If people keep buyin and this keeps movin ill be ahead before the close..haha
Do daytraders know the MMs are short and since the L2s look awesome are they playin for some quick cash..thats and no one is able to sell are the only reason this thing could bounce back like that..

Listening to Alex...few things.... He's a little angry, yeah, he's a little angry!! Says this is a better share structure now. Says that WFTV was identified as a short stock, and hopefully this will help it overcome that problem. Says no insider in the company has sold shares for at least 12 months. Talked a little about CSEMF, blah, blah, blah. Says that he does anticipate future issuance of shares!! Not looking at a return to billions of shares in the structre. Says that OTC is very much in his plans and always has been. Says that BB listing is anticipated in about 4 - 6 weeks. Says that thay've put a LOT of money (mine???) into BB listing. Says that he hopes that will come about in that timeframe.....

listen.call your broker and have him manual do it for you alot quicker,i got out at .08C i am so lucky,call them now,dont wait it could take days to post

alex just fleeced all his investor's it was legal but it was the mark of a real pos it is to bad he can't be sued for fraud but we should book mark this guy and beware of him and anybody that does pump him. fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

Yeah angry about some of the rumours... As far as I can remember.... 1. That the company was ceasing trading 2. That the company was being sold for $150000 to CSEMF In light of the first comment, I thought the best comment by far was.... "We're not going anywhere" Classic! How true!
Unfortunately, I have to leave now. I'm on my vacation as of this minute. I might get my brother to log into my account on Monday and do the business, or I might just let fate give me one more kick in the nuts, to bring me down to my knees and leave it as it is. A glutten for punishment!!! Good luck guys.

True CAPTN, but people should know if WFTN doesn't pay out in 3 days you will be forced to buy back at the market rate. still may be wise for large holders if the PPS drops, you'll save on the margin.
For those on Scottrade, the delivery date is July 27th... you'll be able to trade then. GLTA

fiduciary claim, Cashmaker? intriguing idea. so only eligible class would be those still holding and would require that pps stay below 10 cents, since most bought between .0005 and .0010 ... but if he "seasonably" gets pps up to 20 cents and keeps it there a "reasonable" time- long enough for all to bail- then would cause of action fail?

Lotta Land LLC Mulls Potential Shareholder Lawsuit Against WiFi TV Inc WFTV
June 24, 2005 -- based Lotta Land, LLC today announced it is investigating the option of filing a shareholder's lawsuit against Wi-Fi TV, Inc. (WFTV) for what may be serious neglect of fiduciary responsibilities, among other thing. The company's stock has had a rapid and steady decline in value since May of 2005. "Despite the release of some positive news, the company's stock has continued to decline in value. Their weak and limited communications tell us very little about their plans to correct the situation and we feel strongly that it is obvious this company's management has made some very poor decisions," said Lotta Land CEO Rico Garcia. "We're looking into our options and will make the decision we feel is best to protect our investment," he added.

The Cause of action does require damages, but so many of us have averaged down that many of our shares would be eligle. Even if we could something back, it would at least give me some moral satisfaction. Sarbanes-Oxley is full of ways to bring an action against a CEO or a director. Here Alex is both as well as majority shareholder. The dilution alone would suffice considering the prompt reverse split without a corresponding decrease in the a/s. If anything it would maybe give us a chance to prevent him from further dilution.

yeah the fact that hardly anyone can trade this stock right now, and multiply 187k by 200 and thats the volume we would have at the old pps
