PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – March 21st, 2005 –Triangle Multi-Media (Pink Sheets: QBID) the parent company of Q Television Network, was informed late last week that a private group of investors is in the process of buying a large portion of its QBID stock. The private group of investors has committed themselves to buying QBID stock up to .01.

Management and I feel strongly that the stock is extremely undervalued and we believe it won’t take long to see the price of the stock at a penny,” stated Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. “Our company is stronger than ever. hold on folks this is going to get big only 11 and we are already over 300 million. if we hit a billion shares traded today tomorrow there is going to be a whole new set of eyes on us looking to get in.

I am not exactly certain of the purpose of todays news..... If I was a part of an investors group, I would want the price as low as possible for my accumulation of shares.
I am wondering if they have already completed the purchase and todays note was just for informational purposes. I am speculating that this is kinda like a Share Repurchase program announcement, and soon, we will receive an official announcement that it is complete and we have a new institutional shareholder. It would be awesome if they provide the details of the qty of shares purchased. I wonder if those big purchases a week or two ago (170 million at 0.0026) was the begining of this groups activities???
This is great news however and will be even better with confirmation of completion! I'll take 1 penny per share!

They're not buying at .01. They're buying until the price is at .01. It would be illegal to do announce the former.
