OK, just got off the phone. kinda vague info though. Matt said outstanding was AROUND 2 billion, so i asked the authorized, he said AROUND 2 billion. so that info doesn't do us much good i suppose, except that we know the outstanding is not around 1.4b as on pinksheets. i also don't know about the around comment for the authorized either... he said they had been working with the company about 1 week, and will be with them for the next 6 months. said company would be issuing statements about share structure, and there wouldn't be a RS. thats about all i got.

Yeah thanks, Stol -- God I hope that little nightmare I had last week about them diluting to obtain "gap" financing isn't true. Or let me put it this way -- I hope that whatever this "AROUND" crap is is totally resolved by the next post.
I could see how any negative perception could really be combined with the audit issues to be construed negatively. If anything DID happen like that, they say it is easier to gain forgiveness than approval. I just want it answered and rectified right away so we can get this whole mess behind us on move on.

Just to help illustrate what kind of day it's been, I've had an order to buy for about 700K shares at .0144 for like the past three hours. No bites. (Though it's all-or-none. Yeah, tough to fill sometimes but that's my style and they've filled before).
This is the calm before the storm or the Luau, I can't tell which.

As long as we are having a luau on a tropical beach paradise we are paying for our of our PLNI profits -- some place where it is not COLD (ah-hem) I don't care if it storms!

lol. You might stand a chance of having a fill if you bid 20K AON or less; 700K AON tells us very little about PLNI's market.
Or were you being sarcastic? It's hard to tell on a forum.

I did, he uses very vague answers. He could not nail the a/s or o/s ???? He did say that there would be a share buyback or retirement of shares soon and there were many more announcements to come in the coming weeks. Best I could do folks. Sorry

Chopper... I'm not surprised he is vague now...If he said what we were told by CLB last week then this guy needs to shut the heck up till he know's what he's talking about. I considered all that information irresponsible for someone who's suppose to represent this company. All that conversation did was stir sheet up. Bill is the guy who gives accurate data. I'd wait till an announcement or someone speaks with Bill...I'd sheetcan Matt for the time being...

Member Rated: posted August 08, 2005 04:21 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recieved a tip from a friend of mine on a stock that is supposed to explode tomorrow. He gave me the all the information I needed to know and I agree with him. He also gave me the info on the condition that I would not let the cat out of the bag before we get our shares. Sorry. What I can tell you is the stock price is between .01 and .02 and it has an extremely low float and low O/S. You can PM me for some other little details.

#1 problem is thy audit completion #2 problem is thy o/s
Management has some control over #1 but not much. Now #2 they have complete control which is almost as important as #1. The million dollar question. If Mr.Turek and family are indeed serious about Plasticon's future going forward as indicated in their past PR statements about increasing shareholder value, then they need to retire their shares ASAP! I still have my GTC order in at .009 and am hoping for a fill before the retirement of shares comes to play. As for now, I have to take a #2(not on thy above list).

Great to hear from ya Cold. I was thinking that some truly BIG news that PLNI could announce is that they have hired you on full time. Now that should be good enough news to bust a nickel!! Hope you're doing well.

Hopefully my dream of last night comes true. I dreamt that I sweated by my computer during trading hours watching PLNI soar 300-400%. Who knows, it's just a dream. But dreams can come true!

Hey Eags -- I lost a star yesterday in another thread too! It was a bad damn day for stars, to be sure. Let's make up for it by getting to .05 by the end of the week! I will buy us each a (real) gold star to hang on our walls. They can have the electronic stars, baby!!!!!

Great, now I'll have to post just to check my stars. Maybe we were graded on a curve before.
