Early in April of this year, UNQT was trading for around .0011 (before the forward split); I'm sure it was trading at even less than that but I wasn't watching it at the time. During April the price continued up until it found a base at around .0035 -- this is pre-split and even before the news of the forward split was known.
That means the market valuation of the stock without any other considerations at the time was .0035! Why is this significant?
Following the news of the split, this stock went to pennyland, but then quickly fell back down, finally settling at .0035 again. THEN THE SHORTERS CAME IN.
On the last day prior to the split, price had dropped to .0017.
The actual split (7:1) involved only the common shares held outside the company. There were some 6 billion restricted shares which were not included in the split, vs around only 117M shares that were actually split.
That means the market value of the stock dropped to 19.6% of its value on May 17. Based on it's presplit market valuation at that time, the stock was worth 500% of what it was trading for. Based on the earlier presplit support level (prior to shorting) the value was .0035, making the equivalent postsplit value over .0031, or near 785% of todays valuation (.0004)!
Now we hear that 4B has been retired. What does that mean?
Retiring 4B of the restricted shares means they just increased the value of each share of stock by 2.5x!!
Let's see, adding this to the previous market valuation this stock had at one time (support level of .0035-presplit), that makes the stock potentially worth around $.007 pps (and that's what the market valued it at--the support level valuation that is).
Now, granted, the company is not yet talking the "P" word (profit), and the actual worth may not be in tune with the market's valuation, but I think you get the picture I'm painting.

If there is interest in this stock, then the price should go up today and early tomorrow, followed by a dramatic drop; today's the last day to buy and have it settle before the ex-dividend date, unless I'm wrong about the ex-dividend date being July 8.

Well, UNQT is an interesting pie, that's for sure. Does ridiculous 6:1 forward split. CEO buys absolutely tons of shares, locks them up for a year. Now, you get share in another spin off company I believe, which is possibly what CEO had planned all along.
I keep wanting to sell this, but just can't. I might even grab a little more if it gets obscenely low. It could run like GRYF did, and will again.

i think this is really going to move over the next couple weeks. the fact that they retired about 75% of their shares last weeks says they will move just based on numbers. then the share dividend cant hurt things. next a source of revenue with the new website and franchise. and we havent even talked about their potential profits in real estate. look what happened to epyh. they were at 0007 not long ago and went up to 05!!! same business and same potential right here. long and strong

look at rapt basically the same e commerce went from .oo4 to .05 almost overnight this thing can run and run fast it will be hard to catch up later on...ceo is doing everything right and this is the quickest way to the 100,000 club

this is going to run huge. i am sorry for all who dont believe fully in what they are doing. when you see something this good, which only comes eight or ten times a year, you must believe in your investment. i am pumping this stock no doubt, but only because i truly believe it has the ingredients to make a lot of money. even after the divis the money to be made on a stock that x'd most of its shares and on one third more shut them off from trading, we are in such a win position. in other words if you are dismayed by the price, fear not because you are in an indisputable winner. how can it possibly lose at this point? it is already close to an all time low and they are doing so much right now. at the very least there real estate will apreciate! anyway thats my perspective and anyone who is not seeing this i am sorry for your loss!

i mean why wouldnt you buy both these companies hand over fist==this homeland crap is going to be around for years and years======and if housing keeps up in the five areas stated at least there will be some money to make without even trying
