Jdog, a fellow investor named Greg whom I met on the AAC Yahoo board years ago, and had subsequently had a remarkable run in trading penny stocks, recommended ICMH to me a couple of weeks ago. Being more of a fundamentals guy (not a big t/a guy), I'm generally not a fan of pinkies, and as such I kind of didn't pay to much attention to his recommendation at first.
Late Sunday night I had a few hours to do some DD on various plays. Figured I'd look a lil' deeper into the ICMH story, see if it'd be worthwhile to throw a lil' cash at. The RB wasn't too helpful, checked IHUB next, and there found a reference to a post from some forum called 'Allstocks' about ICMH. So I typed in Allstocks, and subsequently found this board. I was amazed after the lack of posts on RB to find such a plethora of ICMH related chatter on this random site, and after scanning through basically all the posts that night, I decided to put ICMH high on my radar in the coming week, and potentially pick up a few shares.
Monday and Tuesday were crazy at work, didn't even bother watching ICMH that much, or any of my stocks, as I was overwhelmed at the job. As Wednesday came along, I remembered this pick, and did some quick follow-up DD and was hearing a lot of buzz about news on Thursday, so I kind of jumped in rather rashly on Wednesday, not wanting to miss the train, just in case the news did come, and was as potent and Doug alluded to others that it could very well be.
When no news came Thursday, and then again today, I decided that I'd give Doug a call myself tonight to confirm that the claims made on this board weren't total b.s., and that I haven't just thrown a couple grand down the toilet.
So as soon as I got home, looked up the PR from February, called Doug's number listed at the bottom, was told by the prerecorded message the nubmer had changed, I called the new number, it rang three times, I thought it was too late, nobody would answer, but Doug picked up, said "ICM Telecom, this is Doug.." I said, something to the effect as "Hi, I'm an investor in your stock, and have noticed of late that there has been quite a lot of buzz about impending news, are you at all able to comment about whether such rumors are founded?".... To which Doug replied, "Yes, we actually have a number of press releases that we are working on right now". I said, "Great, I appreciate your time, that was my only question, hope you have a great night and a terrific weekend". He said, "Thanks, good night"
Jdog, I know you weren't trying to offend, but I thought it needed to be emphasized that there is no reason for skepticism when anyone can call. But in any event, I'm kind of sorry I shared... In the future, if I talk to Doug again, I'll be sure to keep it to myself.

Eric I think everyone would love for you to share legitimate information with them. IMO some members on this thread feel they have been through some quick pump jobs during the course of this thread and they're not going to fall for it that easily again.
If someone is posting for the first or second time and they are claiming to have HUGE news, I think most members here are going to take it with more than a few grains of salt.
If you have read through this thread you've undoubtedly seen that there have been numerous ups and downs throughout this ride. I think everyone is trying to protect themselves from too many more downs.
If you are indeed a legitimate shareholder and you are being forthright about your conversation with Doug, then it is great news and welcome aboard.

Eric, There are alot of people on this thread getting a little skeptic due to the delays and broken promises. I for one am glad you are here now. You have added some very good news of PRs and I welcome you here and would hope for some of our sakes you would be kind enough to report any other conversations with Doug. He said good night? It was probably 3:00 pm his time when you called if you're in New York. No hard feelings. This is the first I've read about multiple PR's. I know that Lil and FOT have talked to Dougie and they never mentioned to me about multiple PR's. Hope it's true.

chart looks like it's in a complex wave 4 to me other wise known as an ABC correction . The rules of elliot state that the retracement level of a wave 4 can not break past the base of wave 2 wich in this case would be around 0013..
watch this closely for if it breaks 0013, it could fall dramaticly..
This is a textbook elliot wave in my opinion, very strong chart configuration,and should end up in our favor..

Had I been here I would have loaded up positions at 0014 based on this beautiful chart (wave4) alone.. 0014 is close enough to 0013 for me... (by the way... wave 4 does not have to fall to the base of wave 2....It just can't go past it)
FOT,s call on the symetric triangle was close as these are often found in complex wave 2's or 4's..otherwis known as a consolidation wave.. when the triangle was broken to the down side, it confirmed the ABC correction.. I was JAZZED when I saw it this morning..
An Elliot Wave this pretty is not often seen and is a very powerfull tool when you can spot it.
Complex wave 4 is often followed by a EXTENDED WAVE 5...hehehe This is very good people...that would take this thing damn close to a penny, or better..
A normal wave 5 would take it up to 005/.. give or take..
Anyway ... sorry for the rant... Just thought some different tech stuff would cheer some of you up... I'm in with all I can muster up.. This is a pretty chart, and it is about to pop..

I'm holding my shares as long as it takes. If it drops a little I'll just buy more. I honestly believe that we will see a minumun of .004 and hopfully .01+ when this all comes together. I hope most feel the same way I do. Good Luck!

I assume you are using .002 as peak 1, .0013 as peak 2, .0029 as peak 3 and we are currently in the Wave 4 downside before the big Wave 5 spike?
That is very in depth analysis River Rat and I sure appreciate every word of it. Reading the ICMH chart as it relates to Elliott Wave Theory isn't a simple task. Elliott Waves make perfect sense in hindsight but leave much to interpretation when looking to the future, since minor waves can and do happen between major waves. For instance, if ICMH takes off we might look back in hindsight and see that .0029 was peak 1 (which would also mean that peak 2 could fall as low as .0009 according to Elliott Theory as I understand it).
I am a novice at best with charts. I've been looking at the chart as it relates to Wave Theory (a great learning experience by the way) and it's a little confusing, even though Wave Theory is quite simple and straight forward.
I agree with your analysis but it seems we have been in Wave 4 for quite a long time. I could also see an ABC correction happening right now but shouldn't that come after Wave 5 or could this be a minor ABC Correction between peaks 3 and 4?
As I understand it, either we are in Wave 2, Wave 4 or an ABC Correction. Which ever one is the correct interpretation, it is a good sign nevertheless. We are nearing the bottom of Peak 2 or Peak 4 or an ABC Correction. Which would mean a Peak 1, Peak 3 or Peak 5 spike is about to happen. Thanks again River Rat that was a great learning experience.

For the vocal minority that might still be a lil' skeptical about my 'alleged' (lol) conversation with Doug on Friday night, I would like to propose a rather revolutionary idea, but please, before continuing to read, make sure you are sitting down first, and for those with heart conditions, please consult your doctor before pursuing any further.
Ok, ok, here it is....
Call Doug on Monday and verify for yourselves! Lol... Seriously though, I think it'd be a great idea for the board's collective sanity, to at the very least, elect a trusted representative to contact our CEO and verify that company does have multiple PRs scheduled for release.
Of course, once we resolve that issue, and all can sit back reassurred that at the very least, news is coming, then the next subject to tackle will be what is the going to be the content of that news. Looks like F.O.T. has made some good headway in projecting some thoughts as to the nature of the upcoming PRs. I'm going to dig a lil' further, and probably try and recontact Doug next week, to see if I can't shed some more light as to what ICMH is likely to report!

Eric I'm glad to see we didn't scare you away.
Calling Doug for info about the PR is probably an exercise in futility, though. Working in the financial field I'm sure you are aware that all info regarding company finances, future developments, etc. has to be released in a PR and giving anyone advanced notice as to the content is prohibited. Legally he could tell us when it will be released but we haven't been very successful with that either.
Doug has not been very accessible lately. He has flat out hung up on a number of callers and said one or two words before hanging up on others.

Yes, I tried to share what I thought was good news over at RB. It turns out I was just passing on hot air. I don't feel too badly about it though. There is so much crap and misinformation over there, that they probably sentence people to 50 lashes if what they say actually turns out to be true. There are a lot of people here that check RB to see what's going on over there. I wouldn't have posted under the same name if I were trying to hide my identity.

Thanks Eric for the call, it is nice to have such thing reaffirmed. I agree that we should have a single representative call, for multiple reasons. 1) Doug won't be constantly bothered and 2) If Doug and the caller can get on good terms and be familiar with each other, I can only assume that Doug will be more welcoming.
maumee river rat and jdog - Very interesting stuff, I'm very unfamiliar with wave theory and will definitely have to look into it. It's really nice to be able to read some objective TA, since most boards have nothing more than unfounded speculation. It would be really good if we can see more advanced TA, as opposed to the usual "52 week low buy now" or "RSI low buy now" or other things that end up being nothing more than catch phrases.

Check out what happened in May when they announced two things... one was a non dilutive financing agreement and second was the launch of their ATM network......
ICMH has a non-dilutive, INTEREST FREE, financing agreement and is about to announce their product launch with, hopefullly, ATCT!!!!!
From the looks of the ATCT chart, the huge gain required 5x the avg volume to get the increase...so, from that analogy, ICMH would require around 75-100 mill volume, which is not that much when the news hits! Lots of people are already aware of this stock and the news that is expected... the Daytraders will be jumping on this thing and pushing it up multi hundred %!
My seat belt is fastened and chair is in the full upright and locked position, just waiting on doug to release that BIG news!

17" Powerbook? Damn that'd be nice. I have 7 PC's throughout the house. They all run Debian Linux (because I LOVE Linux and because most of them are too old to run anything else). Anyway, the computer in the master bedroom is the one I use most often and the hard drive died on me yesterday afternoon. I was up until 3:30 am last night building a new machine from spare parts and loading Debian onto it. My kids woke me up at 7:00 am this morning. I am exhausted tonight but I'm posting this from the bedroom :-) So I am envious of your Powerbook. Mac OSX is just another flavor of `nix.
I'm looking forward to ICMH this week. If we don't see a PR soon, Doug will probably be running the only telecom company with no phones in the office.

I would encourage everyone to look at the different websites that have been posted including:

Even if the news doesn't come out you will be able to see how much is actually going into this and will be able to get a glance at what the extent of this will be. Even though I would love the news today, I will be very surprised if the news comes out today because of all I expect it to be about!
