Dealing with these stocks for a very long time everyone is waiting for the news to come out At the end of the day.In my opinion I don't think we will see much of an upswing,I think this will stay about the same and i think with many O/S out there they will probably have to do a R/S to bring the number of shares down.I do have a very small position in this.

I still don't believe he will do a Reverse Split simply because he has sworn publicly that he will not do one. Now a Reverse Merger is not out of the question and I think is the best way to go.

Yep, Like I said. If he is going to follow through with it, I wouldn't look for it till tomorrow morning. He usually doesn't do after hour PRs.

If you run a company and your shareholders keep bothering the people you do business with asking questions with less than stellar overtones, what would you do ?
I've got some ideas, but would like to hear some other people's.

Sigh.
I doubt setting up an area to address stockholders issues caused CNES to fall to a new low.

I know the forum didn't cause CNES to drop, but the creation of a forum isn't a big deal one way or another. Just pointing out that ICAN is doomed unless we hear something soon!

Because he publicly and privately has lied to us about the Share Structure and on many other issues (including now the ungaging of the TA). It was PR'd back in January or so that he turned down an unsolicted offer to buy the company which would have come to .03 per share because he thought he could get more. I could keep on going on but all I got to say is he is in "Heap big Trouble".

1 buy out of .03 2,1.3 billion os 3,reduction in share structure(he was actully dumping shares) 4,ungag the ta 5,become fully reporting by the end of the second quarter. 6,spin off div that would be a premium to shareholders.
do i need to go on. our buddy ed has been fibbing his azz off its time to pay the piper.I just dont understand where ed gets off thinking that he can lie to investors the way he has.

wow some one has some deep pockets that last trade for 12,500 shares @ .0003 costs a total of 3.75$. it does make my account look pretty showing that .0003. but i highly doubt any of us could sell for .0003 right now.i sure do hope that we get some news today im starting to get a little annoyed with all the toying around ed seems to be doing.give us something substantial ed! i want the ta ugagged , i want real movement to the otcbb, and i want you to start a share retirement plan immediatly.this is all common sense.also im not sure if any of you know what eds salary is but i would like to know.if you are diluting the sh$t out of us you are a true sc*m bag, but if what you say is true and the pps is do to nss then do what you have to to create a giant short squeeze and compensate us longs that have stayed true to the plan. the time is now to act ed if you are reading this or have someone monitoring this board you should know by now that many of us are fed up with all the crap that has not happend.
DO THE RIGHT THING ............ NOW !!!!!!!!

Normally I would say it would be hard because they always just fall behind the safe harbor laws but this situation is different. Unlike all the other Pinks I have seen or be in, this is the first one where the CEO has gone on several public forums and made definite annoucements on what he would and would not do. Then he also lied to share holders on private phone calls. Most CEOs of pinks just don't talk and put out PRs and then hide behind the safe harbor laws. That is why I say Ed is in trouble if he doesn't get his act together real fast, meaning today.
