I agree with Jmoove. I've been saying end of month, or at 60 day mark from when they went live with Eurotainment. It's got to be somewhere between middle of next week and end of June.

I hope that WFTV manages to improve their web and to do something like this... http://wwitv.com/ .If not improvement, this is going to be a ruin. The channels that this Web it has of Spain are of the best. WFTV has single 3, and are bad. I wait for and i wish that they improve their Web soon.

Yeah. WWITV is nice. And they have a lot more channels. It's something to consider here. They don't offer the free internet phone service, or anything like cinemapop though - maybe I'm wrong.

ok. so, wi-fitv has some competition from wwitv.
Also, there appear to be some competitors in the movie download space including: 123moviedownload EZ Movies Fetchflix (same as 123moviedownload Movie Advanced Ultimate movie download
Let's just hope that Alex gets cinemapop up and running quickly enough to compete with a comprehensive offering. If he can bundle together t.v., movie, internet phone, and music download, he would be alright.

im thinking anything in the 20's will be considered big green at that time, then a slow steady march up till they can release the quarterly in mid july, im still looking for 65-70 with a top target of .01, honestly though id be more than happy with an exit at 40. I know those are alot of numbers and price predictions but: 1. I am almost certain we will see 20 again in the next week or so 2. Im shaky on us seeing 40 without a quarterly number report (if they release one) this is where the OTCBB listing would be helpful 3. Have a realistic exit point of 60-70 if all goes to plan (OTCBB, positive results from Euro-tainment profit, Wi-fitv.com update and the launch of Cinemapop with advertisers) 4. And Im hoping/praying to see a penny, though that might not be possible now with all the shares and the negative sentiment, who knows

Time to really consider the R/S threat fellas. I have a friend invested here, and the R/S picture is ALWAYS clearer to those who are not in, BUT MEAN WELL...

why would they R/S when they are putting out good PR, have 2million in cash to keep building web sites, and have not yet disclosed the income statement for the Euro-tainment sites?

my company did a reverse split last year (1 for 4). It took effect immediately, I think. But I don't think that will happen (just a guess). Let's just see what happens - only a couple more days, I hope.

the mechanics are same as with forward split: record date, pay date, ex-date, etc...however, in a recent r/s in which (tiny) cash dividends went to forced out, new-minority shareholders and assets went to a private company, there was no ex-date, so record date also became ex-date. But that's rare, perhaps unique, don't know. Anyway, a normal r/s is on a timetable like a f/s...
What you have to watch is unannounced r/s. GTEL did r/s & name change in conjunction with move from BB to AMEX, all announced up front as they believed it to be a good move...OSFT announced a name a while back, but just showed up with r/s filing today, completely surprising even seasoned traders, who had to scramble instantly to jump ship. See the osft thread in under .10 forum...

Let's hope it's good. Everything they are doing seems to be on mark. They got funding in Feb, then started building the web sites. And now, they're promoting the heck out of them. It's good. But it needs to take off. They've got to start booking some material revenue for people to take them seriously. Otherwise, we're all just drinking koolaid.

Maybe we should all mass mail our address books with the web site link and ask everybody we know to sign up for internet phone and cinemapop. Maybe that would help drive the initial membership numbers higher.

jmoove, did you see the competition? do you have any thoughts? Do you think Blockbuster or netflix might start offering downloadable movies this way?
posted
heres my take on the competition and what wftv needs to demonstrate to take the market share: 1. High quality downloads 2. Interaction with Cell Phone media 3. Diversification ( i like the idea of the wordpop.com website) 4. Demonstration of willingness to be bought out and become a subsidiary of netflicks or blockbuster etc. (It is my take that neither of those companies want to spend r and d capital on internet HQ delivery, so a buy-out is most likely the way they would get into the arena)

and it is no doubt that all three have superior websites compared to the current state of cinemapop and wi-fitv.com, but this is only the beginning. Euro-tainment.com is a well organized and put-together website so i assume that wi-fitv and cinemapop will receive similar attention. Again, euro-tainment provides instance revenue for them so it was smart to go for that site first (no adds to sell and whatnot).

The downfall i see with the competition is that they run the p2p network which though they claim "You can stay 100% legal" there is absolutely no way to verify that. It seems like Wi-Fitv is looking to only offer purchase content thus protecting copyright, thus making them more of a target and favorable for a buy-out opportunity.

very good point, Jmoove. The movie industry is definitely very sensitive about piracy nowadays.
I think the important thing to remember is that WFTV is not yet a successful company, but they are on the verge of becoming one. So, at this point, we really shouldn't expect to see wonderful products/services because there has been very little backing to the company thus far. This should all change soon. Once advertisers feed WFTV with lots of funds, things will dramatically improve.

hey guys missed most of the action today, looks like we are building steam. Everything seems to be on track, just a little slower than expected.
Lets hope the dilution is over now, the A/S stays at 1 billion and we start our climb.
Alex is doing the equities magazine conferenceon June 23rd so that should bring some more exposure.
