On June 28, 2005 Union Equity, Inc. reduced the company's authorized common stock by 50%, from 20 billion shares to 10 billion shares. The company simultaneously retired four billion shares of outstanding common stock held by management. The four billion shares of outstanding common stock have been returned to the company's transfer agent and cancelled.
Union Equity recently requested a NOBO/OBO list from their corporate services vendor to determine the company's actual shareholders. I've seen several "100" trades (need more shares)
A common myth about stocks is that a trade is a "buy" or a "sell," when actually it is both. You can't buy without someone selling, and vice versa. Number of shares to be bought vs number being offered for sale is the only thing that matters, but we can't see that on L1 or L2.

If these are covers for short sellers, then someone is selling a whole lot of shares at .0003; I'd expect the price to be going up if this was short covering (demand exceeding supply).
We already passed the daily average volume.

I ended up selling the rest of my position yesterday. Got lucky and sold most of the shares at .0004 2 days ago and planned on holding but wanted my money for something else. I only took a $460 loss.
There is still potential for some great gains but the last couple days of trading didn't impress me.

rumor that news might be coming on stockhideout seems to be pushing the volume ==he said that 0015 is in the near term and that there would be a nice run from there==hold on and dont worry about the suckers getting out after the nobo list==arnt they going to have another record date on the 8th instead of a pay date

one press release says record date is the 1st and pay date is the 8th==the last release says they are going to run the list again on the 8th==i cant tell, but this is one of the most illegal things ive ever seen in a stock==these mm's need to be taken to the woodshed=
