Nope looks like 12 milly now at the bid. The bid/ask went to .0010/.0011 just before close i think. I am guessing but that is based off of my last trade indicator.

I am one of those who drank, and saw the folly of my ways when the Wi-FiTV.com website was "released".
I'm one who believes it's a disaster area that shouldn't have been either rushed or slopped up for us to see. ::: sigh ::: There is a substantial difference between the playahs, the wannabes, and those that are going the right general direction.
I'm only 10 days into this penny stock adventure ... and one of my other picks (AMGJ.PK) should provide a clue as to where Wi-FiTV.com needs to get -- quick -- to have a chance to be a real survivor and money-maker. Check out http://www.gospelcity.com (AMGJ's website) to get an idea of the quality website WFTV should have given a glimpse of last Friday. Not what they have in place today -- is it?
Oh, and this week's press release ... more pump but no substance from my perspective. They say they want to make more money, but don't explain how they'll be doing it. Not good. What we need to see before this stock soars is an announcement saying that WFTV has made a major deal with this advertiser, followed up a couple of days/weeks later with similar press releases. That's when we'll know that all might yet be fine in "wtf"tv land.

I agree with abytedoc's assessment of the website. I am wanting to get in on this stock, but seeing the website is keeping me in the DD phase.
Has anyone tried to create a free account on the Cinemapop website? When you create your password and on the login screen as you enter your password, the password field shows the characters as you type them in. That's a no-no; bad programming practice. Also, the wifi-tv website is just a simple list of links to other company's websites, isn't it? Any high school kid can get a free website with any number of those web host companies and create a webpage with links to free tv streams. And isn't that what we see is being done on the wifi-tv web site? Maybe this is the start of something bigger to come. I hope so. I'm going to watch and if I see a good business model become clearer, I'll be in.

yea when we were having all that rain in so called sunny south florida nothin to do except chillin out in the pad,but know its nice again getting a tan and catching fish and am tired of watching, not really caring for next week or two and it will be clear what im going to decide to reevaluate and see if whats in store,if it is all its cracked upto be,i did get more funds transfered,so now i can buy a little of tnog and be ready to pull trigger on buying more shares of wftv.,I HONESTLY BELIEVE DILUTION IS SLOWING DOWN TO LITTLE TO NONE.and we are nearing our destination.so, Hilander when did you say you were coming down to fla?

Hey Capn, if I can swing it I may be down there towards the end of July. However, I just had to put a new torque converter in my F-250 and have the tranny rebuilt. Wasn't planning on that little expense. I am going steelheading with my buddy this weekend. I'll let you know more next week.

WFTV announces the opening of their NEW website to the world. The news published in 120 languages, but our website is the same piece of xxxx. Our technolgy is only links. The same thing as Microsoft has it's just called 'MY FAVORITES' We have no new sponsor or any sponsors and no new ads to add no our zero ads.

Yes, Dreams, we all have been dissapointed with the fluff PRs and the primitive web-page. But, IMO, the real innovation for WFTV in the realm of TV will be in interfacing TV to cellphones, TVs, etc. Right now, the webpage is in its infancy, and is pretty much pointless. It would have been much smarter to complete the webpage and all required functionality first before showing the public. However, we have to roll with the punches and either: a) Give up on the company either temporarily or permanently, or b) Believe in the company
The best thing that could happen now would be for WFTV to report positive financial results for Euro-Tainment's first month of operation and/or report transition to OTCBB. This would be great for both Alex AND the investors, so I can't see why it shouldn't happen soon. We shall see I guess...
On the other side of the coin, this is pennyland, and sometimes the logical thought processes are not helpful. Anything can happen...

Good morning everyone. I found an interesting article from Feb 25. I'm sure everyone knows about it, but it has shed some light for me, in terms of what's been going on in the background. On Feb 25, they got funding and explained they would be "going into hiding" to develop their new offering. They warned that there would be little to no PR for at least 90 days. It appears they received 300k in March, and another 100k in April, May, and June. They had a total of 2.5mill to work with, and have presumably burned through about 550k of it so far. My thought: Yes, wifitv sucks. But Euro-tainment is awesome. Obviously, they put most of the focus on the euro site these last three months. Smartly because it is where immediate revenue is.
All said, I think they've done a pretty amazing job in 90-100 days: offering free web phone, 200+ tv channels, and 30,000 movies.
My prediction, PR at the end of the month recapping the first 90 days accomplishments, initial revenue from all sites, and a positive outlook.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WFTV) announced today that it has secured commitments for another $2 million in convertible debt financing on February 25, 2005, bringing the total of such financing to $2.3 million since December 30, 2004. On December 30, 2004 the Company received $300,000 in convertible debt financing. As a use of the financing proceeds, Wi-Fi TV Inc. (the "Company") has retained legal counsel, accountants and an auditor with the intent of becoming a "fully reporting" company and applying to regain its former OTC Bulletin Board listing.
The Company anticipates that it will receive a traunch of $300,000 within a few days and monthly traunches of $100,000 thereafter, which with expenses will total $2.0 million dollars upon completion of the funding. The investment, from an institutional investor, is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The investment agreements will be included as attachments to the Company's periodic reports, when filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
The Company anticipates making current filings with the SEC within approximately ninety days, applying for its OTC Bulletin Board listing and maintaining a "fully reporting" status thereafter. While its ability to meet that schedule depends on a number of factors, many that are beyond its control, the Company has taken steps to achieve this objective. In the meantime, it is adopting a "news blackout" policy until the public filings are made, during which time it will make very few, if any, additional public statements.
