Hey guys, busy at work so I don't have much time for posts.
Here is my take on what is happening,
O/S as of close of yesterday was 982 mill.
today the O/S is probably maxed. Considering Doms spent much of the morning at .0011 and .0012 on the ask he has now unloaded the 20 million shares.
So with the O/S now maxed there alex has two choices. R/S or a Buy back. Read previous Post and I explain the reasons why a Buy back would by far make the most sense.
If there is a buy back, I would say alex would want to regain between 25% and 50% of the O/S. upon doing this the company and himself stand to make a millions and millions "if" what he claims to be doing is true.
I think it will take another week or 2 to get his position. During that time I think we are going to see the PPS go from .001 to .0025 or so and back and forth.
Here is the important part...
If Alex is going to be on the cover of equities magazine next month he is going to make sure that...
1. He has his share position
2. He will have Cinnemapop released
3. He will try to be on the OTCBB or at least some news about it.
4. Give more info on Eurotainment.
5. Fix up the website.
6. etc.
then he can not only pump his company but back it up as well.
but none of this is going to happen until #1 is fulfilled.
After he has his shares then the company is going to release a ton of new info...
Again these are only my opinions and most of what I said to me is only makes sense business wise...

The good news is that, if all these points hold true, we know what our time line is because we can establish the Equities Magazine release as our inflection point.
That said, does anyone know when that magazine will hit the news stands?

Assuming the mag hits news stands on July 21st, then we can expect the Cinemapop site and a new version of Wi-fitv, maybe by the 15th.
Also, a PR about Euro-tainment.
I wonder if he will try to time everything together, or if he has a plan about what he wants to put out first, second, third. I think I'd release the web sites first. Then, revenue news about a week later, then show up on the cover of a mag about two weeks after that. That is my order of appearence.

That being said, here is my predicted calendar:
July 6: New web sites released (moved into prod over the long weekend).
July 16: Disclosure letter and PR about monthly revenues from Euro-tainment and future forecasts (giving us all something to actually value this company)
July 21: Equities Magazine article comes out. Alex looks like a superstar with great web sites, profitability and notariety.

I think we have already seen the beginning of th uptick. We had the calm before the storm last two weeks. Yesterday was a positive indicator. Today is a shake out with profit taking. Long weekend stock traders go on vacation. Everybody comes back next week and finds new wi-fi site, working Cinemapop SELLING rentals with 1,000+ movies.
That should start the slow and steady rise to a penny. That's a fair valuation for a profitable business. And, if there is any irrational exuberance, we could touch .02 before coming back to Earth and leveling off at .01.

JIF - be careful, you are strating to sound like CAPT with these predictions!!!
I can only assume that if he is going to be on the cover of an equities magazine ( exact name of magazine? is it online?), it will be saying that he has an OTCBB listing. That must clearly have been his way of saying OTC is soon on the IBC station yesterday.

I have no idea on dates, and I don't like making predictions because only Alex knows for sure what is happening, and B I am not an expert by any means.
My thoughts about this company is this...
what I think they are doing is the wave of the future. What they are trying to do will happen, it is just a question of "when" and "who".
I am betting on WFTV meeting their goals and being the "who", so now I am waiting for the "when". For me to invest 20k on this happening, it is worth the Risk vs Reward.
Things haven't happened as I was hoping yet. Maybe they will maybe they won't but If in a year or two WFTV is sitting at $.01, $.1 or $1.00+ then My gamble would have paid off, if not I will looking for other ways to achieve financial independence along the way

I know how fun it is to speculate but the bottom line is when can this company show revenue and how much. The magazine will just tick us off if there's no revenue.
Having said that, you can bet he has a schelule and it may or may not match our speculation. If as I believe he is buying back he will do so in a way to controll the pps and avoid panic. He has a week or so to do it. We're talking about a lot of shares.

good work Alex. 350m have traded in last 2 days so you could have bought back at 1/3 of company at this stage. This leaves us relying on information via PR or OTCBB listing
