When you call the number of the website, as the phone number of the company, there's an answering machine that says "hello, its doug, i can't come to the phone now, but leave a message and i'll get back to you as soon as i can." Why wouldn't the anwering machine address ICM at all if thats the company name? Isnt doug too informal?

Yes. That's wierd. Maybe the web programmer used the wrong number - like Doug's cell or something.

At what time do you think is good to call ICM? I'm not calling to ask about a PR, I'm calling them to inform them that their system is malfunctioning; I called to report a stolen card and it said that the system was unable to process my request at the time.

Doug said he gets into the office at 9. That is 50 minutes from now. He seems to have been getting there before 9 the past week or so.

I think between 1 and 2 becasue they r three hours behind and doug doesn't get to his office til 9 or 10

Well I just called Doug... I tried telling him that I was a customer and that the card didn't work. Then he asked if it was a Gkard and he said that if it was, that program had been shut down. Then he asked where I got it from and I said Sutton Bank, and then the line cut. Woops. Sounded kinda wired.

Which is a site I already found earlier, but at the top of the page it says this:
“Due to problem with our suppliers we no longer supply Prepaid Visa Cards. Existing customers will be send a Prepaid Master Card next week. We do apologize.”
This statement is new.

I know we're not supposed to be calling Doug so much but I couldn't resist. I didn't think he would answer but he did. Here is what was said, "This is Doug" ... "Hi Doug, will there be a press release coming out this week?" He said, "I'm working with our PR people at the present time" I said, "Thank you sir" and he said, "O.K. Bye" I was kind of shocked that he answered and that he seemed friendly, I didn't want to push it with too many questions. I know this information doesn't really help but just wanted to let you know.

lets put 2 and 2 together, eduardo calls about his card not working, dough responds is it a GKard (the card is a visa product), next we see that the prepaid visa site will be sending out mastercard debit cards NEXT WEEK (sutton bank i believe uses mastercard, or am I wrong), I think we've really narrowed the possibilities now
