"The challenge was how to gain a competitive edge in a market that's going straight up," said Union Equity CEO Michael Anthony. "Pre-construction opportunities are still astonishing but existing properties that are hitting the market in South Florida are selling in record time. Playing low-ball isn't effective when a seller receives ten offers on the subject property the first week it's posted on MLS. The solution became overwhelmingly clear; aggressively and systematically pursue properties that are not listed on the open market."

The primary objective of Home Sales Express, Inc. is twofold: to attract distress sales, meaning property owners who need to sell immediately due to a variety of reasons; and to attract owners of non-conforming properties, meaning properties that do not qualify for traditional financing due to structural defects, termites, title problems or zoning issues.

If a property does not qualify for traditional financing it is difficult, if not impossible, for the owner to sell it on the open market unless approached by a cash buyer. Since the majority of South Florida's current real estate boom is finance driven, if the prospective buyer can't get a loan on the subject property, the property remains unsold.

Within 72 hours, Home Sales Express, Inc. can conduct an inspection by a licensed General Contractor, generate an appraisal, perform a title search and then make an offer on a property. Once acquired, the property can then be renovated and resold on the open market and/or listed for sale on the company's web site.

"There are still numerous houses out there that have hurricane damage from last year," Anthony said. "Our belief is that some of these people would like to step out of their properties but just don't know how."

On May 10, 2005 Anthony executed a lock-up agreement that will prohibit him from selling any of his personal company stock on the open market until November, 2006. Without the agreement in place, Anthony would have been allowed to begin selling his stock on the open market this coming November, 2005, in accordance with Rule 144.

The completed lock-up agreement is currently posted on the company's web site on the Shareholder Center page.

Union Equity CEO Michael Anthony met May 5, 2005 with a representative from the company's accounting firm Bagell, Josephs & Company, LLC to begin preliminary work on audited financials for the company.

Due to its "non-reporting" status, Union Equity is not required to complete audited financials but has elected to do so anyway. The company's upcoming financial statements will reflect activity for the year of 2004. No way this stock goes to .0010 I am in it also but as you can see alot of volume and no uptick. Which leads you to believe this will not be going anywhere anytime soon. If anything more MM jumping on the ask then dropping off.

UNQT is another example of a good company, bad stock. No volume in 3 mintues on this one. It will be sad to see over 200k in cash going into it and we will still be at .0004

Won't come. People have sell orders at .0004 That is why the bid has not upticked as of yet. Everytime it does MM pick up shares and leave. This is why you have to hate pink sheets. You can only buy on ASK and sell on BID which screws everyone else who is still stuck in it.

I can see it going up to 6 or 7, or not and just staying at 5. After the dividend it will no doubt drop back down again.

Don't expect much here until you start seeing news that includes the word "profit" in them. This is clearly a long-term hold (in a pink no less). Since it is a real estate business, holding does not bother me.

If you want to sell (or buy for that matter), be prepared for a long wait. There are way too many players in this one to expect more than one trade a day (if that).

And we have seen what (LONG TERM) holds have done to people's account's. Take into fact CNES .0045 now .0009 WFTV .0007 on the bid. Pink sheets are the one's to stay away from. Long term hold are for the people who are in to deep and who are in red over 50%.

Volume was impressive yesterday. True, the date isn't tomorrow, but it's not that far off. Most people will want some of this in the long run.

Bottom line: holding shouldn't produce a loss. However, this thing 'could' just start back up nicely. It was .08 before its forward split announcement of 6:1 - right? I think that's how I remember it. That would make the past price actually .013 appx..

CEO bought a lot of shares, and locked up all of his shares - so he's committed.

Yes, spinoff of the newly created subsidiary. It probably won't do the stock any good (drop again after the pay date) but if they report a profit, it should go back up. (if if if [Razz] ).

The 6:1 split was a 7:1 split of only PART of the outstanding shares. Only 117K (approx) shares were split; the remaining shares were/are restricted shares. That means (oddly) that the stock should be worth around $0.0034 based on the pre-split valuation adjusted for the dillution. However, since this company doesn't show any profits yet, pps is a moot point--we are talking investor speculation here.

If you do a search on the allstock forums, you should be able to piece it together.

News IMO will not move this stock. To many shares held b ythe public at this price and Marketmakers arent willing to raise the bid to .0004 if everyone is going to sell.. They need to see more buying pressure on the ask side for them to raise the BID.
Not to mention chances are everyone has a sell order at .0004 so do you really believe the MM's will give you there money for your shares if the demand is to sell and not buy?

Sounds good to me..........and Im no stock guru but if they retired shares that is will crush for good the speculation on the reverse split less shares to me means the price goes up up and away.........supply and demand ............but then again maybe I am wrong..............any opinions or more experienced holders?

It's amazing how much accumulation is occuring at .0004. There were only 27 million traded at .0003 that I'm sure were sells. We are at nearly 200 million traded which means roughly 170 million or so in buys.

Early in April of this year, UNQT was trading for around .0011 (before the forward split); I'm sure it was trading at even less than that but I wasn't watching it at the time. During April the price continued up until it found a base at around .0035 -- this is pre-split and even before the news of the forward split was known.

That means the market valuation of the stock without any other considerations at the time was .0035! Why is this significant?

Following the news of the split, this stock went to pennyland, but then quickly fell back down, finally settling at .0035 again. THEN THE SHORTERS CAME IN.

On the last day prior to the split, price had dropped to .0017.

The actual split (7:1) involved only the common shares held outside the company. There were some 6 billion restricted shares which were not included in the split, vs around only 117M shares that were actually split.

Now we hear that 4B has been retired. What does that mean?

Retiring 4B of the restricted shares means they just increased the value of each share of stock by 2.5x!!

Let's see, adding this to the previous market valuation this stock had at one time (support level of .0035-presplit), that makes the stock potentially worth around $.007 pps (and that's what the market valued it at--the support level valuation that is).

Now, granted, the company is not yet talking the "P" word (profit), and the actual worth may not be in tune with the market's valuation, but I think you get the picture I'm painting.

Anyone noticed the L2 line up on this puPPy there are only like 6 MM's on it. Most are showing no prices. most notably HDSN. I wonder if this has anything to do with them canceling shares and takeing them out of the market.

I can't see it being due to the 4B shares that were retired...those were restricted shares. Surely you can't short on restricted shares!

The 1:7 divvy wasn't really a divvy, cause my account still popup as a big loss. Normally you should be glad and happy with a divvy, but on this
one it seems to be a long wait and get a stone ass to get the div. Maybe the same could happen with the next one. If so... i will come to America with a big winter jacket to dress that naked short scum and sent them to Antarctica.

That dividend did not go as the owners intended. That is why they are putting so much effort into preventing the shorting on this next one. I am most impressed with their efforts to date.

I've seen several "100" trades (need more shares)

A common myth about stocks is that a trade is a "buy" or a "sell," when actually it is both. You can't buy without someone selling, and vice versa. Number of shares to be bought vs number being offered for sale is the only thing that matters, but we can't see that on L1 or L2.

If these are covers for short sellers, then someone is selling a whole lot of shares at .0003; I'd expect the price to be going up if this was short covering (demand exceeding supply).

We already passed the daily average volume.

I ended up selling the rest of my position yesterday. Got lucky and sold most of the shares at .0004 2 days ago and planned on holding but wanted my money for something else. I only took a $460 loss.

There is still potential for some great gains but the last couple days of trading didn't impress me.

Early in April of this year, UNQT was trading for around .0011 (before the forward split); I'm sure it was trading at even less than that but I wasn't watching it at the time. During April the price continued up until it found a base at around .0035 -- this is pre-split and even before the news of the forward split was known.

That means the market valuation of the stock without any other considerations at the time was .0035! Why is this significant?

Following the news of the split, this stock went to pennyland, but then quickly fell back down, finally settling at .0035 again. THEN THE SHORTERS CAME IN.

On the last day prior to the split, price had dropped to .0017.

The actual split (7:1) involved only the common shares held outside the company. There were some 6 billion restricted shares which were not included in the split, vs around only 117M shares that were actually split.

Before Split Valuation:

Mon, May 16, 2005
Close: $0.0017
Authorized Shares: 20B
Restricted Shares: 6,049,244,000
Float: 117,000,000
Capitalization: $10,482,614.00

After Split:

That means the market value of the stock dropped to 19.6% of its value on May 17. Based on it's presplit market valuation at that time, the stock was worth 500% of what it was trading for. Based on the earlier presplit support level (prior to shorting) the value was .0035, making the equivalent postsplit value over .0031, or near 785% of todays valuation (.0004)!

Now we hear that 4B has been retired. What does that mean?

Retiring 4B of the restricted shares means they just increased the value of each share of stock by 2.5x!!

Let's see, adding this to the previous market valuation this stock had at one time (support level of .0035-presplit), that makes the stock potentially worth around $.007 pps (and that's what the market valued it at--the support level valuation that is).

Now, granted, the company is not yet talking the "P" word (profit), and the actual worth may not be in tune with the market's valuation, but I think you get the picture I'm painting.

If there is interest in this stock, then the price should go up today and early tomorrow, followed by a dramatic drop; today's the last day to buy and have it settle before the ex-dividend date, unless I'm wrong about the ex-dividend date being July 8.

Well, UNQT is an interesting pie, that's for sure. Does ridiculous 6:1 forward split. CEO buys absolutely tons of shares, locks them up for a year. Now, you get share in another spin off company I believe, which is possibly what CEO had planned all along.

I keep wanting to sell this, but just can't. I might even grab a little more if it gets obscenely low. It could run like GRYF did, and will again.

i think this is really going to move over the next couple weeks. the fact that they retired about 75% of their shares last weeks says they will move just based on numbers. then the share dividend cant hurt things. next a source of revenue with the new website and franchise. and we havent even talked about their potential profits in real estate. look what happened to epyh. they were at 0007 not long ago and went up to 05!!! same business and same potential right here. long and strong

this is going to run huge. i am sorry for all who dont believe fully in what they are doing. when you see something this good, which only comes eight or ten times a year, you must believe in your investment. i am pumping this stock no doubt, but only because i truly believe it has the ingredients to make a lot of money. even after the divis the money to be made on a stock that x'd most of its shares and on one third more shut them off from trading, we are in such a win position. in other words if you are dismayed by the price, fear not because you are in an indisputable winner. how can it possibly lose at this point? it is already close to an all time low and they are doing so much right now. at the very least there real estate will apreciate! anyway thats my perspective and anyone who is not seeing this i am sorry for your loss!

I have no idea. It would be nice to have a target, but this stock doesn't seem to do what you'd expect.

My thoughts is that this stock won't do much at all for some time, at least not until the company starts posting PRs with the "P" word in them. Well, it might go up tomorrow due to the dividend, but how much?

maybe i am totally off, but isnt the issuance of stock a public enterprise? i stand firm on my position that this company is going to go big and soon. they are on a road map to success as i already stated previously and they are following right in epyh's footsteps. i think we could see .004 or more in the near future.

Union Equity Clarifies and Corrects Press Release Dated 6/28/05

PALM BEACH, Fla., Jul 07, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Union Equity, Inc. (Pink Sheets:UNQT) incorrectly stated in a press release dated June 28, 2005 that the company had requested a NOBO/OBO list from their corporate services vendor. In actuality, the company requested a NOBO list only. The company mistakenly referred to the requested list as a NOBO/OBO list.

The use of the term "NOBO/OBO" was a misstatement and no OBO information was requested or obtained. Although the definitions of the terms NOBO and OBO were both included in the press release, the company did not intend to imply that the names of Objecting Beneficial Owners would be requested or provided to the company from any source.

In addition, the "corporate services provider" referred to in the same release was ADP Investor Communication Services.

The use of the requested NOBO list was for informational purposes and for assistance in determining beneficial shareholders for receipt of the dividend in Preferred Properties Real Estate, Inc. The company has been informed that since the dividend is of a private, restricted security, DTC will not take possession of the dividend nor distribute it to beneficial owners as would normally be the procedure. DTC has also requested whether the company would cover beneficial owners that come forward after the dividend pay date and if so, for how long. Accordingly, the NOBO list was requested to assist the company in completing the dividend distribution.

The company in no manner intended to imply that it was taking efforts to determine the names of shareholders who opt to remain anonymous as allowed by current securities laws.

thought we had these PR issues straightened out: ahhhhhgggggg, told em during the split, then they hired that woman....WHAT--we gottta run the company? Thought thas why we played: they operate, we throw chips in the middle...lol I will say this, if wftv plied pr this hard, we'd all be talking...

You should probably get out now if you are concerned about that PR or the dividend stock not being tradeable. In fact, you should not have spent every penny on this stock. It IS a pink after all.

To each, his level of risk, however. I consider this throw-away money, but hope that at least one of my small investments will cover the loss of the others.

i expect to sell at a profit....haha seriously i would look for it to go up to .oo25-35 range over the next few months...with the new housing strategy it looks very promising....and profit is just around the corner...they are very conscious of their shareholders and value

I have a standing order at .0002 and haven't been filled in 2 days but if they want to give it away at those prices I am willing to gamble and gobble up as much as I can get. Still see good things coming down the road.

DTC is the clearinghouse that tracks and distributes stock issues; really, DTCC--but there's three, separate, interrelated entitities: DTCC, DTC, and another one that starts with "N"

In short, they're supposed to ensure accurate tallies and prevent phantom shares from entering the market. Critics contend they do otherwise...

Anyway, in this case, sounds like the company must arrange for its transfer agent to deliver to brokers, who should match "street name" holdings per the clients' accounts.

could be a mess...this is the second time in a row this company shown its ignorance re a divvy.

precise, never ask on a board who knows for sure when a stock is going to move. no one knows for sure. what we try to do is remove as much of the risk as possible for a good investment decision. i only use the board as a pulse and for obscure info on a stock. in the mean time i do my own dd to make my own decisions. the board is just another tool. i personally think this will run and if you look at my posts as well as the man who did a lot of calculating and was nice enough to post it, you will see why. when exactly i cant say, it could be a week and it could be a month. we all hope of course for the first scenario.

This is a bad one for me too. Gonna hold though. Too low to get out, and you know the pop will come when you sell.

Don't understand though - CEO locks up shares and it goes to he__. I hope the CEO is really losing as much money as we are - serves him right.

I'm going to hold onto this one for a bit...I
have about 4mil shares and I'm only down $296.00
The $1100 I have into it isn't a big deal to me
as I already made more than that today with
GRYF (hehe) 5mil shares of that and it hit over
120%. But anyway, I'm sticking with UNQT because
that PR that was released today has to bring
up this price within a month or two. We'll just
have to wait for some more PRs and some
financial reports will be nice.

I still can't say if the div is a big chicken or a little peanut. On record date I filled with 500k
more, but those divvy shares don't show up in my ameritrade account. Has this to do with the 3 days settlement?

Same here, I sold some of my shares on June 29. Maybe I still had ownership of the dividend until the three-day settlement time was up, because I did get the dividend on those shares.

Share-dividends work differently than cash-dividends, so it may be based on record date; I've never been able to sort it out, but this does seem to be the case here.

BTW this is the first time I got a 0.000 div.

Since UNQT issued a restricted stock dividend, it would not go through DTC. Ameritrade anticipates receiving a certificate for the restricted shares. Once received, the shares would post to your account and Ameritrade holds onto the certificate for safekeeping.

Ok so now i am really lost.The PR says that the shares will be mailed to the
directley to the shareholders on July 8th. So here is my confusion, as of
now you have not received shares but yet i show shares in my account. Then
the PR states shares are to be mailed directley to the shareholders but you
say you are going to receive the shares. So here are my question:

Why would you say you are going to receive my shares if they are to be
mailed to me per company PR?

Why would their be shares posted in my account if they are to be mailed to
me?

Why would there be shares in my account if you say you all had not received
the certs?

Where did these shares in my acount come from?

I received a divi for all shares purchased June 28th and earlier. The shares I purchased on June 29th did not get the divi. I guess because of the 3 day clearing rule.

just like stocks like ican who have forward looking plans this stock only suffered lately because of the divy nonsense==with that many shares being retired this will eventually make its climb==i feel very strongly about holding companies at these prices because of the ensuing fight with the naked shorting in the market==eventually it is going to have to subside and when it does your going to be right next to astronauts in the shuttle on your way to the moon!!!

This gonna be a very long term investment. Now we all have our(second) div, I can ask: Everybody Happy???? .............. Ehmmm.... Nobody.
2 months ago, i felt this is going to be a big Pamela. For now I feel I'm fooling around in a big bubble.
In another PR they were talking of a fullly reporting company and intended to move to OTCBB.
With this pps this is never going to happen. So
a 1 for 10000 R/S is maybe the future, cause the float is tooooo big.

And if if will run a little, Wauw, there gonna be a lot of selling pressure. Think this is today's
reallity.

Well look at it this way, the company is in the right place at the right time, with hurricanes brutilizing Florida, this company profits on cheaper homes and properties. It's kind of like another stock I like to buy in and out of CHB, buy in the 9's before the hurricane sell for 10.50+ during and after hehe, its consistent. Not a penny stock but if you want something safe, thats the place to be.

How is it that this stock is trading at .0001, .0002, and .0003 with in min, and then repeats that? It's not even close to the same lot numbers so I assume it is different traders.

I think these guys are working hard on the companies future. As far as I know UNQT has 2 subsidiarys 1: Preferred Properties Real Estate Inc. 2 : Home Sale Express and they registered KingOffer for their real estate news.

He didn't say which way it would move. However, I would not expect anything for a few months. Anything else is probably a pump and dump (and that would be funny, since this stock won't move on volume alone).

There is no price for PREFERRED PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE. It is a RESTRICTED private company stock. You must wait until it goes public, and goes through the IPO process. If that happened tomorrow... So still couldn't sell it, because it is restricted!!!!!! So we will just sit on it and WAIT.

guys what news are u expecting from this ...I placed an order to sell 10 mln shares at .0002 since yesterday and not single share hsa been sold yet ...and another bad news for me ...I din't get any divy cuz my broker told me I bought on July 1st and the payment date was on the same date...in another meanning I was screwd from all sides ...I bought at .0003 and didn't get any divy and can't sell at 50 % loss ....

Sometimes the restriction states that you must own the stock for 2 years before it can be lifted. It just depends on the terms of the restriction.

listen you all know i ran this when it had worth,but once his true intentions were recognized,its a joke,its never gonna move that much MMs are just swapping shares and all that shorting is in itself the volume.with what supposed float is for unqt it should move alot more than this with this volume,its a dead horse take losses and find a better stock to invest in,sitting on this poopoo is a waist of time.and i have told you why i dont like it anymore.

Very discouraging. The only saving grace here is that the CEO locked up his shares, and is eating the same cow dung that we are. Hee hee. Serves him right too.

I'm holding, as I said. Even if it goes belly up, it's not that big of a deal anymore.

I went in with money that I was willing to lose. I don't have any reason to panic and sell now that it has gone down. A fraction % of speculation money as a return is silly.

If you guys are using your mortgage money or something you need--well if you are not then that's so important in times like this. If it goes up, great; if it does not, no biggie.

now is not the time to sell and if you could you would be loosing out on any upside movement i personaly think this stock will move on some news which could happen anyday. remember how it ran last time fast and hard from sub pennies to a little over a penny. i get mad at this stock but if i could sell at .0002 were would i go with my $1400 most likly to some looser that would finish the rest of it off. i think right now it is sit tight for me glta

UNQT did not go private. They did however give out a dividend in a private subsidiary called Preferred Properties.

Trading at .0002; that's news to me, and encouraging news at that. I think people have very little confidence in this one due to the lack of PRs. However, that's how it will be for a while. It will take time to get something going, and the CEO said just that.

For those not living in Florida, It is 90 degrees , humid and we are all on slow speed. The buyers may not show up until September, October or later so don't lose heart...The Palm Beach, Miami area is a 'Hot' market,another crop of boomers will be arriving in Florida this year....

I believe the Florida Markets will probably be in full swing from October thru May. I live in Manatee Co, at the base of the Skyway Bridge to St. Pete. This area is going "zbonkers"...cows gone, subdivisions in, prices up 35-50% over last year. Cheapest new home is about $300K. New manufactured home park, owned land, starts at $160.00. Haven't been to Palm Beach area recently, but would imagine it is the same. I see UNQT fumbling around with different ideas, don't know if they have any construction going, but the new company, market your own real estate, could be a winner as folks are tired of high Commissions and baby boomers are much more knowledgeable on real estate matters. I'm holding until fall and see what happens....

Housing volume season goes typically like this:

Spring, Fall, Summer, Winter.

However, in the D.C. and Florida areas where we are currently experiencing a bubble (froth), this rule is out the window and housing is turning over in a matter of hours/days no matter the season.
