Yeah I realize, not worried about the info on my behalf as I have access to any and all of it available. Just that most others won't know about it unless they're hardcore traders.
I think Yahoo is broken right now because it isn't working for several I've tried today.
And MSN doesn't have any mention of the recent filings.
Ah well, it'll hit people's radar down the road I guess once we're on the OTCBB.

Current after r/s price equivalent is $0.30 pps, which makes this a steal right now...

I have been exchanging emails with a contact in russia who is an investor, he is very interested in investing a large sum of money in BTSI and has been in contact with BTSI's President Jean-Francois Amyot
He sent a email asking that if Nord Oil accusition is going to be so good for BTSI why has the price been up and down...hers is the reply
Dear Mr. de Broyer,
We have read your email and understand your concern. You mentioned you were a "trader" and in such capacity you are very well placed to evaluate why stocks go up and down. However, since you are inquiring regarding such price movement, we can provide you with some basic understanding of market as it pertains to reverse mergers.
Several Cause could be responsible:
1. Profit taking from investors that got in on the ground level at $0.004 2. Selling pressure from "heritage" shareholders that have had the stock for 2 or 3 years without liquitity and are now taking advantage of the current price movement to exit with no regard to the new merger candidate i.e. NordOil. 3. Pinksheet syndrom of investors vs market makers
We believe that 1 and 2 are causing the price decline. Currently the company is widely held and many investors have lost faith in this shell and are not willing to stay the course of a success in the making.
Having said that, if you have any comments and or questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Also, please note that we are not currently reviewing investment and the board of directors have requested to hold any such approach until further notice. We will therefore provide you with a complete package once we are ready consider investments and we expect that such time to be September or October and we will send you a package at that time.
Sincerely,
BIO-TRACKING
PER: Jean-Francois Amyot President

I'm still here. A lot of buying took place today which is a good sign. Another good thing is that for one of the first times I'm not seeing a buy followed by a sell for the exact number of shares. I saw a whole lot of this during the last couple days.
A close at .03 would be very bullish but even as it stands now, we are up 30% for the day.

Still in for long haul...I don't think we are going to get much movement, nobody can see this stock unless they are looking for it, yesterday's SEC filing was not sent out as a PR....people are not seeing this stock and the potential it has like we are, it's gonna take time...IMO...Let's Go BTSI
