Lets hope. I kind of have a feeling it is news about a huge order, and that the audit results will be out soon. Thats just my guess though. Based on no solid evidence.

Its true. Everyone who is in on this, AND everyone waiting on the sidelines are ALL waiting on this one PR. It will be the biggest thing (good or bad) this stock has seen yet.

Thats why the delays are such a big deal. Every little delay regarding the audit affects everyone.

I personally will wait until the audit comes out even if it doesnt come out by next week.

I see good things on the horizon with this one AND HISC!

They are going to be my biggest winners!

LOL - Americ#n Bu!!s:
Our system posted a SELL CONFIRMED today. The previous BUY recommendation that was confirmed was made on 07.22.2005 (6) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0153. Since then PLNI has gained 5.88%

They base this only on candlestick patterns. Their system doesn't take into consideration the future audit results or any other PR's that are to be inspected.

Might not actually be a bad idea to sell today and rebuy Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning.

Sort of a risk though as it could jump on anticipation Monday.

Should i buy more shares to see a significant gain when the audit comes out? i only have 166,689 shares. Is that enough?

I understand! I have the same problem. Just need to make more money on the market and then we won't need the 9-5! I prefer the 8:30-3:00 Central Standard Time if you get my drift.

Rahz, only you can answer that question. Buying shares from a pink-sheet company is a gamble. Don't *ever* play a pinky with money you can't lose.

I have a lot placed on this particular bet because I think PLNI is an exceptional value--but it's still a bet.

A gamble huh, I like your honesty. Most people on here think its a gaurentee to blow up because its a reputable company thats been around for 15 yrs with a great CEO.

nobody is saying that RahzM1ght....

you misunderstood.

Even buying Microsoft is a risk.

You need a crystal ball for guarantees.

If you are worried, which to me you sound like you are....keep your money under your mattress.

Nobody calls ANY investment a guarentee. good or bad!

If they do, DONT TRUST THEM!

With PLNI, the company itself is solid. The stock however has yet to prove itself. Most of us feel it will prove itself with the PR on Tuesday. It could easily do just the opposite however.

This is a gamble, but a gamble I'd like to take. For me it's all or nothing, and I like the odds!

and, to state the obvious, the reason you stand to gain much more quick money from a PINK SHEET!! than Microsoft or any other blue chip company with gazillions of dollars of already audited revenue is that you're taking a bigger risk.

Bigger risk, bigger chance of reward. Bigger chance of loss. That's the situation in a nutshell.

Bilo...
Speaking only for myself...I think the investment with this company has to do with the 20' length of rebar they are testing now...That is why I got in...All this talk about audit...contracts ect. is fine. But for me it's the rebar length getting DOT approval...That's why I "BET" my money on PLNI...

Fast...
I haven't seen an "official" announcement either. The last word was what you are saying. The last rumor I heard was that they are looking at, researching, the possibility of molding with communication lines in the center of the rebar...With the highway money coming out I'd be willing to bet they are farther along....But I have no evidence that they are...I've tried to find out but so far no luck.Oh my "testing now" meant research...sorry if I confused folks...not my intent...

bearclaw, thanks for the reply and clarifying. communication lines through the center of the rebar sounds like a good idea but I don't see it being pratical. if one of the lines needed to be replaced, repaired, etc. they would have to break apart the concrete structure to gain access to the line. jmo.

Don't have an answer for the busting concrete comment. I do know once pvc for plumbing is tested and holding pressure...that's fine to pour with no further plumbing problems...not like the old cast piping...

IMHO.....first there is no reason to worry whether or not the audit is complete on time or not....I would rather them delay it and do it RIGHT rather then have to go back in and restate and pay the bean counters to do it twice due to the recent aquisition(s) that are taking place!!

The company is not going anywhere but up from here, even if it does goes down a little...afterall this is the market! Go pull a 2yr chart on COF, HDI to name a few and tell me that they always went up.

Just remember, the panic sellers are creating opportunity for the smart ones who will load up at low prices and sit back and laugh!!!!

totally just my opinion, but I think the next really big thing that we can--not count on, but look forward to with prudent hope-- is actually getting on the OTC.BB and off the pinks. I have read that this can be a 60-90 day process when things go reasonably smoothly.

Other elements that are less predictbale include big contracts for the existing rebar connector product and SEMCO's product. The all-plastic-rebar product would be a huge deal, from what I understand, but I imagine that would have to go through another DOT/50 state approval process?

Just a thought, but if the audit is anticpated to bring the pps up, and part of the intended OTC listing processincludes buy-back of some shares, then wouldn't it make sense for them to buy back the shares before the audit is comlpeted if they have the money? Just thinking maybe we will see an announcement of buybacks if the audit is to be delayed.

Ok consider this...

PLNI knows that if they miss the deadline for the audit PR, there will be a big selloff creating a large dip in the price. This has already started to happen slowly this week, and will probably create a large dip Monday if no news in the morning.

We know there is going to be some news Tuesday that will be pretty "exciting". I/we have been speculating it will be the Audit news. But...mrgr8avill has a point.

What if they intentionally missed the deadline for the audit to bring down the price, and tuesday they announce the buyback? Then a few days later put out the audit pr?

It almost seems wise... The anticipation is giving me a "plastie".... [Smile]

I was the one that talk with Bill the other day. My post about the "soft" industrial news was dead on. So I expect that Next Tuesday will be also. I can tell you this again. I do not expect the news to be about the audit as Bill said he was not sure when the audit team will be done. He said that he talks to them every Tuesday. He said it was done but was being double checked and that the results would be anytime. I think that the PR will be either contract or buy back related. Remember he also said that they will move to the OTC as fast as possible this summer.

Sorry, weird allstocks posting behavior...

I was going to thank you for that information. But also add the following: The audit isn't done until you're finished checking. Over the past months, my opinion of PLNI has gone up as my opinion of Bill has gone down. "It's not a deadline, it's Howe's timeline...." sheesh.

Hopefully Bill can stay out of the way and let the stock soar in due time. But that's sad. It's done, but they're double-checking. Uh-huh.

My 2 biggest investments are HISC and PLNI. I think next week I'll be on cloud 9! Next Tuesday's PR from PLNI will take this to the moon.

HISC has been in an "American Association of Port Authorities seminar for
Port Security and Safety" since yesterday. I fully expect them to put out a PR Monday or Tuesday announcing a large order. They put out a nice PR this morning stating "Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has been retained to assist Homeland Integrated Security Systems in its negotiations with the Federal Government both in terms of exporting company products and in selling products to the Federal Government.

For those of us invested in either, it will be a great week next week. For those of us invested in both......Cheers to us!

State -

You have to take in consideration of how things are said and how I am able to type it out. There are some emotions that are hard to show when you post to a internet board. I think Bill is a stand up guy and he will try to keep us informed as best he can. He was not bashing his boss he was just trying to convey to me how the audit was going. I would not judge him by anything you read here. I would call the guy myself and have a talk with him. I think you will find that he is agood guy trying to do his job.

There is one other thing, although it runs contrary to my thoughts about the buyback --

George stated in his original post about the "conversation" that Bill said the audit was done, but just being revised. Now,

1) He checks with the accountants every TUESDAY
2) PR coming out TUESDAY

if indeed it is the audit news to be released this Tuesday, perhaps we best not get our fruit-o-da-looms all bunched if it does not come until later in the day.

There are really so many good things cooking in this witche's brew that it is hard to speculate about what might happen Tues. Just love the optimism.

BTW -- opened my position today with HICS -- looks like I am riding with you. Too bad I missed their recent hit, but DD indicates there are many more to come. Bad way to look at it is that continued unrest makes things look really good for that company. Good way to look at it is that our money is helping to make all of us safer!

Two great games to watch and be a fan of!
