Volume is good, but there seems to be a lack of information on what's going on. Is everyone just waiting for the end of the month?

WOOHOO! Whose buying in for the upcoming reverse-split? Looks like it'll split sometime around the end of July when the CEO hits the limit on the number of authorized shares they have.

Then we can do a reverse split and start it all over again!

Congrats, I think. It's good for your per share cost but I'd much rather see the price bounce. I'm sure you would too.

Any news on Ed?

Has anyone noticed that the TA is ungagged?
AUTHORIZED SHARES AS OF 6/20/05
12,200,000,000
http://www.ibaccorp.com/corporate-info.php
I know this sounds bad, but how bad is it?
With this number of shared the company still seems undervalued only being worth just over 1 million.

I'm reposting a PR from a month ago. It spells out that the A/S was going to be reduced to 12 Billion shares, so this is expected. Also, accidentally, the PR clearly stated that a R/S is not part of the business plan.

IBAC Corporation Completes Restructuring of Common Stock

NEW YORK, May 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (OTC.PK:ICAN) announces that its Board of Directors has now approved a restructuring of its authorized common shares from 20,000,000,000 to 12,000,000,000 effective immediately, the certificate of amendment has been filed with the State of Delaware by corporate counsel.
This is a significant reduction of the authorized common shares by the company as we continue to seek ways to enhance shareholder value during these trying market conditions, without limiting the company's ability to complete certain pending and ongoing negotiations of additional acquisitions.

The company has had several shareholder comments regarding a reverse split and the pending 15% dividend payment, the company has no plans of a reverse split as this is not in our business plan going forward, secondly the 15% dividend is payable May 15, 2005 as this date falls on a Sunday the payment will be made on Monday May 16, 2005.

Regarding existing share buyback's previously announced Mr. Hayter's buyback for his personal portfolio is nearly completed, and the company buyback will start within the next two weeks of up too 300 million common shares.

The company has also filed an amendment regarding the company's name, an error in the company name was discovered, the error was IBAC Corporation Inc. and was corrected to IBAC Corporation and filed with the State of Delaware by corporate counsel.

Edward W. Hayter, IBAC's President and CEO, commented, "Significant growth and improvements in IBAC's overall businesses and general direction enabled us to successfully complete this sizable reduction in authorized common shares. By and through this share reduction we are working to enhance existing stockholder valuations and strengthen our earnings per share results as we continue to believe our company is severely undervalued and will explore all means possible to correct our valuation."

"As our business continues to grow and develop we will continue exploring additional future reductions in shares outstanding, including possible additional stock buyback's, to further enhance our stockholders' levels of ownership and valuations," added Mr. Hayter.

i picked up another 4 million today @.0001.i was happy to reduce my share cost basis but also dissapointed in the fact that if they are filling me at .0001 it could be quite a while before they would be buying for .0002.not that i would sell any at .0002 anyway but it just seems like we maybe here for a while like prrm.i hate to mention the two stocks together but i own quite a bit of prrm and barely even watch it becuase it is so dead.anyway best of luck to you all.im sitting on 14,000,000 shares and counting and i hope ican one day cash out a nice little sum for my patience in this stock.

Ackane: The 12 / 20 Billion are Authorized shares (A/S), which is the maximum number of shares that a company can issue. What you really have to worry about is the the number of Outstanding Shares (O/S), which is the number of shares that a company actually issued. For ICAN, they were able to reduce the Authorized Shares number from 20 billion to 12 billion a month ago because the Outstanding shares were less than 12 billion. This was still a good move because it reduced the number of shares they could possibly issue.

This link has a good summary:

Nobody has a clue...just have to wait it out at this point. I'm still optimistic though. Just don't understand how a company with these kinds of assets (and they aren't just on paper, they are real) could be going anywhere but up soon after this O/S situatin is taken care of. They issued dividends in the form of more shares, they are way undervalued (that's a fact with just one of their properties), they announce an increased buyback plan to 750 million on the open market to be completed by Sept. 30th, 2005, they had better than expected May revenues, the PR's have been all good, etc... I just don't know. Call me naive but I believe ED is trying his best to make this right and take the company into the right direction. He may not even care about us but as long as the company is growing, doing well, and expanding their brands, the stock will not be here forever. The only thing I'm worried about is the NSS is so bad that they call a halt. Hoping for the best like everyone else.

From the rumored amount of crap that "shareholders" have dumped on him, I wouldn't blame him.

I hope it is not NSS. I was reading a great website about NSS and "cellar boxing" on the website

http://www.amds.us/

This was really informative. I was unaware how much fraud is allowed to take place when NSS are sold. From what I have read they will never cover the NSS and they will drive the stock to the ground.

I really hope this is not the case and I am holding 20,000,000 at an average of .00016 Good luck to everyone! All I have to say is it cant go much lower than this [Wink]

This company does seem to be a great one!

Good article. So if Ed ungags the O/S shares will the NSS still exist. And if not how does everything get cleaned up to allow the price to rise??

well in for a penny in for a pound i just picked up 3million more at .0001 when it gets this easy for me to buy at that price for the last 2 days after struggling for a week something is up caal it simple insite if you wish. you know after share retirement, buy backs, and increase in assets,it is hard to believe that the pps is where it is. if it is not dilution, nss no wonder ed is in a bad mood low pps stops us from growing to.
