff like that anyway, hell I use Linux.

My t&s doesn't show any .0014 hitting does yours?
The low for the day on mine showed .0014. Not sure if it was a buy or sell though! StockCharts confirms the low.
On a side note: How do you see buys vs. sells? L3?
