I think she's going to go mostly unchanged for a while. I dont forsee any major news releases that would come out this month.

They COULD...prove me wrong... if they wanted to.

George-- How do you know there will be something out by the end of this month? I have heard that so many times now its getting old. Only thing that has came up has beewn broken promises. If something does come out its usually a soft PR which doesn't help the stock head north. It's just frustrating thats all. It's no fun when you not making the green. This stock price has been like this for a long time and in that time no audit. I would like to see this AUDIT very very soon.

I have to agree with ya bond...per the previous post of someone speaking to IR that makes sense.

1. Retire the available or O/S shares...will drive price above .02+
2. Then ink Semco which drives/or holds the current pps
3. Announce some nice contracts and bump it alittle more
4. by that time Pro Mold should be complete with thier available numbers as well, and pps shares bumps a little more
5. THEN announce the audit done with numbers and the filing to otc and sit back and enjoy the ride!!

All above statements are of course, "IMO"

RAZ...you have got to chill out....all you do is worry..you need to really consider if PLNI is for your investment style.. you may do better in some that are proven nice and steady stocks. You seem to get too upset when we drop a few points. There are times when I lost 1000's in a few hours. You have to know what it is you want and what you are willing to do. Do not ever invest more than you can afford to loss. You will not ever always make green..playing with this stuff you could loss it all before you know it. I am down about 16,000 for the year. I took a beating on a couple this year and made some bad choices. Last year I finished up about 25K so you just never know. Only you can make up your mind...

just remeber....your not losing unless your selling!

They could run this back down to Colds.0085 and I wouldnt sell a single share on the way down......BUT you can bet your as* that I would be buying on the way down cause as I said before theres only one place this company's going...and its not down!!!!

George --- I'm chill and always will be with this stock. I just wanted to know, how do know something will be out by the end of this month? I've heard the same thing last month and the month before people stating that and guess what nothing big came up. Only thing I'm commenting on is when a promise is broken thats my only gripe. I know PLNI is a good company, it's just that they need to step up there game a lil' and bring out those PR's that will make a lot of there investors happier. It's just frustrating thats all. It's normal too feel that way when you loose money. You don't expect everyone to be cheering about a loss.

In my honest opinion, I have a feeling that Bill and Jim have been so busy trying to get things set up that they have kind of forgotten that they have investors out there. Seems to me that a few months ago, the audit was big news to them, but now they are pre-occuppied with ramping. I mean, they have the R&S deal, the Semco deal, the Promold deal, the supply deal, etc -- all of those are announced with only one or two PR's, but really involve a LOT of work.

I can only TRY for a moment to put myself in Jim's shoes (based on what I know). The guy must be going ballistic trying to get all of this stuff wrapped up. I don't think anyone expected this kind of (positive) volitility a few months ago. If there are other contracts in the works as Matt mentioned, then there is just more stuff going on to deal with.

I have been involved in many projects where things get moving so quickly that the whole thing becomes a "moving target." I am willing to guess that the auditors are told to go on one set of circumstances, only to have this whole other thing come up the next day.

If, in other words, an audit is a "snapshot" of a company in a particular timeframe, then the auditors might be having a difficult time keeping this sucker in focus.

There is not a hint of bad news now or on the immediate horizon for this issue. It is unfortunate that they made the statements about the audits as they did, but man has the company changed since they made those statements. I would so much rather have an audit delayed for these kinds of reasons than for others (read the QBID thread, if you have any questions).

If HISC is sales without product (yet) then we are product without sales (yet). We now have decent supplies, manufacturing, product, technology, and a company used to getting exposure for its clients.

Damned skippy the audit is important, but damned Jiffy there is some power behind why it is not out yet.

I have been working on the 2.0B Authorized 1.4B OS and 470M float...

That caps us at $20,300,000.

Take it down to book given the growth potential of this company, add the Semco and Promold assets, and shake that sucker...

Better than "sex on the Beach"

(not that I would know)

Not sure what to think...The purchase of Promold is a good thing however the audit needs to be complete. I know I'm beating a dead horse here BUT, Why not release the audit THEN purchase Promold. You need to get some things done before others sometime. The audit is supposedly finished...(just reveiwing it we're told.) If it's that close release it first.
Then do the Promold deal. Not have to redo evrything again. I don't claim to be any expert at this. I am a home builder and DQ. owner.
I sold a home to some people and right in the middle of the deal he changed jobs...screwed up everything and they had to start over with his finance approval.
Procon is great news but somewhere along the way you have to freeze and get the numbers in. We all do it every year at tax time...so can PLNI.
All these things are certain to increase the pps...just don't know if the audit is their priority right now. MAybe should have announced that when all purchases were finished.
Just my 2 cents.
Anyway...I'm here till the end waiting on my million HAH!

My Crystal ball hasn't work the best of late however, if it were me... I would announce
1. Retirement or conversion of shares
2. Semco Merger complete
3. Audit and financials
4. Promold Merger
5. Contracts
6. Promold Audit
7. OTC Filings
8. MORE contracts
9. On to the OTC
10. MORE CONTRACTS
11. 10Q with Nice Profits
12. AMEX Filing

I Do Believe, I Do Believe, I Do, I Do, I Do [Big Grin]

Well thats what I was afraid of and wanted some clarification before I opened my big mouth.

I talked to Matt(IR) today at 4:15 ET and asked him the numbers and they are at 2.4b O/S (and i clarified it twice that it wasnt 1.4 as stated by Bill) and said that this is going to be addressed very soon. PLNI still controls 73%+ and he said Turek has personal friends and family that have a bunch more.

My question is if Bill Howe stated several times that O/S's are 1.4b and the PR's stated there is going to be no dilution to shareholders, where did all the shares come from and how did they go over the 2b authorized?????

Its probably going to be sticky for the next couple weeks but I am holding strong cause I know where the company is going and they have control of enough shares to do what needs to be done.

P.S. Matt did state as a fact that there would be no R/S

That makes sense now that they cant put the audit out because in order to file to otc you need to disclose O'S #'s and they figured out they had a problem IMO.

they could create all major shareholders shares into restricted stock, or preferred stock. that wouldn't be a rs, and would reduce the float, but wouldn't do anything for helping the pps.
