you are welcome cold...now sit and wait, while I countinue to make money on this one. An hour here and there in the red are nothing. It is the over all trend that matters. I would not say it is insider info either. They can tell people that they expect to have news. All companies expect to have news.

This was what I was referring to. I can't believe he said there would be a "Soft" pr about industry stuff tomorrow.
Thats what threw me off...

Its seems so many pinks announce expected dates for the audits and then find it gets pushed back. This may come from a lack of experience dealing with accountants. Accountants have a penchant for telling the client what they want to hear [what will get/keep them on board]. I've been through 7 accountants & tax attorneys through the years. You have to take everything they say with a grain of salt and keep their feet to the fire. They are very good at blowing sunshine you know where and playing CYA. I would be concerned if Bill said the accountants keep coming back for more info, but he did not. He’s the one calling them and they claim to be at the double checking stage.
The best way to get a quick audit is to set a bonus tied to a date, with the bonus dropping every day its delayed. These firms have more than one client and they will allocate resources to gain/retain business as needed. If you let them take control of the timeline they will take advantage of you. Maybe Jim and Bill are being a little too nice.
That being said, the date of the audit changes nothing in the long term prospects of this company. It only changes the timeline at which new investors will be made aware of PLNI or when institutions will be allowed to buy. Those expecting a huge sell off it the audit isn’t out this week will be dissappointed. Any drop should be shallow with so many new investors looking to get in or add to positions. More trades per day, more frequent mentions on small cap stock sites, Plasticon’s following is growing. Whether it’s a steady build or an explosion on news is the main question IMO.

DD in response to your question / um....whats a toonie? and whats a blue cheese olive?
A Martini ( I prefer vodka ) made with vodka or gin of good quality…. Have you ever seen James Bond movies? 007 drinks them shaken not stirred. Put some ice and water in a toonie class to chill it, then in a shaker put ice and 1 drop of dry vermouth ( and I mean 1 DROP ). Shake the thing, then dump out the toonie class which is now cold and strain the mix into the class. Add on large green pitted olive that’s stuffed with Blue Cheese ( I make my own ). Now along with this comes a warning DO NOT DRIVE AFTER 2 or MORE!!!!
I expect to enjoy a few after PLNI does it’s thing for me….

If you want a good one use vodka and get a sprayer for the vermouth. it puts a fine mist of vermouth on the very top of the martini

>>He talked to the auditors today. As far as he is concerned the Audit results are on-track. I asked if it would be late this week or early next. He said " Oh, I do not know about that, but I will be talking to the auditors again next Tuesday." He is talking with them once a week. He said that it is taking time and they are being very through. He also said that the audit is really not delayed, just that some of the comments that Jim has made because it was not meeting his timeline made it appear to be delayed. He said it was not meeting Jim's time table.<<
Well Bill is a foolish man then. The audit is delayed because PLNI has said not once, but twice in recent months, that it would be finished by a specific date. This is the kind of cute PR spin that is the work of hacks or amateurs.
I have total confidence in PLNI as a company, even if we take a temporary hit because we didn't meet a deadline that PLNI itself announced. They're going to have to kick their game up a notch if they want to play in the big leagues. Please don't insult my intelligence by announcing that the audit would be done by the end of July, and then telling me that isn't a deadline.
As for today's trading action, no worries. Though the price came down a bit, it was clear that the MMs were trying to walk it down and there were few takers. Long periods went without any activitiy--maybe two-thirds of the volume was in the first couple of hours, with the initial spike.

I hear you on the volume -- will be out of town tomorrow so I wanted to get my increase in today. Upped my 140k from .0170 to .0172 and sat on it forever, then finally decided to eat the $42 and upped to 0.0175. They sat on that one until the close. Looking at T&S, I could have done $.0173, because there was a 750k deal at the same time at that level. Bottom line is that nothing was getting done on buy orders in the late hours. Looks like they just don't want to play unless the spread is good enough. Sucks to get manipulated like that, but what can you do? Here's to tomorrow and beyond!!

smart move on eating the $42. That will be forgotten quite soon. The fundamentals of the company are probably unsurpassed for a pink sheet.

I have no idea what the long sorry story was. Developing a new product and getting approvals from 50 separate state DOT's might have had an eensy teensy bit to do with it.
