I use Alphatrade.com for L2. It's a pay service but works great.

A close at .03 would be very bullish but even as it stands now, we are up 30% for the day.

Good Point KT...also from the reply from the president of BTSI, he said that there would be alot of profit taking from investors who have had long positions in this company that would be selling off, I think most of them are gons now, also the daytraders who seen the spike in price and jump on board for the ride have now cleared, now we start building a new floor, for the next leg up...IMO...a couple more days of trading at this level and we should start running up again.

You have to subscribe to a service like Alphatrade to get L2 on pinks, it isn't a standard feature.

OldGang,

The company you bought into two years ago has nothing to do with the current BTSI...This is more than just a name change...you'll be happy to know. This BTSI as of today is simply a clean shell acquired to be used solely as a 'tool' for an IPO (of Nord Oil International) through a RTO (reverse takeover merger) transaction process.
Finkelstein Capital has been commissioned to take Nord public.
The most exciting part of this new opportunity, is the distinct possibility of it being a 'spin-off' subsidiary of a parent company known as 'Northern Oil' (a.k.a. Nord Oil in Russia) with significant operations just North of our current two major Oil site locations.
To give you an example of the true size and caliber of this current 'Northern Oil' a.k.a. Nord Oil (English version)...on June 24th it was the successful bidder of a major Oil & Gas field, that of which went head-to-head against giants, Lukoil and Gazprom...and WON!
The close geographical location of the first two major O&G License sites (to Northern's Operations), the sharing of the name Nord Oil, the fact that the Russian government is also liberalizing the shares of Gazprom making there stock also publicly traded (no longer just in the form of ADR's), the statement made by the newly appointed Andrei Bobovsky as Vice-President of Operations, saying "knowing who Nord Oil really is, I could not refuse such an opportunity to join Bio-Tracking, a true success in the making," and knowing of 'substantial storage facilities' as indicated in the PR as well as 8k filing....Well, I think I just happen to know what they are referring to there as well, but at this exact point I can't confirm that part. But I can tell you this, I KNOW all about Northern Oil a.k.a. Nord Oil that currently exists, it's locations, operations and overall presence in Russia...and if we are to be closely affiliated with them...We truly ARE watching a "success story in the making" [Wink]

Not exactly...

Alphatrade:

Monthly Base Fee $17.00
Exchange Communication Fee (ECF) $10.00
Pink Sheet Level 2 $15.00
Transaction Fee $1.00
Total charged to your credit card as per your account $43.00

This is after the free 7 day trial, and is prorated for the remainder of the month. I think it is necessary to have this if you are trading pinks. Oh, and level 2 comes with level 1.

I seen where Finkelstein Capital was commissioned to take NORD public. So I went to Finkelstein Capital's website and it's quite interesting that Jean-Francois Amyot is not only the President and CEO of BTSI but he is also the Senior General Partner of Finkelstein Capitol. Just some info for everybody.

I was poking around at the website also, I guess they specialize in Merger and company acqusitions, acting as the middle man between two companies. I would say that this Nord oil acqusition should go quite smoothly since BTSI president will taking care of both angles of the deal.

Take a look at who there partners with...SNG another Canadien Energy company based in Calgary, these canadiens love oil...SNG just settled a lawsuit with the united states for drilling offshore Nova Scotia.

I think Canada is looking to take over the world by buying up all the oil...lol..JK

Why not, buy it all up and sell it to the U.S and undercut the middle east. They look to make a pretty penny.

IMO I would have to say anywhere between .02 and .03 is about as good a price as your gonna get. There's a chance that it might go back below .02 again but i would not count on it. It closed at .025 today and I believe that it is going to go up.

firefighter

give or take a penny at this level really wont matter over the long run!
The mid 2 range seems like a safe enough enrty area, but there are no guarantees thats its gonna stay down here for much longer. Nor are there any that it wont go lower! I own it and feel safe buying at this level.

Good Luck
Rick

Found this on RB, it's a response by the CEO to someone's email inquiry (AMEX in 2006? I like the sound of that)...

By the way this is what the president told me over the weekend:

Dear Mr. ######,

Thank you for your comments and recommendations. We are currently working on bringing the company back to the OTCBB as a first step and we believe to be able to request listing on the AMEX by 2006.

The properties that we have acquired already have several wells and we will continue to produce with those and also create a joint venture to explore further the property.

We plan to announce the complete plan in the next several weeks.

Sincerely,

BIO-TRACKING SECURITIES

Per: Jean-Francois Amyot
President

Dear Mr. Amyot,

Your recent news was extremely uplifting and rewarding to hear. I have been following and investing in your company for some time now.

Have you considered going back to the OTC from the Pink Sheets, or even the AMEX or Nasdaq. Many investors are skeptical and cautious investing in the Pink Sheets, and a new listing, I feel would bring in a whole new breed of investor.

Are you currently evaluating drill sites? Do you have a time frame to begin drilling?
Any press release, on such matters would relief many investors minds.

Once again
Good Job Guys...

Thanks,

########

I think it's more like a pearl. We are going to have to hold it for a while to let it grow to a nice value. [Wink]

Every pearl begins with a small something that is irritating the clam. This one has been irritating all of us, but soon we'll be happy we endured it.

I can guarantee this stock will close up today.
Reason?
Because I won't have the funds available to buy more until tomorrow.

You'd better hope we don't close over .03 today. IF that happens I doubt you'll get any shares in the .02's on Monday.

I personally hope we trade in range between .02-.03 for a while to form a nice period of consolidation and form a strong base. That also gives everyone plenty of time to accumulate more shares.
