There is no price for PREFERRED PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE. It is a RESTRICTED private company stock. You must wait until it goes public, and goes through the IPO process. If that happened tomorrow... So still couldn't sell it, because it is restricted!!!!!! So we will just sit on it and WAIT.

guys what news are u expecting from this ...I placed an order to sell 10 mln shares at .0002 since yesterday and not single share hsa been sold yet ...and another bad news for me ...I din't get any divy cuz my broker told me I bought on July 1st and the payment date was on the same date...in another meanning I was screwd from all sides ...I bought at .0003 and didn't get any divy and can't sell at 50 % loss .... GLTA

Sometimes the restriction states that you must own the stock for 2 years before it can be lifted. It just depends on the terms of the restriction.

It doesn't matter if it skyrockets... All it needs to do is IPO... Think about the prospects if this thimg prices at $5.00 per share, and we can sell it right when it comes out. 5 X 150,000 = $750,000. That is wishfull thinking. There is nothing wrong with dreaming BIG!

I havent been able to either. only at .0002 Because I just had to try it! Figured if nothing else it would be good to buy, and sell every time it ticked up .0001. If you get filled let me know.

whats wrong there has been no pr that would move anything i have 7 million shares that i am in almost nothing but for being in the hotest realestate market in the country and having the so called best contractor now you would think you would here about a project now or somthing along these lines but you don't. he bought one condo and started a listing service wow!!!!!!!! come on lets get moving with something unqt

Has anyone spoken to these people. Rosalie Farnsworth. 1800-916-3457. Ive called several times and always get the answering service. They tell me they are taking the overflow. Seems a little odd to happen 3 times on as many occasions.
