Somehow I skated in aroun 3:30 at .021, but I had an order in for .024! I don't know why Ameritrade did that, but I'm thankful I guess. I would loved it if they would have given me the extra shares and saved me a hundred bucks

it held it's place pretty well, but that R/S is gonna scare a lot of people into not buying........so it's kinda a crap shoot, but it should gap up in the AM........just my opinion

Ktrain is right about the RS scaring some people off but it should do well for a few more days...I like this statement from the PR...
"It wasn't quick to conclude, but our efforts have been nicely rewarded with a deal that brings us approximately $3.50 per share of proven oil reserve and $11 per share of both proven and probable oil reserve assets," said Mr. Amyot, President of Bio-Tracking. "We are very proud of the results and we hope this will translate in our common stock to be valued according to this new matrix," said Mr. Amyot
Good forward looking statement!!!

Are there any other boards covering this stock? We all must know here that this stock could do another 400-500% gain tomorrow AM. The PR came out on Prime Zone and not on News Wire (Yet). If the news wire picks this up overnight this will take off like a shot in the AM.
Very Excited about this stock and i do believe this is the first time I have ever bought a stock above a 500% gain on the day it ran. The reality is that its still worth 10x what I paid for it.
Good luck Rick

Heres the number work up share val. pre-reverse split on $2.5B - $5.72/s Share val. post r/s on $2.5B (*percent of company recovered by current BTSI s/h)- $11.57/s
Share val. pre-r/s on $781mill (value of the known 15mill barrels) - $1.81/s
Share val. post r/s on $781 mill (*percent of company recovered by current BTSI s/h)- $3.61
Value of Current shares at each level: Post r/s - 2.5 - $.96 Post r/s - 781 mill - $.31
If those numbers dont scream buy, I guess nothing will. After that math, im confident.

after the split there will only be 36m shares held in public hands the other 180m will be held by Nord according to the pr.
The O/S at this time must be aprox. 432m shares which will become 36m post split. Then they add the 180 to cover the deal post split. I believe that Nord Oil is a privately held company and this would mean a 144 restriction on the 180m insider held shares!
They could issue 504 warrants or do a private placement of 79m shares and still have a 51% control, but that would still leave the public float at 107m!
Bottom line looks good to me given the $2.5b on the table!

Did anyone ever hear of the ol saying "if it sounds to good to be true it probably is"? Somebody tell me in Good DD fasion if any of this has been verified to some degree of making sense. If this is true, where will this stock head in the next couple of days? Thanx in advance.
