The charts seem to confirm a downtrend that is true. But look at MACD, considered one of the most reliable indicators. If it continues it's current trajectory it is going to bottom out and rebound in 1 - 3 days. The next couple days will probably be unexciting. Let's see where we close today and what the charts look like at that time.

well, lets have a group activity.... what could CEO Doug Hamby be doing at this moment. Non-referring to the current stock price, what is he doing? Preparing the phantom PR announced by FOT's telephone conference with Doug July 27th? Setting up new businesses with Sutton bank and/or preparing a new card program with mastercard? A buyout from Global Capital? Revenues? 100,000 POS installed? The website? I mean...

Is this new news to anyone?
http://www.intelecard.com/worthaclick/03icnwire.asp?ICNwireID=1226

ICM Telecom adds distributor
Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. (Pink Sheets:ATCT) reports that it has agreed to distribute ICM Telecom's (Pink Sheets:ICMH) stored value and prepaid products. ICM Telecommunications is a national and international supplier of prepaid and stored value cards made available through its partnership with Secure Financial Solutions.

"The prepaid telecom market that we are developing is an ideal market for ICMH's prepaid and stored value cards and the ATM access they provide," says Steven H. Bethke, president and CEO of Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp.

Doug Hamby, chairman of ICM Telecom, added, "ATCT's customers are exactly the folks who can benefit the most from our ATM card-access products."

Ok,

I just called [ I know he's busy, but as investor's we need to know as much as possible ].

DOUG, do you have a date on the PR ? "If it was up to me I would release it tommorrow"
"Ther are a number of items that we are working on , and when they are finalized the information will start to flow freely".

No date, but got the impression he was working on it, and would prefer to have it done quicky.

He was extremely nice on the phone, and although no date I was pleased with his responses.

I understand Dogg, but we all have money involved and the only way to get a response is to call him.

Every publicly traded company has a responsibily to its investors, and in the abcense of news should expect to be challenged on there activitys.

A Federal overview of the prepaid card market:

A Summary of the Roundtable Discussion
on Stored-Value Cards and Other Prepaid ProductsSkip to Content
Industry Overview | Major Themes | Conclusion

As part of an ongoing program to discuss payments system developments and barriers to innovation with a range of parties, the Federal Reserve System's Payments System Development Committee (PSDC) hosted a roundtable discussion with industry leaders on stored-value cards and other prepaid products.1 The roundtable discussion was held at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C., on November 12, 2004. The roundtable focused on current and emerging designs for stored-value and prepaid products, lessons learned from the evolution of prepaid cards over the past few years, and emerging trends in usage. The participants also discussed challenges to future development.

http://www.ny.frb.org/regional/stored_value_cards.html

as stated by the federal bank of new york... i have been bought, but not by dougie's PR.

Stored Value Cards: An Alternative for the Unbanked?

Stored value cards are one of the most dynamic and fastest growing products in the financial industry. Anyone who makes purchases with a merchant gift card, places phone calls with a prepaid telephone card, or buys goods or services with a prepaid debit card is using a stored value card. Certain types of these cards are being heavily marketed to lower-income consumers, especially the unbanked or underbanked. Although these cards may provide consumers with a more effective means of accessing funds and making financial transactions than cash, consumers need to be aware that these cards come with a vast array of features, fee structures and levels of consumer protections. This article highlights many of the principal features of these financial innovations and identifies important aspects of these cards that consumers must be aware of in order to make informed decisions about the products that best meet their financial needs.

This is very telling Hold-em. Providing that Doug was being honest, this is what I make out of that converstation. The hold up is out of his control. There are numerous developments that will affect PPS that he can't discuss.

This is promising because it reassures me that he hasn't been lying to us all along. It is conceivable that he truly believed he would make the missed timelines when he gave them.

This is one of the best conversations I've heard about yet.

If he is it wouldn't be the first time for a pink stock, but with the Good DD on this board I still believe in this company.

If he is there is always another line item that canbe add to the deductions at the end of the year.

We are at his mercy, and every investor has to decide what they are willing chance.
