I don't understand...can you please clarify?
******
I e-mailed the company just now re the divvy; think everybody should...will also call tomorrow--the answering service says their hours are 9-5 (EST, of course)... ******* Anybody know the source of earlier cited PR re: DTC not handling the divvy shares?

thanks, did, then realized i had only skimmed that PR and thought I was looking for a unique one only about the DTC angle re distribution. Think I'll forward this to my broker, as reorg dept has not notified branch office of any issue...

Mine show up in my portfolio. No price, no stock symbol (of course). Will be interesting to see where it goes from here. Kind of like buying an IPO I suspect.

I still can't say if the div is a big chicken or a little peanut. On record date I filled with 500k more, but those divvy shares don't show up in my ameritrade account. Has this to do with the 3 days settlement?

strange, I see the dividend shares in my account but I thought I sold my shares before the dividend date. I'm not complaining but just surprised to see them show up in my Ameritrade account.

Same here, I sold some of my shares on June 29. Maybe I still had ownership of the dividend until the three-day settlement time was up, because I did get the dividend on those shares.
Share-dividends work differently than cash-dividends, so it may be based on record date; I've never been able to sort it out, but this does seem to be the case here.

Now I'am thinking how manny divvy's we have to get, before we can speak of a real profit. Till now it is a big sigar of our own pocket. I suggest they bring the float to 400M without an R/S. And next PR should announced a big P.

What will be pps for the div. Most logic it will run simultaneous with UNQT 1. BTW this is the first time I got a 0.000 div. Sounds good......... cause they only way is UP.
Still a little worried about company structure, holding shares in public of a private company ? Never see that! It feels like I can claim my neighbour's wife cause i have shares of his property.

well I ended up with 1,340,000 div shares. I figure at the very least (.0001) it'll be worth $134
