Well, judging by todays volume so far I am gonna guess that the dilution is over. It is actually shaping up to be a decent day. I'm still down well over 50% but oh well. I think this thing has a lot of potential to go.

I appreciate your positive and helpful information JIF even if I am suspicious of your sudden appearance just when so many are bailing. Regardless, I'm holding.

Well, Wi-fi needs to make sure the channels offered through the site are good enough to draw viewers to the site. That's why they are limiting the add time to 7 minutes for every 30. That means that when we watch a tv link, we see about 8 minutes of show, and then 2 minute of commercial. Also, I think this means that wi-fi gets 50% of the revenue that the t.v. channel gets when they sell the add time. Also, that the add time is actually sold every time it is viewed, rather than on an "as aired" basis. Is this correct? Please help me understand how it would work.

Leavenart: I've been reading everybody's comments for 65 pages now, and I just thought there were a couple of other angles to consider that may have been overlooked. And for the record, I have no affiliation whatsoever to the wftv business. The only contact I've had with them is to ask if large shareholders could have free membership to all their websites. I thought it would be a nice perk to incentives new block investment - short of offering a dividend or something.

And you said you weren't interested in the porn industry.

"I'm not big into porn....but I know a good business model when I see one. And honestly, the idea of being able to sample from 30,000 movies is very interesting."
I never said I wouldn't be happy to have a free membership with unlimited time to "better analyze the full value of the business offering."

BTW JIF. I gave you 5 stars. There were 3 people to give you stars before I did and they all gave you 5 as well. Apparently you ticked someone off in the past 30 minutes who gave a single star. Don't worry though. No one really cares about stars anyway.

Oh Chadsly, I'm far from pesimistic, in stocks or people, if I was I couldn't work the market, but I read people pretty good and JIF is very knowledgable and we haven't heard from him before even though he's/she's read all sixty five pages. I do like his spirit and information and sincerely appreciate it. I think wftv is a winner in time (not too long i hope)and it is good to hear optimistic reviews.

It was a good joke Chadsly. But seriously, it is a very interesting business offering. If you think about the consumer base that watches adult movies, they might really love the idea of accessing a huge library on a pay-per minute basis. Instead of having to order a movie in the mail for 20 bucks that they may not even like or ever watch more than once. Personally, I think they are making a bundle right now with the new euro-tainment site. And I think they will make a lot with Cinemapop using the same pay-per rental if they can ever put that kind of library together.....it's almost like pay-per-view or on-demand cable, but through the computer....that's pretty nice if you're a GI in a pop tent in Iraq and you want to watch a new release, but can't get Comcast cable.
Also, in Alex’s defense, I don’t think he ever wanted to go down the 'porn revenue" road with the business. However, his overall company is way ahead of it's time, and the environment is slowly changing to accommodate the business model (from a technology and infrastructure perspective). In the interim, he needs to generate some serious income to keep things aflaot. That's where the "subsidiary" business comes into play.....for now. And I think we’ll see some good PR about it in the future. The PR will probably reference "overall record revenues" from all business entities, instead of flat out saying lots of people checked out the new porn site.
You know, when he says that Blockbuster and Hollywood are dinosaurs and that online movie rental will take over…..he’s probably right. The question is when. It’s not for a while. So, for him, he needs to be the first to market – first mover advantage, without being too early. It’s all about timing the offering. And the PR, for that matter.

Leavenart: I try to do my research when I invest thousands into a company. I came accross this message board about two weeks ago when I googled wi-fitv. As for reading all 65 pages. Yup. I have time on my hands and I was trying to figure out what made wftv spike to .05+ back in March. And I'm a guy.

JIF I think you are right about Alex not wanting to go down the porn road; however, I think that this is the best (easiest) place to start. I think mobile porn will sell easier than mobile "Star Wars." Also porn is more expensive.

Very good point Chadsly. I never thought about porn movies being more expensive than regular movies. I guess they are.
Right now, Alex needs to "show me the money." Euro-tainment is not a concept or a strategic initiative for 2006. It's a reality. I am very eager to read about the new membership and new billing numbers.
That's all it's going to take to help people to figure out what this company is really worth.

One of the things I'd like them to disclose is how many movies they currently have in the library for the Cinamapop site. And when they anticipate it will be complete enough to begin charging membership rental fees.
And yes, with the stock now at .009, I'd like to know right now.

The good news is that OS has not changed much in last week , looks like Alex got the message , I have the feeling that we may hear something very good anytime . please dont ask me why I say that , it is just my feeling !!!

Some good news now could push the MOM higher than it has been since the last little run.
I am not looking for any huge jump but we need to see a bottom soon. we have been on a steady decline for too long now. .0002 consecutive climb for 2 or 3 weeks would look apealing to new investors.
Alex has the ability to make this the bottom and not just let it run down so there is no other option than a R/S
I think he has alot of people that believe in his company, it is now up to him to show us that he believes in his company and his shareholders

I agree with CV , investors of WFTV are small circle , and if Alex stab them in the back he would have nobody to buy his shares , even with all news he wants !!
