The problem right now is there is hardly any new investors coming into this. If Ed keeps his word and ungags the TA at the end of the month then we should see some new interest.

You've put out quite a bit of great information and perspective. Thanks. I know others have as well and this doesn't mean anyone should slack on their DD but I appreciate your posts.
Thanks!

I think, that at this point, nobody is quite sure what to make of this cat.
My first thought on what is now happeing is that ICAN effectively called the MMs to the mat with the NSS/get certificates thing. MMs probably don't like anyone else messing around with their sandbox and figured they would teach ICAN a thing or two about who really controls a stock. The MMs hit ICAN and did what they can, drop the PPS and drive people away. Now, everyone is trying to figure out whats next. I'm not sure anyone really has the right answer.
My feeling is that Ed should stick to his schedule and do exactly what he said he would when he said he would. Reacting to the daily price only helps to fuel speculation that he has something to do with what is happening and is trying to manipulate the PPS. I don't believe that a company should deal with the daily PPS of their stock. It follows the trade/invest argument. If you are trading your company, yes, watch that price daily and try to influence it. If you are investing in your company, don't ignore your PPS, but watch it. If the company is good and proves it, the PPS will climb proportionally. In this case, I think that working on the PPS now rather than the company as a whole is like jumping over dollars to grab pennies. Let the pennies fall through the grates for now, the dollars will make up for them all later.
I think a R/S is in the future at some point. Maybe if ICAN jumps off the pinks, that will be a good time. Some sort of action in the near future, if thought out carefully, to deal with possible NSS might be a valid option.
I'm betting (betting being the operative word) that ICAN is for real and this stock will climb. I'm only hoping for .03 in the next 6-12 months at these A/S levels but I think it could have a lot more in time.

Great post, nyinvest, I completely agree with you. IMHO, ICAN just has to too many real assets to be a flake.
If Ed was interested in screwing us out of our money, there are many well-proven get-rich-quick schemes around - just claim you patented a cure for cancer or found zillion tons of diamonds in the Peruvian jungle. Just pick something that sounds sexy and that nobody can verify. In comparison, building a viable hotel and restaurant business requires a lot of hard work.

I like the idea of a reverse merger. While we're waiting for the paint dry, we can read up on how reverse mergers work:
i dont understand how a reverse merger never mind a reverse split would help ICAN what we need is for ed to start reporting, reduce the o/s and be streight with the share holders. these are the things that will get us out of the pinks. Now please dont get me wrong Ed has done a great job at bringing us some real assets. Now we also need to remember that it is OUR money that has paid for these assets. Its not Eds money its not icans money its is our hard earned cash that pays ed salery
If we were to say reverse split we would never get our money back that we have entrusted Ed with. lets look at a 1:100 rs look at your account and then divide that by 100 see what i mean. Some say that the pps would rise I say no way how would anyone pay into ican if our ceo proved himself to be a liar.He has said time and time again that he would in no way do a rs. And i beleive him. now lets flip the coin and look at it this way, if ed sold say 3.5 billion shares @.0004-.0009 and then bought the float back @.0001-.0002 the not only would the pps rise but ed would look like a hero to the investing community. after buying back the float or at least the major portion of it , he starts reporting.BOOM pps hits the .03 roof please lets stop even talking about a rs it is no good for anyone except the MMs.we need to hold the ceo accountable to the shareholders
i dont want want to sound like a poor sport but ed is the one that turned down a buyout for .03 pershare he is accountable to bring us that price period.and that my freinds is the law. and that is the reason that he could not bring this company private.he doesnt have the money too pay us off.
ed is on public record saying that we had a buyout offer and that he turned it down because HE thought that ican was worth alot more than that. It is time for our ceo to put OUR money where his mouth is.
