stockvaper Hi, there isn't much movement going on with this stock. People must be waiting to see whats going to happen to it or what?

Bigdough, I suspect you're right. Most shareholders seem to be dug in. I'm still waiting until about 3:50pm to see if the MM's will start selling low to each other to try to shake some shares loose. LOL. I'm cocked and ready.

For those trying to buy. I got an order filled 2 days ago for 30,000 @ .015. I had to put the order in and wait 2 days for it to fill even though the MM's seemed to be trading below that. I would say put in your order and give it time to fill. If the MM's are playing with the price to keep it low we should have a few weeks or even a month to buy slowly before any PR drives the price up.

Was the last trade for 2000 shares @ .017? That's $ 34. What's up with that?

I have had a buy order in all day and it dies not seem to want to fill. I am thinking of raising it to .021 just to see what happens. There have to be shares out there.

I strongly suspect the cheap shares are getting really scarce now. I keep hearing on various messageboards how everyone has been having a really tough time accumulating under 0.02 lately, and had to move their orders up to get filled even though the bid was there at a lower price.
Which isn't all that surprising because it was a shake anyway and the mm's were trying to free up shares, not give them away easily. Seems like there was a lot of stalling going on in filling orders.
The plan backfired on 'em because buyers were there waiting the whole time.
That's why I am very optimistic about more heavy volume hitting this. Where are they going to get the shares to fill everyone unless they crank the price up?!?

- A dynamite PR is coming next week with *very* good news (I know a bit more but am sworn to secrecy, sorry).
- The website will be up in less than 2 weeks from now (not late August).
- There is no drilling or equipment required to start production on those 2 properties, everything is already there and set to go. They just need a bit of time to ramp everything up again.
Supposedly, these properties were formerly owned by Yokos (Russia's former largest producer) but were liquidated by the government to another big player (ie. Nord) after Yukos defaulted on tax money owed in that fraud scandal.
- *Additional* properties which are already producing oil are being eyed out for purchase right now.
- They have no problem with financing whatsoever, apparently it's easily had for oil companies.
Second point, cheap shares under 0.02 have been getting extremely difficult for people to grab as of late. These sub-0.02 prices were a shake, there's no doubt about it. And the mm's were stalling on fills by all accounts because there were no sells at the quoted bid for many.
This strongly implies that any further heavy volume coming in from here on in will drive the price right up.
Third point, technically, the charts are primed for a rally right now. Stochs are moving up and volume is slowly increasing. When the news hits, it's going to bust loose imo.

Good sign...nice little low volume shake the past few days...Thank you all who 'gave' me your shares. Have any of you noticed the 'triangle' formation sustained as our 50 MA has crossed the 200 day MA?...Interesting chart...let the next run begin ;] If all is on schedule, we should be completed with the share exchange within a week or two as we emerge post-split as the real Nord Oil Int'l. Looking forward to the day when BTSI (doesn't) show up in my portfolio ;} Hmmmm, NORD? That would be nice... Then as per schedule we should all be privy to the new website (to be released by mid August) with project/lease info on the Oil and Gas field/license data and company info along with newly appointed directors...etc.

I'm one of those people that they (MMs) almost sucessfully "shook" out of the BTSI/NORD tree. I bought in in the 40's and have watched my investment slowly evaporate. Everytime my grip starts to slip, I come back to this board and refresh myself as to why I got into this one in the first place.
Truthfully: it does sound almost too good to be true, but I haven't seen anyhting that screams:SCAM, so I'm holding on in there and hope that others will do the same if/when the pps starts to rise.

remember 2creat math at the begining of this month 7/05
: 2create 05 Jul 2005, 05:35 PM EDT Msg. 95 of 149 Jump to msg. # Stock_esp,
In terms of an accumulation point pre-split, the most 'modest' or conservative method would be to use the (when-issued O/S share count) of 216 million (times 12) to get a representation of share structure pre-split (thus would equal for math purposes) 2.592 billion. That said the proven and probable reserves of 48 Mbls of Oil @ $30/Bl = $ 1,444,000,000. (Lets Minus 80% discount to PPS for time of extraction and other factors) Then = @ 288,000,000. (Divided by the 2.592 billion 'as If-Issued" pre-split shares) Then we would value basic accumulation at $.12/share pre-split. HOWEVER, that said, every 1 million shares now will be 83,333, post-split. That given and the fact that there is ONLY 340,000,000. O/S right now gives us EXTRA leverage because there are NOT 2.592 billion O/S! In fact there is About 7 Times LESS then that right now O/S. So IF lets just say you purchased ALL 340,000,000. O/S pre-split...Then you would own 28,333,333. of the post-split 36 million public float (of 216 million total) O/S after split. This would cost you $ 6,800,000. @ .02 right now. Follow me here...THIS is why the shares are SO CHEAP Right Now: Conversely, using the same values as above, now take your same value as above of $ 288,000,000. Now (divide that by the post-split O/S shares of 216 million) It = $ 1.34/share.....Now HOW Many do you have? 28,333,333. Right!?... (Times the equivalent post-split valuation) of $1.34/share...How much is it Worth? $ 37,966,666.! Remember it ONLY Cost you $ 6,800,000.! The above example CLEARLY demonstrates that we have Significant Leverage pre-split as compared to buying post-split shares! NOT to mention that once we are post-split, shares will be harder/less available then now because of the fact that 180 mil. of the 216 Mil. O/S will be RESTRICTED! Gota like that! ;] by 2create

I just wish we could could keep this board honest in the meantime. I mean, if you like this stock: cool. But don't make up imitation aliases to pump up confidence. ( I think we all know who I'm speaking of)
Anyways...GO NORD!! I'm going to try and get filled on these low shares if they let me in.

my exit levle would depend on what the stock does pre split it might be smart to bail before the split or if things don't happen you might want to do some serious dd and think about an exit post split. being honest i am looking for about .10 per share pre split but again that can change with circumstances one way or the other. go noed

Bond What Split info do you have? Are you talking the Nord / BTSI joining deal or is there something else I missed I was away for a couple of days.
As for the long / Short hold. I have to admit I bought in at .025 and more at .015. I sold the .015 to cover my investment already twice and bought back in on the dips. So now if I can make the rest of my money back I will. I will sell half when I double and let the rest ride for free. If not I can always bail and just take the 20% I made so far.
